I was extremely nervous about ordering $8k In doors without seeing them. I am so glad I took the risk... these doors are stunning and give our home so much curb appeal. Every guest comments on how beautiful the doors are. The only surprise was hauling from the road to the house but that was disclosed in our order, so it’s our fault for not fully reading. Again, stunning doors!

I just want to say thank you  for the amazing customer service.  Amber the saleswoman was helpful and patient.  She show me all the different options on colors and design.  He explained everything about size and the installation process in detail.

Purchased our front doors end of 2014 with a 5 year warranty and loved them. Company is based in Texas and we are in Florida. Have had several issues with pealing paint. Repaired once several years ago and could not get any response for warranty on the last 1 1/2 to 2 years of the warranty. Very poor service after the fact!!!

These doors at three years old began to show signs of problems and needed refinishing at four years. My doors do get hit with sunlight. The paint and primer separated from the metal door. The painter who repaired these doors believes too much primer was applied at the factory and that led to this issue.

I tried for several weeks to get Tom to send pics, answer his phone or just be available on any day for me to come by and see what they have in stock. I called and emailed but no response what so ever. If its that hard to buy a door from this place I can only imagine how hard it is to get any warranty work done if needed.

I have been a long time customer. I have been requesting help with the peeling and cracking on all my Iron Door Plus Doors for over a year.If my doors are not fixed soon I will be unable to refer anyone to this company.I invested a lot of $$$ in these doors and was promised they would be fixed. Very disappointing!

I wouldnt give 1 star. very bad quality. 0 support. Even if you get someone on the phone, they only promise to call back. stay away.

No support. Dont answer back. BAD SERVICE!Door starts to chip. I have no idea what to do, and they dont answer back.

The finishes on their doors carry zero warranty. After a year or two the paint comes off in sheets. They obviously dont know how to prep and primer galvanized metal.

The worst customer service service company I have ever dealt with. Have been calling them for over four (4) MONTHS in an effort to get our 4 year old dilapidating IRON PLUS DOORS repaired. These guys are a joke. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Bought doors from them and no response from paint chipping, and I am local to them. The warranty is useless.
