CJ Estrada was such a kind and gentle person with such charisma that made my visit very pleasant and comfortable at the store. I had walked in feeling frustrated with all my situations On my account which were not his problem but he sure made it his problem he went through every single detail, I feel like he went far and beyond his call duty to fix my problems with my account and met my needs on my account.He was courteous and understanding. Didn’t show frustration that concern.He Who is knowledgeable in what he was doing and when he wasn’t sure if he got help to get answers.He solved every thing that I needed except one thing that needs to be done by the person who help me get my phone. I shall return later. Store was very clean.

Helpful with my iPhone years ago. Good service but started using pay as you go phones. Still good relay on phones and clear and crisp. Years ago missed last three months on two year contract so owed for no payment that short period. Thanks for your service in the magic valley.

I replaced my phone in Texas when my wife’s phone broke and she replaced hers. They talked us into their glass phone cover as we were away from the place where we like to get ours. The first thing I noticed is that it did not go edge to edge within the case and they didn’t have an option that did. I asked about warranty replacements because I have had issues with those before and they said some stores would replace it for free and others would replace it for $10. Of course our Twin Falls store is $10 ..... even if it lasts only a week. I dropped it and it broke in to two places after having it for 2 weeks and was disappointed because it didn’t drop more than 2 feet in the case. I paid the $10 and then this week, 5 days later, it broke in my pocket on my keys. I went in and asked if they would consider replacing it for free because it had been such a short time and was not a very good product. The sales rep (who previously complained to me about corporate policy about answering the phones while helping me) told me that $10 was his only option. When I said it wasn’t a very good product, his reply was “Well actually it was made by “company x.” I don’t even care the company .. it isn’t a good product and they won’t stand behind it. I like ATT and have been with them for 22 years. Customer service at the Twin Falls store is atrocious.
I went into store to get a new phone and hopefully get one of the Deals AT&T’s had been advertising.I bought a iPhone but I did not receive any of the deals.People in store were helpful changing phones out but could NOT help me with saving any money.

I switched from Verizon to AT&T. It was actually a longer process than I thought it should have been, but Velda and the staff did a awesome job with dealing with Verizon and getting me set up to go. I was treated like family here, I don’t think I can ever say that happened at Verizon!
Got helped right away when went into store. Scott went above and beyond to explain everything and the difference between plans and phones. I felt so good leaving there that I am so glad we switched carriers.
Everything was made extremely simple and clear as is usually the case! Cindy did a fantastic job and I appreciate her help in educating me about the new Apple Watch features and AT&T services!

My family and I have been customers of AT&T for 27 years and I am VERY disappointed with how this store and manager (Matt) handled themselves. I was told lies after lies after lies. I will never again step my foot in this store because of the dishonesty and no accountability. AT&T has done nothing to fix the mistakes that Matt made. Matt told me many lies and did not own up to his mistakes. Overall, customer service here SUCKS!

Had a nice guy come right up to me.. first thing he asked was do you have a mask? I said no he politely said we have them free right there, they are required in the building. when I put said mask 😷 on he helped me with my phone problem right away.

Was great to stop there, they exactly knew how to make an Esim prepaid on my phone as second sim. Where other carriers dont offer that as prepaid. Other carriers also didnt really know how to install Esim as postpaid... This at&t store/people were very knowledgeable then. Super happy!
The best service I have ever experienced. CJ was amazing. My husband passed away and I cant remember passwords and things like how access my phone because of grief. Lost most everything I once had. CJ was so compassionate and professional. He waited patiently for Verizon to release me and helpedme be added to my Sisters account. I cant tell you how much I appreciate your help, knowledge and staff.

Maybe you should change your hours of operation on here so people dont drive clear across town expecting the store to be open until 8 when it closes at 7. Also your employees should know the difference between a USB-c charger and a micro USB charger, then I wouldnt have had to return to find it closed
