First time using this company, do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. The products were already opened with seals broken. Looks like very old and possibly returned used product. Packaging was old, I have been using this product for many years! I haven’t tried it yet, I am actually afraid to put this on my hair. I am not sure how a company gets away with this. I always order from SleekShop for toner, bleach, developer you name it! They are the only shop that sells name brands like Pravana and Schwarzkopf to the public and their curbside has always been a smooth and easy process! I have yet to experience any issues with their products.

I have come to Sleek Shop twice to pick up online orders and I received excellent customer service. The staff was quick and made the process very easy. I only had to call to say I had arrived and my order was brought out promptly and placed in the trunk. In addition, I received two coupons for a discounted purchase every time I have visited. I was very satisfied with my purchase and I am definitely coming back to Sleek Shop!

My wife and I placed an order over the internet for WHITE SANDS POROSITY THE FIX - 4.0 OZ what arrived was something called THE FIX in 3.4oz bottles that had been opened then taped shut. what is this bait and switch they are doing? They do not answer the phone and do not respond to emails. I have filed a complaint with my credit card to get a full refund. DO NOT USE this company.

This was my first order from this company when I placed an order for pick-up. The order was ready on time and they brought it to my car right away after I arrived. I also had a few questions about the products I purchased and they answered them through the online chat option. All products were as expected and I didnt have any issues. I will buy again from Sleek Shop as I had a very positive experience with them.

This shop has a great selection of products. I have placed two orders from SleekShop so far, and both times the orders have been ready within a few hours. The team members are very friendly when arriving. I will definitely continue to shop here.

This shop is the best place to get your products like Redken and other brand name products. The pickup is quick and the gals working are always sweet.

I use redken chromatics to color my hair. I had to order from a place different than where I usually order so I tried this place. BIG mistake. After rinsing out the color I could tell something wasn’t right. My hair felt really rough and I could still see a lot of grays. It was like I didn’t even dye my hair. Yes I used the correct developer as well. I’ve dyed my hair with redken chromatics in the past and have had no issues. As it started to dry the texture felt worse. Something was definitely off with this product. Either expired or not authentic. What sucks even more is that I ordered 4 tubes of this dye and they have a no return policy. Save your money and order from a different place.

I ordered 18 perms they shipped them laying down they leaked all in the boxes an to other boxes, they finally had them picked up but now want refund my money it has been almost a month. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will never answer the phone you have to e-mail them an then it takes days before they e-mail back !

They do not take responsibility for defective products, they just hand the blame over to the “manufacture” and they will 100% not give you a refund, they state it’s due to COVID-19 regardless if the item has never been opened. However, it’s their responsibility as a company to make sure they sell quality products and ensure customers can receive money back if items are not to their satisfaction. If they claim that the manufacture is the issue they can just cease the partnership. Anyway I ordered hair dyes online that claimed to give me a golden blonde color, the color is on the left and it left me with this horrible dark brown color. They told me I should’ve done more research when I DID prior to ordering from them. The problem was their product. I left they’re response email as well. Long story short, I feel robbed by this company. I advise you to steer very far from this company and try a trusted salon store like Sally’s beauty.

I couldn’t make it to pick up my product before the week was over. They offered to hold it for me longer and were very helpful by telling me they are also open Saturday in the month of April. Even told me about an Enjoy promotion and new product line! Just awesome!!!

I just found out about this shop. I’ve been looking for places that carry the joico color eraser and rushed over as soon as I found a place that had it. I drove over from Long Beach to get it. I found out when I got here the store front isn’t open due to covid but Katie was extremely helpful and really helped me out with figuring out what I needed and compared prices and products with me in the front of the store. I really appreciated the patience and helpfulness. I must have missed that the store front wasn’t open but instead of sending me on my way to place an order online and come back I was helped on the spot and that meant a lot.Hopefully the products help me get this yucky green tone out of my hair! I’ll find out later, but the staff here seems super friendly and helpful so highly recommend it here. I’ll definitely be back when it opens up (:

Do not order from this company. They require a signature on delivery and I work during the day (leave at 7am return home at 8pm) and am not home to receive it. I order from Amazon daily with many of the packages costing hundreds of dollars, no signature required by Amazon. If you are not home to sign they send to a local UPS office and you have to pick it up there during their business hours. Once again I am at work during their business hours 45 minutes away. Do not order from this company unless you are going to be at home all the time to sign. They are 20 years behind times. If you notice, about every other review for SleeKshop is a one star. That should be a clue to you....

I placed an order online for hair products specifically designed for well water by the name brand Malibu my shampoo and conditioner arrived packaged securely and in excellent condition. I received it quickly shipped to my home and it worked miracles on my hair I’m so glad I discovered this company and it’s products online

She loved all 3 products - Joico Color Intensity Metallic Semi Permanent Creme Color, Wella Original Brilliance Color Protection Treatment - Coarse/Thick, Colorproof Trucurl Curl Perfecting Conditioner. She feels like a model hair after using products from Sleekshop! She ordered more products from them.

I will never buy something from this shop again. They sent me some cream and it is broken and I want to return unused hair dyes. But they said that because of the Covid-19 we can not refund any items. it is not our responsibility to get vaccinated our employees, we do not care that if you want to return something, or something happened when we ship products.The only thing for us to take money from you. And we do not care the abundance of the vaccines, covid still exists. They are using covid for their bad intentions. If I can give them zero star I will give them.

Takes way too long to ship and lie about how quickly you will receive your product. I was told mine would be delivered by yesterday but USPS hasnt even started the delivery process yet. Also, they dont accept returns. I will not be shopping here again. Just look at how many 1 star reviews they have! Shady company with unethical practices.

