Me and Carlos butted heads. At the end of the day he kept it extremely professional. All I ask is for better organization with the mechanics and notifying, and if there Will be any delays to let us customers know ! Which Carlos handled very well
I purchased and picked up my car on 9/25th.A pleasant experience. Total staff (customer service rep, sales rep, manager and documentation rep) is professional and courteous! The dealership is clear and concise answering my questions including pricing ones. Also, a very odd situation occurred that day and my sales rep with her management resolved my situation and delivered a wonderful solution for me. Dealership demonstrated uprightness and integrity with my purchase experience!
I recently helped my daughter buy a new car 🚘. Any parent knows this first experience can leave a lasting impression. Unfortunately on the day of delivery the convertible top stopped working. 🙁Immediately. our salesperson Michael consulted with the GM and assured us they would make it right. They even offered a full refund if they couldn’t!! Well as you see by the photo they homered their word. Thanks Michael we recommend Open Road Chev.
I had an issues with a latch in my 2018 Chevy Tahoe that I bought a few months ago. Chris the service manager was great and took care of me himself and even went ahead and installed it himself for me. Very professional! Thanks again Chris!
If I could give no stars I would. My car was left there for over 3 weeks, no one called me for any updates. I had to call myself multiple times and it was all the same answer, “your car is going through diagnostics,” for over 3 weeks?! This is also after the fact that my car has been there repeatedly on and off for the past year for the same issue. After paying over $2,000 for them not to fix the original problem they want to charge me another $1,400 for the same problem. After stating that I am not going to pay, they want to charge me for the diagnostics; but who’s going to pay for the transportation I had to find myself for the past 3 weeks, even though it states on their website that they have “courtesy vehicles” only to find out that they do not.On top of all that, their service advisor, Jason Liehr, laughs at me!What terrible customer service this dealership has.0 out of 10 would not recommend to anyone.I would like for the service manager Christen Baron or the general manager to give me call if they would like more information.
Wonderful experience. Ms. Jackie (Jackie Rollins) was an absolute gem! Even when I came back for the registration and tags (which came back in around 4 working days - amazing especially since hours at the DMV are still limited), she remembered my name, got me what I needed and made sure I was still happy with my purchase.
Steve, the sales manager, and our salesman, Chris, were very helpful in purchasing our 2021 Suburban. We encountered several delays through COVID and they kept us very well informed throughout the entire experience. In the end, they helped us get the deal we wanted. Would recommend them any time!
Had an appointment waited in there for almost an hour for someone to see me. Went to a few different dealerships to get a lease price quote, first off all the other dealerships offered me 10k for my trade in; this dealership offered me 7k then I told them absolutely not so they said they could do the 10k then they tried to have me pay 38,000 total on a 3 year lease on a truck worth 53850 sticker, that’s 11,000 plus than the other dealerships offered. THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS
Cant speak for the sales or service.... But I went to purchase from Parts today and the associate there, Bruce, was truly exemplary. It was within half an hour of closing and he was very helpful and understanding of exactly what I needed. He genuinely wanted to help and was completely friendly and polite throughout the transaction. A perfect customer service experience which is very hard to find among the industry.
I would rate this dealer for Used Cars zero stars if there was an option. Just not honest people. There are honest people in the world and there are these guys. Never will I even walk on their lot. Just not honest from their online manager Darius to the salesperson Michael to the manager Steve. Based on my experience; not to be trusted. Good luck to you.
Very good so far. The phones didnt answer but when I left a message they got back to me. I took it in. Still waiting on their analysis of the problem.
Hi everyone, I purchased my 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer in October and NO-ONE can change my view on Open Road Chevrolet or my salesman...Mr. Michael Melkonian. This guy made my purchase all that and more. I love him. I would suggest you ask for him should you make a decision to come in. Im here today for an oil change and couldnt resist going over to see him. Even spoke to Mr. Stephen Stoop to let him know just how pleased I am. Keep making people happy, Michael.
