Bought a very expensive double door and had problems immediately. When the door is closed, it jiggles. Its like the strike plates that were pre-installed are not far enough back. Called them and they were supposed to get someone to call me back. Never heard from them. Now, about a month later, the door still jiggles and we have other issues. I called again and did get a reply. I was told that I would have to pay for someone to come out because Im not In their service area. Needless to say I spent over 3,500 on a door and will now have to live with the defects.REPLY:First of all, we did not say that WE would install it, we said we would have it installed by an experienced framer, which is what we did. We were told that they would not install the door since the the exterior of our house is stucco. Secondly no one ever asked if we shimmed the door. It was however, shimmed accordingly because it was an experience framer that installed it. Thirdly, my son figured out there are adjustment screws in the door which has helped us. It still Jiggles when shut but its not as bad. This was never told to me when I spoke on the phone with the company. This would have been a very big help. Fourthly it would have been nice to have a little bit more customer service help than what was given. One more thing, the door was installed a few months ago, I called about the jiggling the day after. I was told by the gentleman in the store that I would get a call back from someone else to talk to me about it. No one ever called. It wasnt until recently that the door developed other issues that I called again and spoke with someone.

Joe Roach Windows in Lindale ordered replacement windows from this All Seasons Window & Door for our house, the paperwork clearly stated lifetime warranty. The vinyl around two of the windows started to curl and a large window about the front door lost its seal. I contact Roach Windows, they contacted All Seasons Window & Door and they responded to him that they had changed their policy, that they no longer guaranteed those windows.

They refused to help my elderly aunts with a storm door they installed. Someone tried to break in to their home, and in the process the broke the handle and mechanism. When we called they wouldnt even come to look at it! They dont and wont stand behind their lifetime warranty! SHAME ON YOU!