Online customer service is seriously lacking here- DO NOT order from them online. Because based on my experience, you’ll pay for two tubes of hair dye, only receive one and then be called a liar when you try and bring this to their customer service. They would rather make the assumption that you are trying to get free product instead of considering that their warehouse made an honest mistake and thought they packed the entire order but they actually didn’t. Maybe my experience would have been fantastic if I had gone and did curbside pickup, maybe the people that work there are fantastic humans- I won’t know because I will not be shopping here online or in person/curbside ever again. I love small businesses, and I want to support small businesses, but it’s not good practice to take money for two items and when contacted about how only one item was received, basically tell your customers “lol, not our problem”.EDIT TO ADD: After the last email I sent where I told them I would be contacting my bank to to have the charge reversed since I did not receive my entire order, I received an email back explaining how they ship things, and they reviewed my order and found nothing missing. To their credit, now they have offered to send me my missing item- free of cost. It cant be that free if I already paid for it. I shouldnt have to bring up getting the charge reversed to get what I paid for. This has been a headache and a half, and this all started because I wanted what I paid for so I could touch up my hair.

After I made a purchase from Sleek Shop I looked at the reviews and Im glad I didnt see them first. There were a fair number of negative reviews; however, my experience was quite different in that it was 100% satisfaction. I ordered a hard to find hairspray and I received it in less than a week. Which considering the cost of shipping ($5), I thought was great! The product was bubble wrapped and the top had a piece of scotch tap holding it in place to ensure the top did not come loose in transit. The box was sufficiently packed with paper in addition to the bubble wrap to ensure the product was stable during transit. I couldnt be more pleased! 100% satisfaction! I will definitely be ordering from them again!!

I’ve been using L’Anza for 20 years. During Covid, I couldn’t shop so, I found Sleek Shop close to my home and they would deliver L’Anza to my home. I ordered 3 10oz size along with a 33oz Schwarzkopf. By the time I was finished with the Schwarzkopf, it had been five months. I then opened the L’Anza and it was not L’Anza. It is unscented, dries my hair out, and watery. So I opened the other two containers that I ordered and they were the same watery, unscented, dry my hair out product. I contacted sleek shop and they said since it had been over 30 days I was out of luck. Buyer beware!

Terrible. I ordered a can of Big Sexy Hair online thru the suggestion of a you tuber. It was $17.00. The price wasn’t surprising but the size was obscene. 1.3 ounces. I wouldn’t pay that for a travel size hairspray. I believe I thought it said 13 oz. and maybe that’s on me. But it’s a total rip off and conveniently no refunds due to covid. I’ve already contacted the YouTuber so her subscribers will not get hosed. A large can at Walmart was $19.85. Terrible. This is one reason I dislike online ordering. I’ll never ever buy from this company. Nor will any of my friends

Im actually a little shocked to see so many negative reviews because Ive ordered from here several times and never had an issue. Ive received my orders (the correct orders, BTW) very quickly. I even contacted customer service to see how to use my rewards and they responded quickly, but I messaged them and havent called. Im ordering again today, so hoping they continue with the experiences Ive had in the past.

I ordered a Joico Titanium (very dark grey) semi-permanent dye from them. My hair is pretty much white blonde currently and I wanted to add more gray tones. The test patch I left on for 15 min and nothing happened, so I tried adding more, with foils and left it on for 45 min...still nothing happened. The consistency wasnt right either, it was too thick compared to the usual product. So it was either old or it was not authentic. I told their customer service and they said we do not guarantee results for products or guarantee it will work. Sorry but every retailer is responsible for the quality of the product they are selling, even ulta and sephora, if you cant be responsible then maybe you shouldnt be selling that product. Anyways, customer service was very rude and didnt do anything until I stated that my issue is not resolved and I would open a case on PayPal if nothing was done...they issued me a partial refund. Had to open a case with PayPal anyways to get the rest now. Word of advice, order from somewhere else. Would give 0 stars if I could.Edit: One of my friends is a licensed hair stylist and she tried it and said the formula doesnt feel right. Nothing happened on her hair either.

The prices might lure you in, but we warned....their shipping department could care less about the contents of your box. I bought $138.97 worth of merchandise, only to have it arrive covered in liquid. Why? Whoever put the order together, just threw a small piece of brown paper and a small piece of bubble wrap into the box. Most companies take the time to wrap each bottle as to protect it. Not this company.

I ordered joico hair color and redken shot phase and they sent three waxing kits!!!!! Don’t use. Not a legit company. After taking to customer service I found out they sent me someone else’s order and I have no way to send it back. They did not include a return shipping label. I messaged the buyer on Facebook to let her know. How stupid are they???

Prices on J. Beverly Hills Shampoo and Conditioner 1L bottles were great. However, product smell is off. The product is either past expiration or not authentic. Customer services says the return policy is 72-hours, so they want me to pay return shipping plus restocking fees since Im past that window. I dont recommend.

I placed an order late on a Monday evening and I received my product on Wednesday! I do live close to the company, but this is still amazing. The cost was exactly the same as the manufacturers cost and shipping was very reasonable. I could not be more pleased.

Its the only place i know where I can get authentic hair dye brands like Goldwell and Redken Shades Eq and its so convenient that they ship or I can pick up the same day if I need something asap.

These people are horrible. I ordered my sister a birthday gift of shampoo and conditioner. The package was lost in the mail somehow. And Sleekshop still won’t give me a refund. Their customer service is completely terrible!!! I would suggest never ordering anything from these people. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
