I went to another store to buy a phone and they were awful. When I got back to Twin falls I went to the Verizon on pole line and they immediately helped me. The front lady went out of her way to help address the issues I was having. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I am so impressed. Thank you Verizon on pole line next to Barnes and novels for being so much better than all the other Verizon store !!!
Time to say goodbye to Verizon. Prices are ridiculously high and customer service is horrible. Store has been closed for a very long time and now that theyre open, good luck trying to get help. I went in the other day and was told it would be a two and a half hour wait to get help and that I could make an appointment. Well, I needed help right then because the $600 phone I bought is a piece of s***. Any suggestions for a new service provider would be appreciated.
If I could give no stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled with the store. The Verizon customer service line told me I had to go in person for the service I was seeking. Not only did the Verizon wireless rep not help his demeanor and attitude was deplorable. Luckily customer service over the phone was helpful enough to help me complete my initial request. I love Verizon services but this store’s customer service is severely lacking.
Verizon is a joke. I switched from AT&T on Saturday and got a new phone. While in the store they are still no contact so they just gave me the box for the phone without opening it. Thats not my problem, I opened the box and turned it on to make sure it worked. I took the phone home Saturday around 4pm. By 4:30 on Sunday, I noticed a crack on the back of the phone but they almost closed so I figured I would call customer service Monday. When I called customer service I got entered into a queue until a guy named Eli got on. Eli isnt local. But I explained the situation to him and he said I can take it in to any Verizon store and they can swap it out no charge within 14 days. So I take the phone to the store and the guy at the front said I broke it, he wont take it back. I did not crack this phone. I did not notice it in the store but I was already at the store for 2 and a half hours on Saturday, I was ready to leave. The guy in store gave me an insurance card with a phone number so I called it. I made a claim and it was denied. I asked the guy to look at my insurance I pay for and he said the protection plan I pay for covers everything that could happen to a phone. But because I broke it he doesnt want it. But the insurance with asurion denied the claim. Zero stars to Verizon, and zero stars to the guy in store. I should have looked at the phone more closely when I first got it, yes, but 2 and a half hours I was ready to leave
Mariah was amazing!! Great service! She was knowledgeable, kind & very professional.
First the hours posted are not correct. Second dont get on their list for a text when they are ready. If they dont get to you in time they just close and dont contact you. Then they laugh at you when you come to the door and see they are closed. Apparently they find that very hilarious. If you can do your business on line, do it there. The customer service is so much better.
I Was disappointed they never gave me the business discount I got before on my bluetooth? Not very happy about that..
I had an amazing experience here. My sister and I were going to get new phones recently, and she went to another store at first. They totally screwed her old phone up trying to transfer everything, so she went here and they completely fixed it and got an awesome new phone. When I went in to get my phone, the workers were really nice, especially the one who fixed my sister’s phone (his name was Enrique if I remember correctly). I loved the service here, and will go back again in the future if I ever need a new phone.
Exceptionally poor customer service Is unable to help me further with the issues I was having The agent that I was working with was a young girl who basically didnt know what she was doing I recommend that you do not go to Verizon
Nice staff, clean store, but its Verizon, so minus one star
One person helping people couldnt get help
This is the best Verizon store I have ever been in. The employees are there to help and help they do
Couldnt tell if I updated or not. The tech lady checked it out and I had done it on my own. They were pretty busy.
Dont do it just dont do it, charged me 10 bucks for free app, not one of the genius, s at twin falls store could figure it out, all about the $$$,cut my bill in half, same $,think about it first
Tiara’s customer service is superb. Thank you so much for making a tedious activity so enjoyable.
Former Verizon corporate employee here. My parents live in Twin Falls and I in Tulsa but they are on my plan. They went to this location for just some accessories and Corbin from what my mom says took care of her good with a tempered glass and a case. He put on the glass and case and my mother says he was a very nice gentleman. I’m glad someone is looking out for my folks when they are far away and I can’t. Thanks Corbin.
