Weve been researching electric fireplace/TV stands and arent wanting to order a kit and have to assemble it. This store had two in stock and Amy was the perfect sales person. Not pushy and knocked the price down for a blemish. Easy shopping experience.

The staff at Wilson Bates is top notch. They are super friendly, know their products, and offer solid advice. I never get the used-car salesman vibe from them (no upselling - they just get you what you need). They have always price matched for me and gave me the best deal possible. Any time I had issues, they immediately figured out how to take care of the situation. This is where I buy all of my furniture and appliances now, and I recommend them 100%

By far the worst furniture experience Ive ever had. I realize that covid made it so that we did not receive our refrigerator for over a year but the Wilson Bates staff never called two let us know if the refrigerator was ever going to come then after about a year of waiting my wife asked for a loaner fridge we received it and it was filthy. It was full of flies and dirt. Then when we finally went to another furniture store and were able to purchase a fridge we asked if Wilson Bates would match the offer and they said no and then about 2 weeks later decided that they would match the offer and at that point we had already committed to purchase another fridge. Then Wilson Bates took the loaner fridge back and had the gall to charge us $50 for a restocking fee after having kept our money for over a year. I will never purchase another piece of furniture from Wilson Bates in my lifetime

I will never buy anything from this store again. We bought a recliner, a sofa and a love seat…first the love seat had to be exchanged for a new one. 6 months later, the recliner broke..they took it..fixed it..and now 6 months later it broke again. It’s taken us 3 weeks to know that they get the part next week. The leather is all discolored..was told there is a place that can fix it for us. If the furniture is guaranteed…I would think they would replace it…

Was not greeted when entering and was half way around the store until some lady came out and I asked about mattresses. She acted like I had the plaque and pointed to an area stating thats where all their bedroom stuff was and I said thank you and she disappeared!! Definitely not the Wilson Bates I used to visit!

Brenda was absolutely the best with my mattress purchase. She got me a full refund on my old mattress that was only five years old and still under warranty. She went the extra mile for me. Great store and I highly recommend this store to anyone seeking furniture and appliances.

I went in today to find a chair for myself. I was so happy to see my favorite sales girl, Amy! She was so sweet when my husband had fallen ill and needed a lift chair. She took time to help me find the right one. Today she was just as patient helping me find a chair for me. The little gal who did my financing was just as sweet.

I bought an outdoor dining table and came to pick it up the next day and then was told I could not take the table because they had to sell the chairs with it. I had asked if I could purchase the table without the chairs when I first looked at it and was told I could. They also had everything priced separately as to indicate you could purchase separately. Very disappointed!

We came in to buy couches, the store was BUSY! Jeanne approached us and asked if we needed any help, but we wanted to just look around. She wasn’t pushy at all. Once we made our decision she was busy with another customer, but she made sure to let us know she saw us and would get to us shortly.We left and got dinner and then came back. Jeanne was free to help and she did so much more than that! Our indecisiveness on what we wanted caused us to stay after hours. She never made us feel like a burden and was so helpful the entire process. Mind you, my man and I were crabby, stressed and just over house shopping. She just kept a smile on her face. She thanked us multiple times. The sweetest lady!We were in a rush to get our couches so she made sure to ask if I minded if she texted me, which is just amazing and convenient. So much more personable and caring. I think that is GREAT customer service. She checked in with me multiple times to reiterate that our shipping wasn’t delayed and it would be on time with the schedule because I’m a worry wart. Her service far exceeds my expectations and she deserves to be recognized. She went ABOVE & BEYOND for us. When I told her that, she replied with, “I am just doing my job & getting you taken care of.” But she did so much more for that. Best customer service I’ve received in Twin Falls, hands down! For any future household furniture needs I will make sure to go in and see her! She’s a 5 star rating from me! Adore her!!

I live in Caldwell and called the store today to see if they delivered up here. Spoke to a gal I think her name was Tara, she was very friendly and tried to help and she pulled up all my purchases sense 2006 when I spoke to her about what I was thinking of purchasing she sent me to the furniture dept. and the gal I spoke to said NO they would not deliver up here so, I guess I will have to buy from up in this area, even through I have had excellent service etc. with them. Maybe one day they will change their policy and deliver up here.

