I really like this store! The costumer service is great, they have a wife variety of products, and the return or exchange process is very smooth. if youre looking for good quality technology products, this is the place to go. They are very good about returning and exchanging, unlike most stores. Would recommend!
Good stock and helpful (sometimes overeager) employees. Their price match policy often makes it worth looking for something here vs. getting it online. The primary benefit of shopping here is their numerous display models. Its the best available showroom for modern tech.

We have made several purchases recently at this Best Buy! We were helped right away after coming into the store! The employees answered all of our questions and went out of their way to help us!
While the inside staff was great and went above and beyond. Their corporate staff REFUSED to allow ANY calls to the local store so I could coordinate my installation of a car stereo the following day. They left me on hold for over 20 minutes, by that time I went to the local store to find out they had just closed. I will be returning the items I purchased to be installed now.
Just about every time I go in there, there is an employee ready to help. However, they rarely act actual human beings. The only thing they are helpful at is being anxious for you to purchase something. They are simply retail-rodents who are ready to disregard every word you say or problem you have in the convenience of sales. Never helpful, and in fact, usually go out of their way to lie in order of conversational convenience. I absolutely hate walking in through the front doors because I dread the energy given off by them.
What happened to Best Buy?No fast chargers for the phone.No microphone to gopro adapters.Walgreens has a better electronics accessory selection!
Helpful throughout the store, but when we went to apply for progressive leasing, which we have used many times(instead of getting a credit card), the gentleman at customer service made the comment that he didnt like the leasing. Well, thats your opinion and you shouldnt be expressing that to people who have used it many times. Thought that was rude. Its is a service you offer, so you should support whether you like it or not.

We were told 10 % off if we purchased appliances as a group, then we were told only with best buy card, then it was an in store credit,. Then when we tried to use the in store credit, they tried to charge us for the difference because we spent 368.00 and we had 600.00 in certificates but only could use full 100.00 amounts. The customer service rep he was sorry we were lied to but there was nothing they could do. Im the one thats sorry that I spent 6000.00 in this store. I will use the rest of my certificates then cancel my card and find somewhere else to shop, you should too.

Wow is all I can say. I shop at Best Buy for its convenience of one stop shopping, but it has been probably a decade since I was wowed in one of their stores, until today. Great customer service from, forgive me if I misspell it but I believe it was Trieg. This location didn’t have the specific laptop that I wanted, so of course it reset my brain on how badly I wanted one. He was more than willing to show me comparable models and even did his best to upsell me on some. I left to think on it, without any intention to come back, but his customer service kept replaying in my mind. I came back explained what I really needed it for and he was able to sell me a great model. I travel for work, so I don’t know when or if I’ll be back to this specific location but customer service like his and the taller red headed guy (sorry didn’t remember the name) who ultimately checked me out are the reasons that I will continue to shop at Best Buy!
Definitely not the Best buy as prices are all high but it is nice to play with some of the tech before choosing. Took a while to track down representative to help me. Tried using language that sounded as if it would be over my head but actually had nothing to do with how the device would perform for my needs.
The staff is very pleasant and helpful...didnt get the guys name that helped us but he looks like Ben Wyatt 😊😊

They are so rude to customers who do not speak English, and or do not respect sales because of your ethnicity. They were being very rude to my mother who does not speak very well English, so I drove there and this lady started being rude to me for no reason as soon as I entered the building. When I asked to speak to a manager she claimed to be the manager. It feels like everytime someone asks for a manager they all claim to be a manager but the ones that claim to be a manager never have a name tag. They had the item my mother was trying to buy with two different price tags. The lady told my mother that it was more expensive than what the item actually was. I have NEVER been so disappointed in the Twin Falls Best Buy. Definitely recommend if you could go somewhere else to do it. Because they are outright disrespectful.

Geek Squad took my laptop for 3 whole weeks and gave it back to me unfixed claiming I never answered their calls, but I spoke with someone and confirmed the repair only for my laptop to be in the exact same situation 3 weeks later. Absolute joke of an establishment. Dont waste your money here

What they dont tell you when you buy the extended warranty on a TV is that WHEN the main board fails (according to the tech that came out, usually around the 3.5 yr mark) this is what happens:1: You call and a tech is scheduled to come out - WITHIN 2 WEEKS!2: If the TV powers on and gets a picture, it WILL NOT be replaced - it will be repaired. The tech will order parts - which will take 2-3 WEEKS to arrive.3. Once the parts arrive, scheduling will call, let you know they are in and schedule a service date, 2-3 WEEKS out!!So, bottom line, if your TV breaks under warranty and is repairable (in our case, remote control sensor and main board, leaving volume stuck at a low level and no remote control), Best Buy will leave you waiting for 6-8 WEEKS doing without - something they conveniently omit telling you when they push their warranty.

