Very rude and unhelpful staff. This was my first time going here and it was not a good experience. The manager Brittany is a very unwelcoming and a rude person. I had questions that she wouldn’t help me with and she refused to help me with product knowledge. She’s very condescending and bad with communicating. Wouldn’t recommend this location especially if you have questions.

This place is fine and the staff is fine. The lady tried to help me the best she could considering that there was no more redken bondor lighteners available which they need to get restocked on. I came in to get a packet of lightener from the brand Redken as mentioned but no such luck instead I was recommended by the lady to use the Pulp Riot lightener which left me with horrible scalp burns, I must have had an allergic reaction to the bleach and not only that it didnt even lift me to a pale yellow and I used 20 on my virgin roots. I would say this lightener is a zero star but everything else was fine. I did manage to get some shades eq toners.

The most friendliest staff and their very helpful. They give me a call when they are having a sale and will put items aside if I ask. I go out of my way to only shop at this Salon Centric.

My Fiance and I go here regularly and its always great. We are grateful that they opened this close to our home in Tustin. If you need a Saloncentric, its right around the corner now.

This place has been awful. I have gone 3 times and all experiences were not pleasant... girls were not helpful. The last time I went in while they had a sale and there were multiple girls working up at the counter and not one of them greeted me or looked my way! They never have what I need. Id rather drive to the Orange location on Katella-The girls at that location are super sweet and helpful and have the most excellent customer service skills.Its not been the case for me at this location. I will never go back.