First if all; Great place, great staff, overall great experience. We probably layed on over 30 beds all around town and Wilson bates had the best most affordable selection. Aubrey, was awesome to say the least. She was friendly and informative and she listened to both my wife and Is dumb jokes and important concerns. 100% will return. We 💘 our mattress, such a fun and stress free experience.

Buyer beware: Im changing my review to a singe star, because zero stars isnt an option.After three strikes, My family will no longer be doing business with Wilson Bates.First Strike was to sell us a new furniture set that required the drawers be re-aligned. I put new in quotes, because we found the receipt from the previous owner who had returned the furniture. (Also interesting, the previous owner paid less than we did). The chest was sent to service center for over a week and returned with worse alignment and visible gaps.Second Strike: We purchased two motorized recliners. During the break-in period (~first month) one of the chairs developed a shudder in the mechanism. The chair was also returned to service under warranty, where it remained for weeks! Many calls to service were either ignored or completely misrepresented the nature of the delay. After many weeks of waiting, we again received our chair.Third Strike: We purchased a slide-in range. Delivery would not install, due to variances in cabinetry (not their fault, perfectly understandable). However, the appliance was not tested onsite, despite all cables connected and the unit powered up. During our ownership of this device, exactly one meal has been cooked. All other times the range has been unreliable or non-responsive. Wilson Bates gave us 2 options: accept a lesser quality floor model, or pay the difference on another new appliance. After three days of ownership, the appliance is being returned for a refund.Summary: Sales team is very effective at extracting money out of pockets, service or support is non-existent to worse-than-nothing.

That was quick! I was in need of a clothes dryer. I went to Wilson Bates. Doug offered his assistance. I told him I was in the market for a dryer. Nothing fancy, just something to dry my clothes. I also had a budget. Within 20 minutes I was walking out the door a satisfied customer with a dryer being delivered on Thursday. Installed too. And they will haul my old one away! Ordered a couch & a recliner, they gave us a date of 8/27 to be delivered. Only got the couch and when called, Brenda the “manager” was rude and said we weren’t first in line. So someone else received our recliner and now we’re waiting 2 months. Also was not considerate when talking about loaner options. Would not buy from them again.

Im done.. we bought a sofa and loveseat w/ storage ottoman.. got the sofa and loveseat 2 weeks ago, and finally got the ottoman.. delivery department didnt call to set up a time or anything.. good thing we were home.. the furniture is great, customer service needs a lot of work.. My husband and I have been doing business with Wilson Bates for twelve years now. Today they delivered a mattress to our home that had some damage on it from the factory. It came wrapped in plastic so I could tell that it was a factory issue. Before I could call the store to ask how we could work out the damage, they had already called my husband to tell him that they would be delivering a new mattress tomorrow. This kind of customer service is RARE these days. You can be sure that I will continue to give them ALL of my furniture business in the future.

I was in today w/ my wife looking at washers and maybe dryer combo. The sales guy that was helping us was nice enough but talked very loud in close proximity and way to much. The information that we inquired about was not really known and he didnt seem to know much about the two products we inquired about, Maytag & Frigidaire. I know there are many makes and models that he is selling and I appreciate that however, being a salesman, I like to be sold and I can tell when a salesman feels desperate to get something out the door.I appreciate the fellow that came to my wifes rescue when I inquired about a cough drop. Thank you very very much.

TV did not arrive the day they said that it would. Two days later it still had not arrived. Was told it had been taken to their warehouse accidently. 3 days later it was still at their warehouse instead of in my house. The following Monday I received a call from the sales manager who had been out of town the previous week. He apologized profusely, stated that their was no excuse for the TV not being delivered to their store and personally brought the TV to my house that very evening and set it up. While I cant give 5 stars due to the aforementioned issues I give credit to the sales manager, his professionalism as well as his willingness to accept responsibility and make things right with the customer.
