This Store is clean, welcoming, and the Employees are awesome, and selection of phones are great. The Store on Helen Power in Vacaville,CA gave me a horrible experience so I went to the Nut Tree Store in Vacaville,CA and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the phone that I wanted and made my experience excellent. They let you know when you walk in that door that you (the customer) is #1!!! This will be the T-Mobile store I will be coming to from now on. Thanks to the T-Mobile Team At the Nut Tree Store you all are awesome!!!!
I have visited the Vacaville T-Mobile location more than 15 times over 6 years and the staff are generally pleasant, they know their products well-sometimes to an intermediate level and seem to really care about what they are doing. This was John Legeres legacy...to make T-Mobile into a more customer-friendly cell phone company, they are still executing well even though he is no longer the CEO. Adding in the significant military discounts they give me, it is a pleasure doing business with them all these years.
The associate was helpful and very professional. However I was very disappointed with the lack of phones available for purchase.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced here. We have been customers for years and today we were pushed back in line because some customer that was previously there had left and came back. The employees were rude to my husband. Nicole the manager was no help!!!!

Worse customer service. I usually come in and get the information i need and don’t complain of the poor treatment but this morning was the last straw! I called in at 10 am and didn’t get any answer waited around again untill 10:30 and finally got an answer and while i try to explain my situation to the worker he says “yeah yeah ! But could you hold for some minutes” i agree nicely being understanding and i wait on hold untill 11:20 am when they pick up and hang up the phone right after i immediately call back after and get no response. The customer service is usually poor anyways but this morning was it for me please train your employees or just get better ones. (i would give 0 starts but i can’t)

The store look very nice its clean and has a nice look to it, but the employees are terrabile at their job it took about an hour to transfer some data to another phone and I couldve done it in 10 minutes, the people working there are are mostly in their early 20s and their knowledge on phones is non existent they just come up with something to try to sell you the best phone.
They where really slow and unable to pull up any details past the last 30 days. We where there for an hour for something that should have taken 20-30 minutes at the most. But the people are nice that work there.

Highly unprofessional environment, possibly the worst customer service, I have ever experienced. I came to purchase possibly two LG S 6 Edge gold phones with my gf. They did not even greet me or ask how they could help they only spoke to my gf. When we walked in the salesperson was involved in watching a football game on his phone when he revealed to us that he placed a bet of $900 on it so of course this is going to take more precedence then selling us phones, I decided to not even speak to him after that because what would be the point. We called prior to coming explaining our situation, we needed a phone ASAP. They were closing in 15 minutes, that is still no reason to provide terrible customer service, especially when the sale would have totaled out between 1500 - $2,000, they even make a commission off of it. I stated that I am a IBO with Amway and that Tmobile is a partner store they looked at me like I was from another planet. Now this is the first time Ive ever tried to I use my Amway t-mobile site, so I had difficulty navigating it to receive a discount and my points I collect. So at this point none of them spoke to me still. The assistant manager came over with a contract stating that I need to sign this. I told her I wasnt going to sign anything until I was able to receive my benefits from my company. She then told me that she did not like how I was speaking to her. She said that she would have to call somebody and I said for customer service, it seems she was implying she was going to call security because she had to close the store when they were making a sale. She then called up her Manager who had prior knowledge to Amway partnership and told her that theyre no discounts or points received basically she lied to make me sign the contract. Then they tried to pull the $50 restocking fee on me when I did not even sign the contract yet. I said no you will not do that and then they said well I guess Ill just void it out. Ive noticed that most t-mobile stores are run by highly unprofessional uneducated teenagers and 20-somethings who think that they are the VIP of cell phone sales and they present themselves as drug users.

Glorified sales reps. Knowledge is serious lacking in subject matter that they are hired to assist with. Name tags say “T-Mobile expert” more like a shadow to sit on phone with when they tell you to call T-Mobile. What a waste of time.
