Getting DISH from Big Dog was a very pleasant experience. Elliot at the office was very thorough in explaining the terms. For installation, Justin arrived on time and completed a professional installation.

Was a great experience. All the guys were very professional and answered all my questions. Having a little trouble getting the tailgater hooked up though. No one better than Nick!! He came to my home on his own time and shoveled me out of my driveway. Im 65 years old and had been stuck for 4 days. Nick saved me!! Thank you Big Dog fot having such wonderful employees

Josh installed my system several years ago. He has responded quickly when I need work done. He is very knowledgeable and makes appointments conveniently around my work schedule.

Big Dog is at the Western Days Fair and will have extra promotions to give away for new TV and Internet services set up. Stop by and see if youre paying to much or could get something better for the same price.

Complete and total misunderstanding and misrepresentation of CenturyLinks technical requirements for the latters new offering of 20mbps in town led to installment, and then later billing, disasters with the corporate mess that CenturyLink is with respect to Internet service. After several weeks of dealing with the billing and technical departments at CenturyLink, the situation remains unresolved. Most recently this is due to their systems being down for maintenance and the billing departments constant referrals to other departments for remediation, because apparently, they cannot do anything on their own though they hold the purse strings. I would never contract with CenturyLink through Big Dog again. Previously, I have had positive experiences with CenturyLink, when dealing with them directly. Big Dog does not understand its partnership with the larger CenturyLink, and it appears that once the ball is set into motion via Big Dog, the outcome is disastrous, nevermind that CenturyLink is a corporate ball of hell.

I havent met Josh yet, but NICK was AWESOME today helping me with my DTV problem and helping me with Century link, thanx so much 😘😘😘😘😘

Very rude owner. I was biking around with a friend when my buddy had to make a phone call. Being right by the shop we decided to stop for a moment since they had a canopy up. Then the owner arrived and started yelling and insulting us. A few words were spoken between the both of us. I ended leaving since a jerk like him isnt worth my time. He told me youll never be one of my customers cause you cant afford it. Funny thing is, Im now in need of centurylink but will order it online since Ill never give him a cent.