2/13/21 - Drove one hour to get two new phones for my husband and me at the Twin Falls Verizon Store. Got to the store and noticed an employee helping a customer outside the store. Both were not wearing masks and standing side by side as he was assisting this customer touching her phone to help her with a problem with it. Both me and my husband were wearing masks and were 6 feet apart from the mask less employee helping the mask less customer. There was also another couple on the opposite side of the sidewalk with masks on as well. As we continued to stand waiting our turn to get inside the store the mask less employee asked if anyone was there for a pick or for an appointment. Both us and the other couple replied no. The other couple said they were here to look at new phones and we replied we were there to do the same. The employee then stated they were not allowing any customers in the store at all and that we could go back to our cars, order the phones we wanted online and then come back later to do a curb side pick. The other couple replied they wanted to be able to look at the phones before purchasing them and we replied the same. The employee again stated they were not allowing any customers at all inside the store. Both us and the other couple then said if we couldnt look at the phones prior to purchase then we would not be buying phones from Verizon. We proceeded to get into our car and go to AT&T (whose employees were wearing masks and actually let us into the store to look at the phones). We asked AT&T if they were limiting the number of customers in their stores to comply with COVID and they said yes. We explained what had happened to us at the Verizon Store and they seemed perplexed by it.I understand in the times of COVID certain protocols need to be observed and the amount of customers allowed in your stores needs to be limited but the website online for the Twin Falls store says both mask are required for customers and your employees wear masks (this clearly was not observed). It also says in-store shopping and in-store pickup available under the description of this store (the employee said no customers were allowed in the store at all and all orders needed to be done online and pickup was only curbside). Here is an actual quote on the website under where you can schedule an appointment For the safety of our customers and employees, you should expect longer wait times as entrance to our store is limited. All Customers are required to wear face coverings (such as n95 masks or cloth coverings) when visiting Verizon stores. Not sure if this is how this particular store is ran but it would seem that all Verizon stores should have universal COVID policies for how they are operating and whether people can or cannot actually go inside the store. I would suggest either update the information on this store for outside customer service and pickup so people do not have the expectation that they can go in your stores to look at phones to purchase. Also maybe ask the employee who was working this day why he was conducting business with customers only outside. Just for reference it was 28 degrees outside and snowing so perfect weather to wait outside to be doing customer service and selling phones. I cant imagine how many potential and current customers this store is losing if this is how this employee or maybe other employees who work at this store conduct business.
Showed up at the store to upgrade my phone, was thrown out of the store because I cant wear a mask. The employee refused to help out the door and was quite rude. I am currently looking to see if I can change all my business phones to a different carrier.
Wow!!!! I greatly appreciated visiting Verizon. Associates were attentive and very professional. For sure, one of the best places to visit during the pandemic. 😷 All staff is wearing masks and making sure clients wear one too! 👌 This company is truly following social distancing. There is an employee outside by the door to assist clients with their needs. They have markings outside to make sure clients are 6ft apart. Only one client is permitted at a time to go inside the premises. The keypads for payment are being disinfected before and after you use it. Bravo!!!!! 🥳
Absolutely disgraceful. My 95 year old great grandmother was not allowed to enter the store to receive assistance with her phone that was no longer working. My grandmother accompanied her to the store in order to help her explain the problems and find out what was needed to get it working again, as well as to help her get around in general as she is elderly and sometimes has difficulty. They each had masks and waited in line six feet away from other customers. At the door they absolutely refused to allow my grandma to go in and assist my great grandma. She explained to him that my great grandma needed help and would not be able to do this in her own. His callous response was “the guy in the store will help her.” This is unacceptable and in direct violation of federal ADA laws. Now, I’ve been on hold for over an hour and been transferred to THREE departments to get her number transferred because, of course, we have canceled the service. We will be pursuing additional action regarding this awful customer service as the direct result from their cruel and indifferent behavior toward my great grandma led to her being without the ability to communicate with her family as needed. God forbid something had happened and she hadn’t been able to call for help. Verizon has now not only lost her line, but an additional nine lines.
