Been going theres for a couple years now, love every one of them! They know me and know what Im looking for as soon as I walk in! I have referred several friends and family members, they all still go in there and theyre all completely happy as well!! Brendan, Ryan, C, Too tall, Allen, all of you are our favs, of course!!! They are also very clear about their policies before you walk out the door and every one of them really knows their stuff!!!

Since when is 3 stars sub-par. For anyone reading my reviews ⭐⭐⭐ s means OK and yes I will return without exploring other options. In fact, when did 3 stars stop meaning OK, Good and reasonably priced. 4 stars Excellent. 5 stars Perfect but you are going to PAY for it. I apologize if my 3 star rating was offensive I did not intend for it to be. Your store was simply OK, yes Id recommend it and yes I will return. Is your store spectacular, spotless and the best deals in town? Not exactly, but it is a cool little shop.

Ive spent 500+ at this store and have been getting the $10 off with their point system for a couple years. Suddenly now they require you to download and sign up for an app to redeem your points. The app isnt compatible with my phone so I cant use the $10. Going to Snake River Vapors from now on. Theyre cheaper over there anyway.

Greg Knutson:Been a loyal customer for YEARS, frequently shop here for mods, juice and batteries. Often know as much as the staff about the selection, technical overview of mods, etc. Have seen some of the best staff here, good friends all. Only sad thing is that their turn-over rate on employees is like a revolving door.And as much as I have tried, I cant seem to get hired here.

Bought a rechargeable Hyde and maybe got 10 puffs and still can see the juice is full but it don’t work properly n coils are burnt. I talked to them as I was just in there spent 31$ and they could do nothing about it so out 31$ and a bad vape

I went to twin to visit friends and family and I needed juice. My favorite juice is the berry burst in 3mg. The vape shop in boise hasnt had it in a 3 for months now, but the one in twin had several bottles of berry burst in 3. The guy that works there was really friendly and nice.

Best products in the area for your money, super friendly environment. Just overall a great place to go.

Wow! What an incredible experience. I was out of town and my vape broke. I stopped in at this location a Bob Marley look-alike helped me. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He had ample supplies to pick from. I will definitely go back and refer friends to his location.

Great location, atmosphere. Fair prices, excellent service. I was met right away despite they were busy, asked what I needed and offered many options. This looks like a good healthy business. Parking was a little tight.

This is by far my new favorite shop. The team is very insightful and friendly, not to mention the wide variety of product, the juice is premium the mods are authentic. The prices are fair and the staff is always willing to help! A must go!

All the vape stores are great in twin. But VAPE is great because they have later hours for people who work late and is really convenient when you need that

Cjs and exhale are better in my opinion, but I have friends who shop here exclusively, so they have to be doing something right.

Had an Issue with them, they made it right immediately. They know how to take care of the customer. Highly Recommend these guys.

Super great service guy actually gave me his own personal juice bottle when I went in for batteries and didnt have enough to buy my own..

First girl was nice in helping me choose a vape pen. She sold me on the fact that they have a 60 day return policy if I didnt like it. I tried it for 1 week and with 2 different cartridges and it was super hard to get a good puff. I went in to return it or exchange it and was told they dont have that policy. Only if its proven defective will they even do an in store credit. That was my one and only experience in that store. Next time Ill go to a store that honors a policy or has stands by an employees sales pitch

I love this place! The Black Friday Sale was awesome! There was a blonde girl there with a green sweater and she has helped us so much I wanted to give her a great Review because she only started a couple of weeks ago and she knew what she was talking about and if she didnt she found the answer. She found a little salt mod in a grab bag that help me to quit smoking And I will be forever grateful for that! There were other people there and everyone there is always so nice and so helpful they explain everything and if we dont understand things they will explain them again and again until we do. They will help us find exactly what we need ! Last night at the black Friday sale there were 4 people there It was late but they were still happy to service and did an awesome job They were very busy but they still answered the phone and when we came in They still helped us to find exactly what we needed. The black Friday sale is still going on so I would suggest going there Because their customer service is awesome! They also put their products under warranties unlike C js. I bought a mod from C js and once you buy it youre stuck with it even though it was a manufacture defect it melted and almost started on fire in my house while I was sleeping and I only had it for a week but they didnt care wouldnt warranty it and I had barely used it. I went to these guys and they practically gave me a mod for free. Because of the experience I had at C js. How do you ask for better customer service than that? I want to thank you all at the vape shop and I will keep on recommending you guys! They know their products And they have excellent customer service! Love you guys!
