On 08/17/21, Isabelle was helpful in switching me from the Sprint network to Metro by T-Mobile.On 08/18/21, Erica was very helpful in upgrading my service plan & showing me some shortcuts on my new phone. Excellent customer service on her part.
I’ve waited 4 days for an iPhone. Was told my phone would be here by Thursday . Patiently waited all day & kept calling the store to see when the phone will arrive. They said it should arrive around 4 or 5 in the afternoon. Called back at 7pm! They guy who answered said the phone should arrive any minute and will call me back in 10-15 minutes. 45 minutes go by and no call. So I call once again. They said the phone has not arrived . I said the phone was suppose to be there by today around 4 or 5 the man replied with “I’ll call you back” and hung up. They are now closed. PISSED