I am not one to leave a review, but we could not believe the way Verizon in Twinfalls Idaho operates! They would not let anyone in the building when it was cold outside and made us stand outside in line for 30 minutes just to tell us we need to set an appointment to visit them. I understand policies but there was no one behind us and there was 3 verizon reps just standing there not helping anyone and another 2 inside that you could see just standing in there and no customers inside with them.
Tracy was amazing, helped me with everything and had a great attitude.
The Verizon store is fine. The Verizon service is terrible, took me 5 minutes just to load this review page. No Im not over my data plan, but your 4g is not 4g here.Ill only edit this review when I get more then 3 bars, which hasnt happened in 2 years👍🏼Edit: 10 months in Im still only with 2 bars. Cant even download apps unless Im on free wifi. Well I guess I can if I want to wait all day.
Horrible service from the manager. Likes to argue with the costumers. Especially after waiting for an hour. You would think they would be thankful you waited. Know one knows what is going on. Employees when proven wrong hide. Very childish story for being a top service provider would not recommend. I had to go online instead of getting help and wasted an hour of my time. Should send yeah a bill especially since my appointment was scheduled beforehand and took time off of work!
They are only currently allowing appointments and a certain amount of number of people to get into the building. I had to be put on a list and went there. Representatives were cool and did a good job!
I went to the store today to add my 6th business line. The guy outside the store checking people in was so rude. He said he could not help us and to go online or to best buy or costco. Those stores do not service business accounts. I called customer service and they found me Go Wireless and they got my line set up no problem. I wont be returning to this store do to that employee.

I was having problems with my phone. Erik came out to handle my problem. Erik told me because I was white I would have to wait behind the black customers even though I arrived there first. He said white privileged have to wait. I’m filling a complaint with Verizon and the local police for a hate crime. Definitely don’t recommend!!
I have been a customer of Verizons since they took over Alltel. I have 4 phones all with unlimited data, I wanted to take my sons into the store to look at phones to buy for an upgrade, we all had masks on. The lady at the door said they were not open for browsing... I pay a lot of money to this company...well at least I used to...sounds like I need a provider upgrade.
Nice people to work with. The only thing is, I wish commission work will just go away. I know I will not be forced to spend so much as I do every time i go into Verizon stores.
This location is phenomenal they do a great job every time. And Im always well taken care of seamless customer experience every single time. Vanessa Castro is who helps me all the time and she is great I really recommend this location in Twin Falls!
Took forever. Not being able to go in the store is ridiculous. Ordering online sucks. The employees were great and as helpful as they could be based on how corporate makes them do things.
This is a long one. I came in for something simple: I had payed off my phone and wanted a new upgrade. The representative, his name is Josue, that helped us was nice enough at first. I chose a phone quickly and he, as I acknowledge he was doing his job, offered me a product and accessory package. I most politely declined and he continued to push and push and push even saying Thats a really nice phone, you dont want to protect it? Playing the guilt card. His demeanor changed after that and I payed and he pushed us out the door very quickly, too quickly. Come to find out later, he did not even activate the service on my new phone off of my old one. Thankfully my brother in law is very savvy with technology, other wise I would have had to go back and spend more time getting this resolved. Bottom line, he did not do the basic function of his job. I wonder if I had bought those accessories, maybe he would have done his job in activating the service with my phone? In the end, not impressed and not satisfied with the service there that day.
Terrible customer care and the insurance isnt the best
What can I say, this place gets half my paycheck. Staff is always friendly and courteous. There is usually a wait at the store as it serves a large population. However their customer service is top notch. I have been a customer of Verizon for over 20 years. This has been one of the most courteous stores. Always willing to troubleshoot equipment whether same day of purchase or many months later. I recommend adding the tech help app. Thank you for providing excellent support.
Sat on hold for a half hour and still didnt get anyone to answer the phone.
Very pushy, seemed unwilling to answer my questions. Wanting to make a quick sale and get to the next person.