Needed a oil change and there was a recall for overcured tires on my 2020 traverse I was there for 2 1/2 hours only to find out that one of the tires had to be replaced Which they didn’t have in stock with a recall on a very popular vehicle you would think they would have them in stock they had to order the tire and I would have to come back. Arrived the following morning to have tire changed this took 2 hours once I got home I looked at my invoice which never mentioned anything about a tire being replaced. upon further investigation I noticed all my tires had the same tread depth which led me to believe they never actually changed the tire I will never again get my vehicle serviced at “closed road Chevy”ever again!!!!!
Not at all satisfied as a customer the issue i brought the car in for is still present and I was charged because the mechanic could not replicate the noise I get from driving my car everyday
Remember two names when you go to open road Chevrolet in union. Edwin Mendez and jacklyn Rollins. When I talk about a seamless process. In and out in record breaking time. Flawless service. Flawless!
I feel that pricing is way to expensive in relation to the work or service the dealer actually performs at times. I would recommend friend, family or colleagues to the dealer only for certain things.
My partner and I ended up going to union Chevy to check out a promotion they where giving for her old 2016 and put her in a 2018 certified the process was easier than I expected Christopher Collier was amazing he gave us a good deal and make the processing of buying a truck so easy I truly appreciate him for everything his has done for us today. Your awesome Chris thank you. Recommend dealership.
Jason was awesome as always. Takes good care of my vehicle everytime. Customer for life. Thanks again for taking such good care of me and my vehicle
This was my first experience as far as getting a car on my own. The atmosphere was friendly and supportive thanks to Michael Melkonian and his top notched professionalism. He obviously knows his stuff and made this manageable for me! I walked away as a happy and satisfied customer!
When I say this was the most painless process ever! Michael was awesome he used his skill to get me the suv I wanted and for the price I wanted. He was patient and nice very Professional, he knew exactly what he was doing.
Not at all brought car in for air bag recall also had them service tpms was told needed 2 rear sensors it would cost 393 plus tax total 424 but after a cracked dashboard in 2 places where the passenger air bag is located when removed also blaming the aftermarket alarm for the tpms problem that is not true also missing tire stem caps and no idea why did they removed the fuse for the foglights and did not reinstall it also said it would be washed did not happen now the tpms system reads all over it jumps from one tire to the other front to back to front etc their advice need 2 more hours of diagnostics should done only the recall with them and left the tpms alone it only read needs servicing well i learned my lesson never again let them touch my car
Carlos in the service department was a pleasure. Professional and courteous. Job well done on time and always keep me post by the phone everything about the repair and price.
On Thursday 7/8, for an 8:20am appointment, I dropped my car off at about 8:10am or so. I explained that I needed my brakes looked. I received a call at 3:45pm to confirm that I did need brakes. I asked the service tech why it took so long to hear back when I had an 8:20am appt. His response was an 8:20 appt doesnt mean your car will be seen in 5 minutes . He then explained that not every mechanic works on brakes. Well that is a much better answer than the unnecessary comment he first made.He explained that the job would cost $1,600, which I thought was outrageous. I let him speak to my husband and my husband authorized the work. He service tech said parts would need to ordered but the car should be ready by late Friday. We didnt hear anything on Friday, so Saturday I called about 12:13pm and was told my Service Tech was out and that someone would call me back in 20 minutes. No phone call. I called again at 1:13pm and no answer when transferred to service. Since we were in the area, we stopped in. The service tech checked on our car and said it would be ready in an hour. It was, we received a call and went back to the dealership. To my surprise, the bill was over $2,000 and not the agreed upon $1,600. After the service tech spoke to my service tech, who was off, there was no choice for me other than to leave my car and return on Monday to dispute the bill. I expected to receive a call on Monday, however, I had to call first. At which time, my service tech sends a text that the bill has been corrected and the car is ready.Needless to say, this was not a satisfactory experience and I will look for future services elsewhere. You can publish my response, though I doubt you will.
Before it was open road it was multi Chevrolet. I purchased my vehicle and paid it off the same day. The issue had and continued to have started a year into my purchase instead of putting me in another vehicle to show appreciation it wasn’t a option, instead to this day I spent thousands of dollars and went through a new vehicle warranty to once again hear we fixed the the problem to which this time it cost me 3,500.00 after being quoted the price at 3,100.00 in total repairs! This experience with the dealerships and Chevrolet has put a sour taste in my mouth I’ll never purchase a vehicle from the dealership or buy a Chevrolet!
