Big place, friends staff

I think perhaps the Xfinity/Comcast family may pay their telephone representatives much more than their store representatives. Maybe those they hire to work on the store go through less of a vetting process. I think it might even be the fact that if you work it the store you have to be on your feet. Anyway, dont expect service for the representatives in store. The only reason I would suggest to use the physical store is to return equipment.

I got Xfinity installed and a cord didnt work. I reached out to customer service and they told me to drive to this store. When I arrived there they dont have parts for a botched installation. So a lot of miscommunication on theyre part . Yet, The staff there were friendly not their fault at all

Extremely rude service at this location, my boyfriend was treated very rudely here and I was so upset. He was invited in to pick up movie passes for a screening. He was denied the tickets, told they couldnt just give them to anyone off the street and he left without them. It was terrible, they invited him in and then treated him like some kind of theif for showing up. We are an interracial couple and I feel like that may have played a part in how they treated him. Very bad, if it was up to me he would be moving on to s new company, there are far better deals out there!!!

A thousand times easier to go here and talk to someone then to try and accomplish anything over the phone with the Comcast call center, the people here were prompt and polite and resolved my problems with no issues.

Its comcast. They suck. So does AT&T. All hail Google Fiber. Cannot get it quick enough.

Nice store, comfortable surroundings and the staff was helpful. I asked for the manager because I had an issue with my bill and he was summoned right away and took my concerns seriously.

I highly recommend not to give your business to Xfinity at all times