Took 2hours to get help
I came in nearly at my breaking point with my sons watch. We were having issues with it not linking to my phone. This had been going on for over 2 months. As a parent this is a huge problem. I went through everything including emails back and forth with the app company, to being transferred to one customer service rep. to the next to fix the issue with no resolve. As soon as I came in I was greeted promptly by Maria, their customer service manager. After going through everything time and again I thought for sure she too would give up on my sons watch and send me on my way for a week or so. But she didnt. She didnt even pass me to the next coworker. She heard the concern in my voice and Im sure saw it in my eyes and refused to stop until the issue was fixed. Although it felt like hours we were standing there trying this and that, it was well worth every minute when I was able to walk out knowing that I will be able to contact my son to verify that he made it to school safe.
Good experience, they were very helpful
It is in great demand.Understaffed and says appointment only but no one answers the phone to make a appointment
Wait time is excessive. I stopped in on a Sunday early afternoon. To get a new phone. Hardly anyone in the store, watched several staff, standing around. Left after 30 minutes. I love the coverage, however seems to be an on going problem at this location. My time is important also. Come on customer service.
Jayde was an exceptional salesperson who achieved the goals of customer service and I could not thank her enough for all her help and advice. She deserves a high amount of compliment and reward for explaining and answering all my questions. I hope to work with her again and again her advice. Thanks again!
Always pleasant and Professional. Vanessa is awesome and helped us out tremendously!!
Was told misinformation about my bill. I was told I was getting paid for an activation fee upfront but after seeing my bill higher than I was informed I technically got charged for taxes and activation fee twice. I would not recommend going through Monica.
Went in today at 5:50 people ahead of us outside the guy told them to come back at 6:30 told us it would be two hours!! That is ridiculous!! Poor customer service. He was not friendly at all.
Although the place is usually packed and theres no place to sit when youre being served a delightful meal of data and text talk and other devices. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite go-to person is Michael. Thanks for all of your help this is my first Verizon phone plan.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and stayed with us until all questions were answered. I needed help in going through a procedure one more time. And he made sure that I understood the process.
Jayden was incredibly helpful in porting multiple phones over from AT&T and getting us a screaming deal on 3 new phones as well as top dollar for our trade ins. She was genuinely nice & looked for the best set up for our account. She’s definitely got customers for life with our family! 🏆
Wait times are a joke. I was there for an hour waiting and they would help people walking in off the street before me. They said all they can do is sell me a phone. Any other service I require, I will have to do online because they dont know how to transfer accounts or numbers. I waited an hour to hear that. Why couldnt the door greeter have told me I was outa luck and that I have to figure it out myself instead of standing there not helping the 10 other people in line. I prefer the help of a real person face to face.
I can go get a home loan faster than I can make changes to my Verizon account.
Very worst customer service and company I have ever experienced. Not only will you spend 1-2 hours minimum every visit no matter if youre there to pay a bill or change your service, but every associate will have a different level of skill, training, knowledge and answers. You cant ever get the same answer twice. They fail at servicing small businesses, the set ours up wrong and it took more than a year, 10 visits and 30 phone calls and emails. They promised things they never delivered such as 3D VR glasses and a discount on our business retroactive to the date they were meant to set up our account right. Instead of over $1000 accumulated they gave us $200 off which happened to be a promotion anyhow, so basically they didnt honor anything they said they would. We just went in to add a line and 2 1/2 hours later we left with nothing because the girl seemed to have no idea what she was doing. We kept saying we were in a hurry but she just kept disappearing for 20 minutes 4 different times, with no care for our time. Then as we FINALLY go to check out she stood and spoke to another associate for 10 minutes and came over to tell us the phone was actually $100 more than she quoted/wrote down and showed us. At that point we just left. Super frustrating and aggravating. She never apologized once for wasting our time or taking so long, she didnt say Im sorry, Im new or Im sorry Im taking so long, or Im sorry I messed up, just sorry were busy today. They were not busy. There were 3-4 better qualified associates not helping other people the whole time we were there. She must be new, we recognized the other workers but never have we seen her. If she wasnt new thats even worse because she was terrible. Not only have we dealt with in store mistakes, every time we go in we come out without fixing the issues we came in for, but try calling on the phone, oh my goodness the customer service by phone is even worse. We can wait to switch back to T-Mobile as soon as we move out of this small town. Verizon is supposedly the best service but we cant get more than 3 bars in Twin Falls ever. Really disappointed.
