EXCELLENT SERVICE we wanted to switch two cell phones over to Metro on the current deal. When we went in there we were told we could and how much it would be to switch them. Switching from the current provider to Metro took longer than expected. The Store manager was the one helping us and he was very knowledgeable. He spent the time to make sure we got switched over and set up to Metro. Before we left he asked if we had any questions. I was very impressed by the knowledge and service we received there.

Very deceptive group fr the manager Jonah all the way down. Make sure you have them read you all the fine print before you commit or chances are theyll soak you for every penny you have and that service that they say is great is a lie. Avoid Blue lakes store if you dont like being lied to and. Decieved

It says you can switch over get the iphone se for 49 or so but its actually 100$ until you have it for 3 months then you get 50 back.

Omg!!! The metre pcs store on blue lakes has thee Best staff!!! Jonah is the man with the knowledge and experience its obvious when youre speaking with him. ( Great Guy) Yovani and Bobby Fabulous team members are there also with phones, tablets, services and all the cool gadgets that you could possibly want, use or need. Its ok i just dont like that in the middle of the month my service is gone. Im not paying ypu guys just so this time of the month i have no service

The customer service I received there was absolutely excellent! They answered all of the questions I had about the service and they helped us transfer all of our stuff from our old phones to our new ones. I switched from AT&T and by now I would be going over my data and my phone would be slowing down, but since I switched to MetroPCS I havent had any of those issues! I definitely recommend anyone switching!

The service sucks straight lied to us when we went in saying they had better service than some others for a reasonable price.Payday lets just say ill be going to a different cell phone company service is in and out the customer service was ok but they all hid in there back room guys had to yell to get one of the girls to come help. Not very happy

This is the very last time I will deal with metro, couldnt pay my bill unless I physically went in,they wouldnt let me pay over the phone,automated and customer service,app or website.They then told me I get charged every attempt I made.I attempted over 10 times... Shouldnt have to fight just to give a company money. Already looking for a new cell service, save yourself time money,and headache. On top of all this they told me my number didnt even exist and tried to refuse payment in store.

Mediha and Jonah are both out going. They made my time at MetroPCS GREAT. I felt the good vibe when i walked in through the door. I would recommend them two to anyone. God bless :)

Cheaper prices means lower quality cell range. I have zer0 service in Filer and spotty service in Jerome. Barely any service through Nevada state.

Waited for an hour friday, so came back Monday. Sat for a half hour AFTER their posted business time because nobody was there yet. What a joke.

I was planning on switching back.i wanted just look at the phones.The manager kept trying to telling me about how many phones we could and It 4 times to ask a question and the fourth time he finally.he is more worried about making the sells than helping a future customer.i will never will step foot in that store again.Terrible customer service and for someone that has been sales for many of years.From my point of view its disgusting