Horrible place. Nothing but frauds. We were talked into a terrible warranty that we immediately regretted. The contract stated that we should of gotten 100% money back if we canceled within 30 days. It took 11 months to get our refund. Nothing but lies and excuses every time we called. One time we went in person because we had enough and it turned out they didnt even cancel our warranty when we asked them to. HORRIBLE place and horrible people.
Very Misleading dealership. I called to purchase a vehichle. The sales person Mary obtained credit card info, deposit credit information, then called back to try to sell me a different vehicle. I declined. Then called back for the 3rd time to tell me that vehicle was a demo with high mileage and not new as described online. I feel lied to and mislead and to make it even worse, now they have all my financial information!! STAY AWAY!
After losing me care to Hurricane Ida, Chevrolet made me feel safe and secure and I was able to fix my flood car at a reasonable price.
My Blazer is awesome! I went in and the sales rep Chris Ijandipe was outstanding. He helped me find exactly what I wanted! Good price and quick and easy. Buying a car is stressful but Chris helped the process be a lot smoother😁.
Wow this place is amazing. Me and wife had just recently purchased another chevy! we are expecting and we needed a bigger truck. we traded in our small sedan for a beautiful Traverse LT! They were kind, patient and most of all trustworthy! Thank you to Jim and Carlos for the new wheels!
Took my vehicle there for a check engine light and ended up with a smoking engine failed breaks whiles driving on a high way.mind u the car had been in their garage for over 2weeks thinking I was going to get the best services from a dealership.I could have died or involve in a terrible accident. The sad part is they don’t even call and yet when u call they keep on saying our technician is working on it.Am very disappointed that a whole dealership could be this unprofessional.Guys does this look like a new turbo charger to u?
Buyers beware! I live 3.5 hours away and had asked to have someone personally walk around vehicle and take pictures of any damage and underneath and check if it had been smoked in.... I only got pictures of underneath and was told over the phone that there were a few minor scratches that was normal for a 8yr old 150,000 vehicle.... I took a day off of work to go get it and to get there and to find a dent on the front fender that something had fallen on it and I was told that was nothing to be upset about and that the pictures on the web sight could be inlarged enough to seen that... be very careful and make sure to have text messages to prove what you had asked for...
Staff was great and did a perfect job of service on my Camaro
Overall I had a fairly decent experience. My main gripe was that it took 3+ weeks to get my rear differential repaired. At first I was being given the run around. But once the manager Chris got involved the wheels start turning and things started getting done.Cons: -my camaro took about 3 weeks to repair-There’s a decent scratch on my bumper- all my devices (Radar, after market HUD, led seat covers etc) had to be reconnect or reset.Pros: -the manager Chris went out of his way to get me a loaner despite not having many in stock overall or any available.- so far the work look good and is holding up very well.- my car was cleaned was cleaned pretty good inside and out.- the manager Chris sensed my frustration and reached out to me personally to help me get an understanding of the process and why it was taken so long to get my car repaired.
I reached out to the dealership to find out more information about a truck I was interested in leasing. They asked me to come there to discuss about the truck and I told them I lived 30 minutes away and have a newborn that I do not want to expose not only to Covid but any germs/illnesses in general. At that point they kept telling me they would look into it but never got back to me. Any other dealership I have purchased a car from has never treated me like this. I will be purchasing my truck from elsewhere.
I was extremely pleased with my experience from beginning to end. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The Salesman, Carlos was excellent in ensuring he provided all pertinent information and made the transaction flow smoothly.
Nothing but problems. Every time I get my car serviced there is an issue. Most recently I booked service and requested a loaner vehicle. I had to book almost a month out. When I got there, no vehicle. I had to cancel the appointment. The time before that, they repaired a window and when I got home, the window didnt work already. I had to schedule a follow up appointment and needed a large vehicle as a loaner. I was given a sub compact. I couldnt fit my entire family in the car. It turned out that someone forgot to plug something in for the window. I had to drive right back to get the car. Huge waste of time. They dont have enough people to process cars when you get there. They dont have enough people to check you out when you leave. Its a ton of waiting. Dont bother buying an expensive car from these guys. You get better VIP treatment from the local bike shop. DONE!!