The wait time is ridiculous, last time I was there to upgrade and help get my phone set up, they just handed me my phone to set it up myself which I needed help to begin with, and just cared about making their sales more than helping me or anyone in the store. A customer physical walked out because it took too long and someone ignored him and started helping someone else that came in after him. I don’t blame him for leaving.
Received different answers to questions on by bill each of the three times I went. Ended up costing about 300 dollars more for a phone than I could have received anywhere else, not to mention the couple of hours total I spent in line. After the sale is done dont have high expectations if you do use Verizon. I will be moving back to Sprint soon, much better customer service.
Doug was great. Spend an hourSwapping all my data to my new phone.
Jayde was absolutely amazing to work with! We loved her!! She helped us get three new phones, was efficient with porting, and she found the most cost-effective trade-in deals and data plans that worked best for our family. HIGHLY recommend this store and crew!! Thanks Jayde!! The door-openers were also a nice touch!
I love Verizon because when I started out almost over a year ago I could only get onto prepaid account because my credit was bad but after being with them for a whole year and always paying my bill on time I was able to switch to a 2 year Contact and now Ive been with them for alittle over 2 years and they have always been really good to me whenever Ive had any problems and now I have 1 cellphone and 3 tablets on my account.. 1 is a Apple IPad 10,1 and thats my Moms and 1 was an Samsung Galaxy Tab 8 that was my ex girlfriends but I just ended up trading in my Samsung S 9E for a Brand New Samsung Galaxy S6 Tablet for my ex girlfriends that I truly Love and Care about her more than any other woman out there I really wish that maybe someday we will be back together because I really cant and dont want to live without her.. And the older Samsung Galaxy Tab 8 will be handed down to my sister Lenna this way she finally gets her Tablet that Ive been permission her for over 4 years..
Helpful but I was a bit confused by changes in the Verizon insurance restrictions. Conveniently located. The service people tried real hard, to get us a solution to my daughters non ring phone challenge, sadly we were able to correct the issue. They were able to answer must our questions, the problem was Verizon policy, not the in store service.
Awful place..
Great place,Very Knowledgeable our Tech, Jade was Amazing explaining everything to our daughter and to us on our options
Martin, by far is the best employee at the Twin Falls location. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend doing business with him.
First off, I love Verizon, as a cell phone carrier. But I received POOR service when I went into this location recently. First of all, the guy didnt even tell me his name, probably cuz he didnt want to get called out latedr. 2st -He gave me super short answers to everything without much explanation, and there was like 3 people in the store at the time. Felt like he was just anxious to get off his shift. 3rd - He gave me WRONG information, and left important info out. They were out of stock on the Samsung s10e, so I needed to order one, which he didnt bother to tell me that if I went home and did it myself, I couldve saved $20 and gotten it same day delivery. Then he tells me that because my previous phone got water damage, that nothing none of my apps or messages will sync up which is FALSE. I just activated my new phone and EVERYTHING synced up with my old device, even though it is not even able to turn back on. If I knew his name I would talk to the manager, I think Ill call and just describe what he looks like. KNOW YOUR STUFF if youre going to wear the uniform. Its about being the most helpful and making your customer happy. Does anyone know how to provide real customer service anymore? Also...the Verizon help line just rings and rings for 15 to 20 minutes with no one answering. GET IT TOGETHER VERIZON.
Today I went into the store to check out some iPhones and was helped by Tracy. He was very polite and knowledgable on the difference between the new iPhones. When we went to purchase the one we wanted he made the transaction super quick and easy making sure everything was backed up before giving me everything i needed to make the transfer easy at home. tech coach was really impressive when helping me transfer my info at home also!
