After a detailed examination of my car, Glenn made an offer and I sold my car very quickly. New Jersey requires a lot of forms to be signed. But it was easy and Glenn explained each form. After the sale, he called an Uber car to take me home.

They were very helpful and explained everything clearly. I was a little shocked as to how much lower they went from their first offer, but they had a good reason on the end. The associate who helped me was a little new at the job and took a lot longer than I expected. They were not very clear as to how long it would take which made it a little frustrating. I was expecting to be out of there in 30 minutes and it took an hour and a half to get it done. Overall I am happy and had a good experience.

What I like the most about this experience is you leave the office with documentation stating that you no longer own the vehicle and don’t have to worry about selling it privately and hoping that the buyer registers it correctly and instantly. Especially now with the way DMV works. The only thing I recommend is do not do anything or write anything down on the title. If you make a mistake you will pay for the error.

Process was quick, easy, and professional. Actual car valuation was significantly lower than online quote partly due to minor scratches and tiny dents. I expected these very minor cosmetic faults would be factored into the online valuation since the car is from 2004. I guess that is the tradeoff for the easy and streamlined transaction.

I’m late with writing this review ...BUT! I sold my car here and got a few hundred bucks which included the title transfer and all the necessary documents needed to move forward this the process. Guess what??! I received a notice stating I had several moving violations in the city of Newark. How if I don’t own the car anymore? I had to go to court and get the tickets dismissed. What a hassle and a waste of my time.

I really was not happy. When I first went on line, I was quoted, 19,800 for a Ford F150 with 15,000 miles. I called the Company and the number went down to 16,000. Upon arriving the number dropped even further to 14,000. This is a classic bait and switch. And their response is laughable as I have a copy of the check they gave us today. I am a certified financial forensic, next on my list is the Better Business Bureau... Please be careful!