Jacky was an amazing salesperson. She was not overly aggressive. She was very compassionate and charismatic. Her entire character made you want to buy a car. She knew her information and was very honest about all details. She worked with you and was very understanding.
The installation was fast and well done however I had paid for the part since April 10th and nobody called to inform me until I called 2 x on the third week to remind them. Yesterday I came in for installation and someone switched my phone charger with a broken one that would not even fit in my Galaxy 7 New phone which was charging on the correct charger till I got there then $15.00 was stolen from the console that is between the driver and passengers front seats. I was disappointed in Chevy Open Road you have a petty thief in your service department.
In retrospect, we had an overall amazing experience purchasing a certified used car from Open Road. When our initial interaction with a salesperson and a miscommunication of price had us turning away, the sales manager Jim Federico stepped in to rectify the pricing confusion and retained the sale. He connected us with Carlos Guzman to seamlessly complete the sale for us. Since we are located close to Philly and at a great distance from the dealer, Carlos graciously drove the vehicle to personally deliver it to us. This was an exceptionally good experience for us and we will be sure to return to Open Road for our next purchase.
We recently worked with Stanley at Open Road to lease a 2021 Suburban and we had a wonderful experience. Stanley was young & relatively new to the job, but was eager and incredibly honest and hardworking. Any answer he didnt have, he would be honest and go find the information right away. It was a breath of fresh air. We are very happy with our new car, the value we got for our trade in, and the experience overall.
Unprofessional and not honest about their inventory (cars) for sale, working with Daruis proved to me why i dont trust car dealerships he lied and made me waste my time when i was coming all the way from Newyork waste of my time and money
Steve the manager was very rude as a salesman it can be frustrating but as a customer it’s even more frustrating especially trying to get a new car after mines flooded with this pass storm we had I expressed that when I walked however things didn’t go as planned time started moving to close after I had been there a few hours and I ended up wanting a refund because paperwork issues and the receptionist told it’ll take 3-5 business days to get my money back I was livid because this holds up my process elsewhere I sighed raised my voice towards my significant other who had just arrive to pick me up and Steve takes it upon himself to yell at me as a businessman that was wrong n very unprofessional with him working with the public and people everyday get upset at a bad offering but you DO NOT YELL AT A CUSTOMER STEVE SMHH I’ll go to somewhere else no problem
The pricing at this place left me feeling dizzy when I walked out. There are multiple prices listed on the cars and even though we told the rep the internet price and he repeated it to us... He quoted us on the sticker price and acted like the internet price was a surprise. Shopping for a car during the pandemic really has been an interesting experience.
I bought a car on April 17, 2021 on April 24,2021 the transmission broke I finally received my car back on May 25,2021. The window was left open in the back passenger side you can clearly see for days.. Rain had gotten in pollen branches terrible experience. Very unsatisfied with my experience . They avoided me and lied about looking at my vehicle for two weeks after it sat there. I also have an app to see when the car is moved. It didnt move until the day I received it back. I do not recommend.
If I can give NO STARS that would be too many. My fiancé took his car to get serviced 2 weeks ago & his check engine light is back on. We drove to the dealership to talk to the tech who worked on his car & he says without even looking at the car. “Oh! It must be a different issue.” How do you even know? You didn’t even look at the car... but anyway he says oh well you’ll have to make an appointment. We go to the counter to make an appointment & the girl at the customer service desk is on her phone. She looks up & said what are you here for. My fiancé told her what the issue was & she says oh the earliest appointment we have is in the middle of June without even checking the computer. We asked if there was a sooner date & she said no. Then she took out a piece of paper & pen & wrote down his name & number and said she’ll call if a sooner date becomes available. Customer Service horrible... definitely will not be returning...
The service rep was very informative and provide recommendations to ensure my vehicle top performance.
The salesperson Ugu was extremely helpful and made the car purchase transaction the easiest I have ever experienced. She was quite knowledgeable about all the available programs and kept us updated throughout the process. I will certainly do business again at your dealership because of her level of professionalism.
