Service from the salesman was a bit harsh. They didnt want me to test drive the car until theysee what the bank says. The receptionist was very pleasant, and made the transaction smooth. They took quite a while to get me my permanent tags also. Be careful, as some off the cars listed are incorrect. I bought Subaru Sti, and it had a wondrous listed. I knew better about the sunroof being exclusive to the limited model. I could see how that would confuse many other customers. The car was priced lower than you can find at most places, so I did make the deal. If you are financing, your experience may not go as well, as if you are using cash. Zero negotiation in financing. was the line. Overall I needed the car they had, and the price was good, so it made sense.

I bought a car from them and had nothing but problems with it. They threw in some warranty thats useless, when I call to tell them and ask for help they said that they cant help me, pretty much its my problem, save your self some problems and go somewhere else.

Purchased a vehicle from them and they provided two keys. Locked out the car one day, and decided to use the stair which was wrong. they could not provide me my second copy of the key due to the one being invalid. They stated that 95% of the time there’s only one key. However they sold me the car with two, and now they are not willing to replace the second one even though it’s wrong. Very disappointing that now I’d have to go and obtain a copy of the key, on my own on top of having to pay to get into my car.

LEMON:::ALERT::::I financed a beautiful looking 2008 Mercedez Benz Ml 550 AMG for 13k. I put $6,000 cash down. It had only 109k miles, and one set of keys. These cars might be repos.The car is a headache its plagued with mechanical and electrical problems. Hole in radiator bad Starter, serpentine belt steering pump, no heat bad suspension three leaks, faulty wiring. They are good at masking the problems of these cars for 90 days. The warranty is in house, and the mechanic will dodge you. Many of their cars are COD or Cash On Delivery because they cant legally finance them. These cars have salvaged titles. I own this particular car for one year. It was not a salvage car. It had a clean carfax. I spent 3Gs in repairs already,and still counting. Dont do it..you will regret it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Would not let me test drive a car because not necessarily you, but a lot of people have bad credit, and its not worth moving the card to test drive. Asked me for a hard inquiry in credit or a down payment BEFORE moving the one car out the way for a test drive. Never would give someone like this my money. He stumbled over his words when I told him it was unheard of. Also took another person imfront of This place is awful.

Thos place has good cars but are very pricey for the quality. My 2009 Kia was 5000 and the ac/heater was broken but o was a first time buyer and didnt check everything. The car buy back value at other dealers was only 2000 at most because they said no one would pay over 3000 for the car. Make sure they fix anything that needs fixing before buying or Google price of repairs and talk the price down.

If youre looking for a lemon or an unprofessional dealer, Then this place is perfect. ..Just went to B&B Auto place and checked out the 2013 Fiat. The guy never told me that the driver seat window doesnt work. When I told him about the window, he gave me an attitude and told me he will fix it and that hell take 100 dollars off. Then he told me he needs time to find out if its the latch on the door? First off, its a foreign car, those parts arent cheap, And if he didnt tell me that about the window problem, then he honestly wouldnt tell me what else is wrong with it. He wouldnt even bring down the price. I honestly think he needs some communication and business classes.

At first glance their cars seem to be of good quality. Over time little by little problems kept popping up with the car as soon as a week after I bought it. Now the cars transmission is done! They are dishonest about the conditions of their cars. Shop elsewhere.

I found the car I wanted and they were very nice but the sold me a car with way too many problems. Everytime I turn around there is something else with this car. I have had to replace all the spark plugs and sensors and the battery. I had to do a full break job included rotors. My back window doesnt work which they said they would fix but never did. They only gave me one key for the car. Now its making some damn squeaky noise. This is such a pain in my ass!!! Yes the found someone who would finance me and I got a decent price but was it really worth it

Terrible dealership, went to look at a car that had obviously been in an accident and all the salesmen could day there was a clean carfax. The while car was running there was oil burning coming from the header. The was going to need a head gasket but when we talked price they only wanted to come down $300. Stay away from there, dishonest and cant be trusted.

I bought a suv there and I was told that I only need to get the orinal navi sytem and it will work with the car but; was not. Another thing is that vendor also told me to replace driver window switch in order for the window to work and was not. Totally disappointing experience.

Cars look and run good but theres alot of tiny problems they dont tell you about.. i.e car doesnt charge phone, blue tooth doesnt work and alot of wiring issues that are not covered in warranty. Also, if your financing, the interest rates are freaking ridiculous. I have a pretty good credit score and i was still charged 24% which is what they charge most first time buyers from there. if i wasnt in a hurry i would have not purchased my car from here. On the plus side the cars look nice and have a good value for thier price if your buying straight off. The customer service is fine until you actually buy the car and than you are screwed.. this is my honest opinion. I hope it helps