If I could give a “0” I would. Vanessa specially is a terrible manager and employee. I explained to her my son needed to turn his phone edge up programAnd because she didn’t see it in the account she gave us a $404 gift cats when the edge up program wants a $499 phone so I’m suppose to pay the $100 difference because she messed up and didn’t bother to call corporate and find out what was going on. When I told her me paying $100 out of pocket was not acceptable she hung up on me. I hope corporate sees this becAuse Vanessa should be fired
First off I walked in with no one to greet me I waited 20 minutes before someone greeted me. After someone finally greeted me he informed me it would be about (another) 20 minutes. So with that told to me I had a call I had to take. While I was on my call someone came and told me it was my turn. So I figured since I had to wait for them they could wait for me to get off my call. As I was on my call (only 10 minutes) they told me I had to wait AGAIN. I asked for someone in management this EXTREMELY RUDE person told me (yes I was UP SET) told me he was going to throw me out of the building. The rep that was going to help me (in a very loud voice) why he did not help me.(Remember I was on a call waiting for them) he told me that I was not allowed to raise my voice however it was OK for his rep to raise his voice to me (sounds like DOUBLE STANDARD TO ME). These people at this location (Twin Falls,Id) are the rudest bunch of people I have delt with. My recommendation SEND THEM ALL BACK FOR SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.BAD FOR BUSINESS.
Stopped to activate a tablet and after being asked what I needed then waiting for 20 minutes while the group of employees (they looked like homeless people and milled around asking each other questions while customers waited) auditioned for Monty Python then finally someone spoke to me! Seems without having the tablet they couldnt sell me a SIM card, why they didnt point this out when I first walked in barehanded is by all means the definition of alert, customer based service... Go down the road and jump off the bridge will be less painful than realizing that people get paid to be like the cable customer service on Southpark.
Great speedy service. Its a pretty big store with quite a few accessories and phones on hand. Rachel the girl that help me seem very knowledgeable and helpful with my issues on my current phone, along with new phones and current promotions.
The actual people here are not bad. However there is 2 people on staff and one of them is forced to stand at the door greeting customers that they cant help within a resonable amont of time. I have been here for 25 minutes and I was the next in line and still havent been helped. There is about 10 people waiting and only 1 person that can actually help them. No calls to the manager for assistance, just simply being okay with extended wait times. This is Corp Verizon....hire more people. This is absolutely insane to treat customers like this. My verizon bill is $700 to $800/mo for my company. As soon as another carrier improves coverage, we will take that money and give it to someone who cares.
Even tho I didnt leave with my new phone and stuff it was awesome experience they were nice and kind respectful
Best verizon place in town! Got a new phone and he walked me thru every question I had! Thank you so much
Fast service and they know their stuff when it comes to technology
These people have no idea how to do there job. Get different stories from each person you talk to.I would not recommend doing busy with them. Would rather go without a phone then deal with these in professional in educated people,
Great service!
What can I say, I love Verizon cell service. I do think their prices are high on both service and prices, but that being said the do run some awesome promotions.
Very very helpful and knowledgeable about the product
Helped me with my Hotspot.
This is a very busy place but everyone is very helpful.
Tiara was amazing and extremely helpful!
Been a customer for 13 years. Love them
Added line to account that could not be accomplished online. Great service
Have given this Verizon store so many chances. Every time they have been absolutely awful. The employee who helped us was very arrogant and unintelligible. Employee insisted that since he did not to solve our problem, that it couldnt be solved. He refused to consult his coworkers..many of who were standing around because we were the only customers in the store. We ended up having to do online research and solve our phone issue...on our own computer we brought in because the employees do not have the equipment they need for tech support. I will not be returning to this Verizon location.I recommend going to the Twin Falls Best Buy or Costco if you have troubles with your phone or need to buy a new one. They are always excellent.
The employees here are extremely rude and very disrespectful to the customers
Everyone is so nice and helpful
Great and helpful staff. Ive been with Verizon since 1995 and wil not go with any other carrier.