Their website says something is available and they have like 12 Im sure in 4 hours your not going to sell out. So I make the 45 mile drive to get it and they say its not available they dont have any. The people out on the sales floor just want to argue with you and they arent even nice. If you hate your job find one that doesnt deal with customers!! I think Ill take my business elsewhere from now on.
Super glad they are back open for in-store shopping again. I dont know a lot about electronics and their staff is always helpful. Their new system is great! When you walk in you tell them what youre looking for and they get you an associate to meet you to help. If theyre busy you have to go in the queue but it doesnt take long.

Geek Squad... my experience in today’s visit was, hands down, some of the worst customer service I have encountered in a while. This gentleman was not rude per say but ill mannered and not very resourceful. Instantly tell me “oh yeah you need a new phone which is $353 that I’ll need to order.” I asked the associate if there was a possibility the cord I used was cause to the faulty restore, he said “well yeah, I’m going to plug it in back here too., can you guys just walk around until I’m done?” 15 minutes later and the associate approached me with no words just put my phone in my hand and walked away. (Turns out it was the cord and he meant to tell me he resolved my issue)

Super friendly super helpful. I went in for a quick trip to buy a new charger for my IPad. I was in the area on business and forgot mine at home. I didnt have to look for anything a very nice young lady was very helpful. She even found me a discounted charger that had been open but saved me like 9 dollars. I would definitely recommend this Best Buy in Twin Falls Idaho!

Purchased 2 Chromebooks for my kids two weeks prior to Thanksgiving as the ones from school just dont work. Saw the black Friday sale on Chromebooks that I didnt get when I purchased mine. Went into the store, and the manager gave me the black Friday pricing. Great staff, great manager, they know how to take care of their customers! Ill keep going back with service like that!

A $750 purchase for a cell phone and a screen guard came with a guarantee that if the guard failed the screen would be replaced. One would think that a guarantee from a company selling you something to protect something else is referring to the thing its protecting. Its been about 9 months went in today and the salesperson asked for a phone number, it was given to them once. They said no not in the system. Give it to them again, they said no its not in there. Give them a different phone number, no. They ask for an email, no. A name, no. The first phone number a third time, Yes. Wow. Theyre asked well if the guard is replaced I live 100 miles away, Will you give me the guard I can go have the screen replaced and Ill put the guard on it. He said no we will replace the guard then go have the screen replaced and then come back and replace the guard again. I said you want to put a new guard on a broken screen. I asked them what do they normally do? He didnt understand so I had to say all that again. There are three things that are difficult with this and that is that we made a purchase without having the subtleties clearly communicated to us, lived under a false impression that we were protected. And then a lot of difficulties after a long drive even getting started. That felt challenging.

After closing for 2 hours in order for their employees to vote, the kids at Best Buy were not able to help us. We left pretty disappointed. 😐

Very disappointing experience with tech support computer was supposed to be finished in 2 weeks it is now 4 weeks and I have yet to receive my computer back. Customer service was friendly, however it was lip service to a certain extent. I also have many friends that have had similar issues with tech support at the Twin Falls location.
This is a story that started out bad and ended wonderfully.I had purchased a headset prior to the Covid-19 shutdown. I had issues with it prior to the lock-down, but waited to get warranty service not knowing I would have to wait to get service. After they opened the store back up for customers, I went to Best Buy, and was told I needed to go through LG for the warranty. A bit frustrating, but the assistant was nice, professional, and even printed off a duplicate receipt without my having to ask for it. I went home, and called LG, and thats where the frustration began. This review is not about LG, so I will leave out the details, but 45 minutes later I was shaking mad. After getting off the phone with LG, I jumped in my truck and headed back to Best Buy to speak with a manager. This gal was phenomenal! I was calm with her, but Im certain she could hear the frustration in my voice and she assured me she would take care of me in a calm, professional, and caring voice (through the covid-mask so attention to vocal communication is important.) By the end of the transaction, not only had she had taken care of the issue, she won me back to LG (which, admittedly, I was ready to toss after that interaction over the phone.)It is important to note, I am a competitor of Best Buy on many products and installation services (I own a Home Theater company) so I have to be very impressed to take the time to leave a RAVE for a competitor, and this is one time it definitely warranted doing so. Kudos and Thanks to the manager for a taking the time to provide exemplary customer service!
