My parents purchased a Kirby from Nick 6 years ago who is their branch office at that time, unfortunately he is no longer in business and he promised them some supplies. They were not able to reach him. However when they contacted magic valley Kirby they honored his promise and gave them the bags and shampoo for free. It seems they were very determined to make sure my parents were satisfied.

Recently, a young woman knocked on my door with a free gift card and for some reason I let her do a demonstration. She pull lots of little filters of dirt and she shampooed my carpet. I thought the pricing were a little high but I went ahead and took the plunge. Although I had my second thought at the time, I have been absolutely thrilled with this machine. The machine is very powerful and we are very happy. They promise me some free supplies, although it took a couple of weeks, we did receive those. I just shampooed my carpet and I have to admit it looks like new. I have to say I would definitely recommend this product.

Service is great. Love our kirby. We ordered supplies and came really fast. We got a free belt too. Of course kirby is the best vacuum money can buy and the service makes it worth the investment.

We recently bought a new kirby from an older man,and the only reason we made a deal with him was because he said he would take our old kirby,which we have had for about 15 years,and refurbish it, shine it, and make it work like new.That was on nov.23,2020.He promised to have our old kirby back in 10 days...Its been 2 months and we still havent seen our kirby.He also promised free shampoos,,bags,and belts,nothing..We tried calling Magic Valley Home Care Investment, we get answering machine saying they are only open Tuesday thru Friday from 12-5pm..and never get a response.He told us it is packed and ready to be sent,we havent seen it yet.So please people do not buy a vacuum from this company ..They are not trustworthy, they dont stand behind their words,this was the worst second experience we have had.The man that sold us the vacuum and made the deal with us called me asking for the serial number from my old vacuum? HE LOST MY VACUUM!!!!NO MORE dealing with kirby..

We were told we should receive a product package with cleaning supplies for this Kirby they sold me and have yet to recieve it. Tried calling them, it goes straight to their automated answering system which tells you to leave a message, you cant even do that it tells you mailbox is full and hangs up on you. Not a good impression. Check your agreements, they took my shampooer and Shark vacuum and never gave me the $200 credit towards the trade in. I didnt notice until they left and couldnt contact them to either credit me or return my stuff. Be careful and attentive when dealing with them!!

I’ve had my kirby for about 20 years and I thought it was getting old because it didnt pick up the way it used to so I called the Kirby toll free number and they refer me to Magic Valley Home Care, Twin Falls local kirby distributor. I brought my kirby in, they told me to leave it overnight so they can take a look at it. I received a call the next day in the afternoon, they said the kirby is ready for me to pick up. When i got there, first of all, my kirby looks like new, they clean and polished it. They had me try it and turned it on and it picked up the carpet just like it did when it was new. To my surprise the repair is free. My kirby has been running like new since.

I bought a kirby they said I will receive cleaning supplies its been two months and I havent recive anything I been calling and it sends me directly to voicemail I left voicemail and they dont return the calls i dont recommend these company

I had a really bad experience with them. They offers me a Kirby system and my order was incomplete, my Zipbrush was broken and I notified to them more than 6 months ago and my issue is not still resolved.
