THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THEY ARE OVER 1 1/2 HOURS LATE, way past the supposed delivery time. Call Customer Service woman makes excuses we have a lot of orders how it that our problem then HANGS UP ON US!!! DO NOT USE UNLESS YOUR PARTY IS AT NIGHT!!! UGH THE WORSE Oh and DRIVER states HAS MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH HIS TRUCK ALL OF A SUDDEN AND SAYS HE WILL ME ANOTHER 30 minutes. THEY SO SUCK!!!!

This was my third year using this company. Unfortunately something has changed. We had to call 3 times to see where the jumper was because it was 2 hours late. Also they didnt pick it up that night. I had to call the next morning so it was up running all night. Asked for a refund for the 2 hours and was given the run around for 3 weeks and offered only 10% on a future order.Wont be back.
