After 3 years, downgrading my review from 5 stars (Rico!) to one.Sales: Rico is the best!!! Best salesman Ive ever had the pleasure to buy from.Finance: useless. Financing - youll get high interest rate even if you have a very good credit score. If you need to talk to them afterwards, better plan to drive there to talk in person. They dont return your calls or emails.Service: nice people upfront. But I was never able to get a loaner no matter how much in advance I schedule my service appointment. And not only they dont provide a complimentary wash after service, but I also have to scrub dirty fingerprints from the beige inside of the door, and dirt from beige seats.So taking my business to a different Mazda dealership.

Every single member of the staff had a smile on their face and a warm, friendly personality. I felt super at ease throughout the entire visit and even had some fun. First time I have ever had a genuinely good time at a dealership.

I went for service thinking I schedule and afternoon appt., but when I got there I was told that I had a morning appt. They were so professional and cordial towards the situation. The lady who checked me in upon arrival (I am so sorry I didn’t get her name) she was so pleasantly to talk to; she communicated in a professional manner and she explained my situation to Barre, who explained that there was a waiting of about 2.5 hrs and she was able to accommodate my service. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a text about 1.5 hrs later from Barre letting me that my car was ready. Beautiful person, charismatic and beyond expectations with her customer skills. Here we go again,had too clear my head before I wrote this review, this place (service department) had my car for almost a month waiting for a part never called me to tell weather or not part came in or not,had a problem from day one didnt have a loaner to loan as usual, customer service representative personalized that issue, however manager Sean found one for me very good, but didnt follow through afterwards, paid my lease on time but wasnt compensated for not having my car, now the car making noise when I press brakes, car was given back with a psi level of 15 in rear tire,my automatic starter doesnt work,glove department light doesnt come on anymore and the car started without the key in the ignition, thanks Maxon of 22 for the best customer service experience once again, mind you this car is a new 2021 Hyundai Tucson, check your research and other review before you go here, I feel like I was hoodwinked and taking advantage of 👎 may launch a complaint with the BBB nonetheless.

Financial transaction was easy, but lengthy. I made a simple request to transfer my old plates to my new car. I get a call to pick up my registration. I arrive 15 minutes later and they couldn’t find my paperwork. Second call I get was to pick up new plates. Who asked for new plates?? Apparently my request was not so simple. I don’t want new plates. Hopefully the 3rd call will be the right call.1 week after posting, the 3rd call comes. Pleasant convo but to sum, Mazda admitted they made an error but they’re not gonna correct it, and my 2nd simple request for fair compensation was not followed up on but they had the audacity to ask that I remove my original post. How funny. My last request, hire people who can perform their job efficiently and pay attention to details to avoid these situations. Don’t call me!

Extremely rude customer service. Make you feel like you’re doing them a favor and do not honor their posted prices through reputable car buying services.

Purchased a great car from here at a good price, but had a horrible customer service experience. Here are some takeaways: (1) don’t trust what they tell you over the phone about the price being negotiable (It’s not. It’s a classic bait and switch); (2) make sure you ask for the 160-point inspection sheet if you’re buying CPO (they never gave me mine and another Mazda dealership confirmed there was no record of an inspection in Mazda’s database); (3) they made no effort to clean my car before giving it to me and did not show me any of the features (I had to learn them from YouTube videos because they also didn’t include the owner’s manual - which is required for CPOs); (4) arrange for financing beforehand (or at least verify your credit score) because they will give you a horrible interest rate (thankfully, I was able to refinance at a credit union for a much much better rate); (5) refuse any and all attempts to purchase an extended warranty, as they mislead you into thinking the basic option is the one that comes with the car, when in reality it’s a third party extended warranty or vehicle service contract (you can purchase it later from any dealership or third party like Car Shield if you really want it. Ask them for them for the TOTAL price of the extended warranty (they will only give you the “monthly rate” inclusive of your original monthly payment) and then shop around for a better rate. You don’t have to buy it right then and there); and (6) take a shower after you leave.

I had my cx7 brought in for service on April 10th. Turned out my car needed a new engine. The unfortunate part was that I was told it was the timing chain, then the fuel injectors and the coil packs. None of which fixed the issue. It wasn’t until May 9th that I was told I needed an engine. If the service technician didn’t see this BEFORE fixing all the issues, what does that say about the experience? Finally got my car back on June 9th and have been financially responsible for a single part that DID NOT FIX THE ISSUE. Unfortunately no one in the place seems to see a problem with this. Paying out $1000 for a part that didn’t fix the issue? Is this fair to the consumer? Maybe launching a complaint with the BBB wouldn’t be a bad idea.

Two things I’m really disappointed with in maxon Mazda,1. Service - they will service your car and say there are no problems it’s perfect. When you visit the service center second time they would say oh you should have changed your brake pads, it’s in red and even your rotor needs to be replaced since you did not complete that in time.I’m not sure if that’s the way they earn money, I’ve zero trust in them.2. They send email for car appraisal and schedule an appointment. When you show up they won’t respond or even acknowledge, you just wait for the person for hours and finally give up and leave.I would give 0 stars but unfortunately 1 is all I can do.

I had my older 2003 MPV towed into the service department on 6/17 for a 6/18 7:45 am diagnostic appointment. Here it is Saturday after closing and I still don’t know what’s wrong. The vehicle is used for work and thank goodness I have more than 1 car. I called before closing and the advisor was unavailable to speak to me and was suppose to call me back. Welp, no phone call and don’t know what’s wrong with car. Customer service is not great and I’m starting to feel like because I have an older car it’s not a priority.