I arrived at 7:30 am on 4/2. I’m always prepared to be there all day so I take off of work. I felt the guy, Carlos did not want to take the time to look at my vehicle; telling me I would have to leave my vehicle for the diagnostic. I have been here several times for a diagnostic. They would let me know the findings. At that point if I have to leave it for extensive work I would. I felt he did not care. He asked are you going to leave it or not. I told him hold on is that the way you speak to a customer? It is always an issue when I go to this particular Chevy service location. I have had an issue with the tire pressure since the first time I purchased my Tahoe here. Each time I come they tell me it’s the cold weather but it’s not cold plus the tire pressure light is on and stays on ALL year around.I requested to speak a superior. Supervisor, Chris, came out and treated me with kindness, patience and was professional. I told Chris I want it fixed once and for all. Carlos told me the sensors are not in stock. Another site had them so I waited another 30-45 minutes for him to tell me I have to wait as they want to put the medal sensors on as they are better. It is now 2:15, 2:30. He would call me Monday, 4/5 to let me know they came in.Needless to say 4/7 I called him. He told me like he forgot you can come in Sat. 4/10 at 8. I told him I have to work at 2. I can’t be there all day again. He said no problem. I hope this time my sensors are finally fixed. If not I will be taking it up to corporate. Thank you!
The service staff was very helpful and accommodating and was able to get some issues with my truck taken care of with short noticed!
Great work by Jason to keep me informed
Carlos from service is the best at what he does an the receptionist tamarra is also the best at her job. They are great love the experience with them.
Amazing personality, you can tell Jason liehr really cares about his customers
Carlos in the service department was a pleasure. Professional and courteous. Job well done
Uju, my sales Consultant made the buying process pleasantly smooth as if she was on a mission to kill us with kindness, and courteousness😁👏. Her professionalism is top notch💯. The is by far my best experience purchasing a car. She deserves an excellence award 🥇. Would recommend my friends and family to her, infact my daughter already bought from her.
Carlos Guzman was a really nice guy... Very professional and very friendly... He answered all of our questions and he made us feel confident in our decision. Thank you to the whole team.
Christian was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting us the car we wanted and got it done quickly! He was super efficient and friendly, couldn’t be happier.
Easy to get appointments and communicated every step of the process
Christian Behrens was a great help with keeping me updated with my truck. Staff was Understanding and cooperative. He’s doing a great job as a manager with his staff. Satisfied customer
Thanks Chris collier is the best thank on my first car will recommend to everyone great customer service great guy....
Very kind and helpful people . I was helped by Chris collier one of the sales people there and I always feel welcomed whenever I come back. Great environment
I dealt with the dealership when it was, Multi Chevrolet! And I had some bad experiences with them! And thats why I never came back! But this time around it was different so far! Carlos was pleasant to talk to! So my experience this time around, was good!
My car buying experience with Miguel and Jim was amazing!! In previous experiences, I spent all day at the dealership. This time around, I was in and out in 2 hours. Miguel knew everything about the cars I was interested in and really knew how to streamline the car buying process. Jim made sure to check-in after the deal was completed to make sure I was satisfied as a customer. I recommend anyone shopping for a Chevy to go see them at Open Road.
Miguel, Edwin and Steve where amazing with my process. I spoke to Steve before arrival about the process and everything was the same when I got there. Miguel was kind and willing to answer all my questions. He even took a photo of me in front of my new car. Then Edwin the finance director kept it clear and concise about my options. Edwin also clarified the documents and made it clear what I need to pay today and what my monthly payments. Only a one hour process after all my questions and updated details. Make sure you ask questions and make it clear what you can afford so they can help you!
Purchased a 17 camaro 11/2020 and the floor mats were missing and then tires were just a had 5/32 and brought the tire issue to the dealer sales mgr steven stoop, then spoke to another sale rep and claimed that all used cars go through an inspection and all typically get oil changes that the used car tech just forgot to reset it, took it to a local gm dealer and the tech was 100 % sure that the oil change was NEVER done, car was 3 yrs if not 4 yrs old, making the oil same age, then greg gen mgr got involved and also assured that the refund was processed and expect payment with the next week or so and if not to call back as of today 6/22/2021. NO reimbursement has been received by me as promised by greg the gen mgr and steve stoop the sales mgr, have text and emails to prove this
Jason was great! Very helpful and efficient
Chris from Sales, was very helpful and understanding to my situation and was able to get to the demands that I wanted. Chris is terrific person and salesperson. Would definitely recommend.
