Had an issue with a pumpStore manager would have let me be stuck with a product that didnt work...because couldnt find receipt...Scumbag....Luckily cashier remembered me and processed refund..Dude was cool 😎Only reason they dont get 0 stars...

Love this company, but this location lacks inventory and selection compared to their other locations. The staff here has always been great. Shay was noteworthy, asking if we needed assistance and great during checkout. Very fun, joking a bit, and friendly to say the least. Good prices as usual. Plenty of parking. Good hours of operation, even during the pandemic. Speaking of, everyone was following proper Covid-19 guidelines as well. Store is always clean and organized. Ill definitely be back again soon.

Unlike most retail establishments they don’t do returns with card purchased from, instead they go by phone numbers, which hardly anyone gives the cashiers. Not only that, the cashier said it was “not her problem” ..: so for customer service this is a one star establishment in my view. Good prices on certain items BUT....

Has what I need. Im not a great craftsman but I get the tools that work for me. A large selection for both novice(me) and the professional. Reasonable prices. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. I always return for my tools for the next project.

Nice chain store for cheap tools for a variety of purposes. Automotive to yard, theres always something in stock. Plenty of PPE, open and clean format. Theres always a deal to sweeten the trip

Found some really good deals here. obviously the stuff in this store are of less quality due to the price. When your paying a fraction of competitors price, dont complain. I never tried power tools here but i always pickup screw drivers or wrenches here without any problems. i would suggest to use common sense when buying here. if something is too good to be true, it probably is and i would skip it. the coastal flashlights are an amazing buy and always look for coupons!

Decent place to find some off-brand tools. Lots of brands carried are unknown. Some things might be hit or miss. I usually buy box knives and blades here---theyre inexpensive but really sharp the way I like them. Cutting cardboard and chipboard wears blades out quickly and having a pack of 50 available at a good price is handy.

Store is closed. The sign on the door says that it is for restocking but the date for it reopening is TBD

They have fantastic prices. They don’t have the best quality tools though. For someone like myself who just needs the occasional item for a hobby or something in the house it is perfect. They have sales which you can see on the website.

Bad quality, bad warranty, I would not recommend this store

Great place to get tools that I will use occasionally. They are very good with accepting coupons from your phone for the discounts and free items. Store is clean and very well organized. If you a gn up and join their mailing list you can receive coupons and special sale invites.

The HF employees were very helpful, kind, & professional. So far so good everything still works. It has been this writers experience that if you use these tools in a professional capacity they wont last & Snap On is the best way to go. For around the house its GREAT! !!!!!!

Check here before you go to Lowes or Home Depot. If you only need something for a short time this is the place to shop. They do now have better power tools but.....

I WILL NEVER EVER buy drill bits from here again they break and dull out wayyyy to easily...I’ll stick to the basic light weight necessities like drop lights, air chucks... etc. definitely not reliable for serious jobs!

Good location for visibility from US22 in Springfield and easy to get into their small parking lot but tough to get out due to traffic. Staff is not too friendly nor helpful. Good if you know what you want and where to find it. Kind of like the big box hardware stores are today...

One of the best places to get just about any type of tools or hardware for a low price and awesome quality. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I was helped by “Damon.” He pointed me in the right direction for replacement wheels for my hotdog cart. Just in time for the spring and summer money months. With a wide variety of tools, gloves, hoses, blowers, power washers, etc. You need it they just about have it. If they don’t have it they try and find what store has the product or products and either you can go there or have them sent to your local store. Great job Harbor Freight Tools!!!

This a great place for low cost, good quality tools for the avid do-it-yourselfer. They also carry a wide selection of professional grade tools that I can attest, will hold up to the abuse of industrial use. The store is well organized and the staff is very friendly! I yet to run into an issue. Highly recommend.

For the average this store is a good place to start your DIY projects.The tools are not professional grade but itll do for beginner.There is a hand tools and power tools of every possibility.Look for the free coupons in your mail or online for freebies gifts when you are visiting.This location is on Route 22 heading west.

Its like Toys R Us for men! Ok quality tools at very low prices. Great for light duty work or for at home DIY projects. I wouldnt recommend for heavy duty/ industrial work.

The prices for everything you need for your garage to fix almost everything is there. I never buy anything before I go to Habor Freight and always find the same brands and way cheaper prices.

If youre looking for bargain priced, quality tools, this is the place. Theyre cheaper than any other stores. I love how you can order online and pick up at the store. Theres also deeper discounts with member coupons you get in the mail. They always seem to have special parking lot sale a few times a year. My only gripe is that some popular items dont always get replinished on the shelves on a timely manner. Employees are very helpful and knowledgable.