Fast and friendly! Michael helped me get my new phone e set up fast
Cant believe this place has such bad reviews. They are great Ive never had a problem. And have felt with the same place for a quite a while now.
Always quick and smooth in the store. Always miss something and send you home with issues to resolve on your plan.. terrible customer service over the phone. Will not compensate you for problems theyve caused or your time wasted trying to fix those problems.
If I can give 0 I would! 1st off Verizon claims to have the most towers yet everyone else uses them, and for that they rip people off. 2nd this store has the most incompetent reps ever! If someone tells you they have a phone from a different carrier, let them know its not possible to set up service. Dont take their hard earned money!! How do you sleep at night!?. You deal with these situations on a day to day basis! How do you not know? Get your facts straight! Fact is, you are not the only reliable carrier. And if your smart person, I wouldnt sign that contract with this place, even if you have to, go to a different location, this staff is full of morons. And if you have to make a purchase, be warned, hope you are certain of your purchase as they do not issue refunds. They get to keep your hard earned money!
I have been in the Twin Falls Verizon store at least 3 times and each time the associates are SUPER friendly and quick to help.I am from a bigger town where Verizon people are not so friendly and wait times are often long.
I had to get a new phone due to dropping mine in the toilet. Getting the new phone went well and set up was quick. However, they were conveniently out of the phone I wanted and naturally only had the more expensive option. Then, they only had two cases available for the phone that was available. Not long after my phone would not connect to my company wifi. After speaking to 4 customer service reps over the phone and 2 in the actual store(all of which tried to tell me it was the wifi not the phone, and every single one had me try something completely different than the next), they finally tried to tell me Id have to send my phone in for warranty and that Id be out the money for the tempered glass I had paid for. I suggested trying a factory reset because I was not about to give these people more money. It worked for a minute and went right back to not connecting. I gave up and actually went and asked for help at AT&T. 5 minutes and it was fixed. I guess thats the difference between a company that trains in product knowledge and one that does not. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE!!!!
I will never go to this store again. I will use bestbuy and the one by colortyme.
Vanessa helped us and gave great customer service. Was very polite and prompt
Not our favorite store for verizon services. Dont honor their own advertised price and thats just bad business practice!
My online order was 236.45 in the store, they charged me 3 times for not canceling my on line order, 155 and 277. No receipt for 8 days and lied about giving me $200 off an IPad. 70 billion dollar Corporate still has not responded.
Verizon service is horrible. They dont credit your account as they suggest they will on buy one get one free!!!!
The price is good allong with an eligible helpful staff makes getting a phone here a good idea.
Nice staff
They didnt answer their store phone line & dont return messages. After a long wait and bad customer service, we ended up going to the verizon kiosk at costco where we received immediate service and great help from Aden.
Im very disturb about my last 2 visits to Verizon store. I went there to upgrade my son phone for Christmas wanting to be a Christmas present. I was offered the Pixel phone which for the way it was presented to was good for my son, the fact that the cloud was unlimited. Well the sale person has not present to me.the whole phone to say this phone dose not have separate ear phone plag . I bought it and my son did not like it Because of that. So after Christmas I return the phone and I went for a bigger Phone for myself giving my son my old phone. I went for pixel 2 xl bigger phone and did not really care about ear phone plag, well they fail to tell me that the phone was not on sale anymore . Any way I had to change my phone 2 times because of the poor knowledge the ppl.that work there they have. I lost 70 dollars every time you exchnge a phone u lose 35 dollars. When I went and return pixel 2xl and got galaxy 8 note the sale person was so out of the knowledge of the phone she had no clue of anything, she was humming the songs that they were plag in the store instead to answer my question, PATHETIC. I had to have my phone if not I will be walking out and never ever return there. You ppl are like the Wal-Mart ppl have no clue of your jobs, but Wal-Mart ppl have an excuse they are old ppl.most of them trying to earn a living. Whats your excuse Verizon all your employees are young and out of knowledge. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. I will make sure I contact the corporation and let them know how Twin Falls, Verizon earn them paychecks.