Good professional service. Bruce was excellent and friendly.
I got the car during the pandemic the car needed some work so I had to wait to get it done it’s Took a while because I needed a loaner car, I finally got the loaner car so I was able to leave my car to get the work done, it started out a little rocky I had to a get a manager to handle the situation, but he took car of the problem and everything went well..... I got the car fixed and I was very pleased with the work......thank you guys so much......a happy customer 😃
Everyone was very nice and professional without putting the pressure on. Uju pleasantly walked me thru each phase. And Edwin sent me home smiling. It was worth the 2 hr drive to get exactly what I wanted for a great price. My only complaint is about the terrifying highway location. I would recommend anyone car shopping to check out Open Road Dealers. But if youre older, like me, have someone else drive you there to deal with the traffic 😉
I had the greatest experience at this dealership, starting with the online person Darius, he was the greatest, the with the sales man Christian another outstanding person, these 2 guy know what they doing and they donit with love, understanding, they not there just to get customer to buy a car they are there to really help you, make sure you understand what going on the steps he taking in getting you the car you want not the car they want you to get but what you want and they will do there best to get you that carEveryone there was very friendly, courtesy I would definitely go there for my next and next and next...you will be happy going to open road Chevrolet in union they are the best...thank you for al you all did....
Chris Ijandipe was awesome! I love my camaro and Chris made my process nice and easy. Thanks Open Road!
Well its been a week since I bought my first car and Daniel Trejo the salesman is the best person to go with has a great personality, very kind and speaks spanishVayan con el si quieren comprar su primer o su segundo carro La verdad la mejor experiencia
Made the experience very easy and quick. Great team!
Michael was the best salesman I’ve ever had, got me what I wanted in my price range! Everything was super quick and easy, I will definitely go back!
Absolutely the best experience Ive had buying a car to date. In and out in 45 minutes INCLUDING the tour of the car on the day I went in to do the paperwork. Gregg, Miguel and their team dont play games, are straight shooters and actually care about you as a person and as a customer. You wont be shuffled off to a new person each time you go in. They treat you with respect and deliver a service unlike any other! You will not regret going here!
Salesman was accommodating, friendly, and personable. I am very happy about my lease!
Chris Ijandipe did a great job helping every step of way, finding exactly what I wanted!
I’ve purchased a few vehicles in my day but this one has been the best experience. I was in the market for a used Chevy Traverse. I shopped and shopped and could not find the car I wanted. My sales advisor Uju was a gentleman from start to finish. Not pushy, showed me the right car that fits my needs. We discussed numbers and his sales manager Jim Federico gave me a great deal. I am so happy with the purchase! Thanks again guys!
Steer clear of this place if looking to buy a car the customer service is horrible and the receptionist is rude. I purchased a 2016 Impala brand new and I decided to sell it in 2020 I also purchased the bumper to bumper warranty and tire warranty but some how every time I needed to use it something was not covered or the tires would get plugged only. Before I sold the car I tried to get everything I needed to cancel the warranty and get the unused portion refunded. I spoke with Edwin Mendez and he advised me that the warranty should not be hard to cancel since I had never used it and to give it 60 days from the date I sent out the email. Fast Forward 90 days and nothing has happened after I sent multiple emails. This was my second car and I’m glad it’s gone I will continue to lease with Honda they care about their customers
Friendly and knowledgeable staff the guys at the front desk are always curteous and Chris the manager is always there to give you the best advice on repairs and the most cost effective way of going about it, the mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable and their quality of work is second to none its always a pleasure dealing with Open Road Chevrolet.
I picked up my vehicle on Thursday 1/7/21. A multi-point inspection was “performed” on my vehicle. My vehicle was serviced based on that inspection. Yesterday, 1/11/21 my search engine light came on! It says there is an issues with my exhaust emission system. There’s no way this was undetected when my brought my car in, and there is no reason for my search engine light to be on after picking up my car 4 days after being serviced! This is the second time my search engine light has come a few days after brining my car to get serviced!
