Update: I got my plates in a timely manner. Fernando called, I came in and he put them on.I met Eddie first he was really personable. Although he wasnt able to sell the car that day, he made a good impression so I decided to come back. When I came back to test drive, I met Augie who was helpful and not pushy. I came back a third time to test drive another vehicle and met Fernando. I ended up choosing the first vehicle I drove, and took it to my mechanic to check out. I was able to negotiate a slight discount but Fernando held pretty fast to his prices. Once I decided to buy the car things moved smoothly and quickly. Overall, I am happy with my experience and my purchase.

I was an out of state customer in search of a very specific car. I called Fernando and we spoke very frankly about price, agreed, and I schedule a time to come purchase the car. Recently purchased a 2015 Accord from Brookside Motors and the process and experience was exceptional! Fernando was honest and willing to make this deal happen. He made sure I was satisfied and answered any concerns I had. He even allowed me to take to vehicle to my mechanic for a once over (before the sale) and made sure my concerns were at ease. Fernando even made good on assisting on the purchase of an extra key (with a outside vendor) and saved money, since only one was with the vehicle. I can’t say ANYTHING BAD about this place. We came upon it by accident as were we’re going back home from driving for hours looking at used cars. Came upon a PRISTINE 4Runner that didn’t look its age. Test drove it and signed the papers. Masks were worn and conversation was made with my little one which when car shopping is not a good idea to bring along but everything was handled professionally and honestly. I did not feel pressured to buy the car, Fernando got the car registered same day.Just some updates: only after 2 months I noticed the windshield washer was working in only one side and it had a duck tape in there. After only 4 months I had a serious problem with my disc brakes left and right, where the clippers even fell out burnt and with 3mm tape which makes me wonder when was the last time the car got checked (and if got) before going for sale. In the beginning I noticed my brake was not too smooth and I told Fernando about some noises. He said he took to the mechanic, everything was fine and as any used car, it would be normal to hear a “couple of noises”. It was my first buy so I just hoped for the best but lesson learnt. I was in the highway when it happened and my car suddenly started stop working. I could be involved in a serious accident. Luckily I was close enough to get an exit and could pull over to a back road. U$ 530 was the cost to get it fixed and I am still worried about what is going to show up in the future.Fernando was polite making the deal. But that dangerous problem really worrying and disappointing.