My salesperson (Chris)went beyond my expectations to help the process stress free!
Took my SUV here for service. Staff was very knowledgeable. Took care of me and my suv. Issue was resolved on the spot and got my SUV back the same day.
The staff was very friendly. The facility was also clean and a comfortable area to wait for your vehicle
Started off with Raquel, the sales internet was great. Uju, the sales consultant got me a great deal and I was very happy with the car. Jim, sales manager was EXCELLENT! He had the mechanic go over the car, fresh oil change, filled up the car with gas. Very knowledgeable and shoots the truth. The GM of open road is a true professional, he makes sure to get you in your car for the right price. I will definitely be going back here in the future. Thank you all again.
Exceptional service and professionalism exhibited by Chris in the service department. He is a true professional.
Just leased my first car with them. Could not recommend Stan, the sales person we worked with, enough. I am not great with cars and Stan understood that and looked out for me. He worked hard to get the deal done and always made sure I understood every step of the process!
I took my car for an inspection to Chevrolet open road it was there for 9 days and they did nothing, Carlos is a liar he told me 2 or 3 days to check it, I took my truck from this dealership and took it to Clifton Schumacher, they fix it in 3 hours. wow, what a good service, express service thanks clifton schumacher.
Amazing job, Jason was very helpful and polite.
Great service!! I love my 17 Equinox!! John and Mike made my purchase super easy, even though I thought it would’ve been a super stressful process. 10/10 would recommend, THANK YOU!
Chris the Salesman was great answered every question. Very thorough thoughtful patient and professional. Never tried to upsell me and was extremely accommodating with my budget. Helped throughout the entire process. He Even helped pay for my car (i needed 43 cents and he was clutch lol) very happy with my purchase.
Jackie Rollins is great! She is patient and made my experience easy. If your looking for an easy way to buy a car, see Jackie at Open Road Chevy
So disappointed that the parts department of this dealership have forgotten how to treat customers. My business has been ordering parts from them for over 5 years and the day we had to return a part, we get an angry phone call from the Parts Manager Chris questioning why we returned the part. I explained to Chris that we already had the part we needed and our secretary mistakenly ordered another. Chris proceeded to say that we should not waste their time by ordering parts in other places just to return theirs. He threaten me saying the other part we had also ordered for delivery now had to be picked up because we are playing games. I explained to Chris that when I originally ordered the second part, I was guaranteed to have it delivered. I asked to speak to Chris manager and he simply said, sure, no problem and came back on the phone and said Im the manager. What do you want. I was shocked and appalled. Chevrolet prides themselves on being a company that cares, because caring matters. How would they feel knowing that the people they put in charge of running departments are talking to consumers in such a way? I had received great service before, but this incident has really left a bad impression on me. I will make sure all the car dealers around me know about this incident and we will not be ordering parts from here again. I hope such incidents will not be repeated.
I had a great experience buying my first car here from Christian. The service was top notch, and there were no hidden fees, etc. versus the online pricing.
I am very concerned by the business practices of this dealership. A family member and I went to view a used, blue, 2019 Gmc acadia here that was low mileage and reasonably priced. We arrived and noticed the car had mismatched tires and had a misaligned rear lift hatch, in addition to a chipped rear right tail light, suggesting it had been rear ended. The sales staff was initially polite, but tried to argue that if it wasnt in the carfax, there is no way this previous rental car was hit and their posture moved from polite, to defensive, and then outright combative. I tried to negotiate their price towards the black number of the car (break even), and this is when one of the general managers came over and accused us of making this term up, stating we should educate him as [he] has worked 17 years in the industry. He was rude, and outright stated that the sticker price of the car was the purchase price of the car, a contention very few should believe from a used car salesman. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from a dealership that tries to hide motor accidents on vehicles and bullies their customers, let alone one that refuses to acknowledge that having mismatched tires is problematic. Thats not the way to start a relationship with new customers and it suggests lax mechanical practices that could compromise your loved ones safety. I felt like the old school knuckling over from a used car dealer in the 80s should have been left there, but not at union NJ Chevrolet.
It was simple, fast and Ellie was so polite and professional.
