I never knew you could add things to your drinks here! I got the golden owl add brown sugar & extra honey & oooo wee it was so good!! Cheaper & faster than starbucks (and theyre not out of half their ingredients 😉)

I go hear for the awesome breakfast sandwiches and sometimes the awesome lemonade. Although, a couple of my lemonade drinks had a coffee after taste (assuming because of the cups) it was still a great breakfast. My wife loves the coffee here over anywhere else here in Valdosta. Definitely recommend checking it out

Really poor customer service. Struggled to explain the specialty drinks versus standard drinks - answer I received was specialty drink is house blend with dairy 🧐. Failed to communicate whether to pull ahead to next window or to wait. Held credit card until drinks were finished instead of returning immediately. Americano was good though.

Love this place. Great customer service! It’s a shame to see that some people leaving reviews don’t understand that tipping a barista is the same common curtesy as tipping a server at a restaurant. These baristas deserve the every penny they make in tips!

Best coffee in Valdosta area

My wife and I love this place as its seems to be the only place that gets our drinks right. I dont like the fact the coconut milk comes from a can instead of a regular milk jug because it causes the drink to become thick like a milk shake. We have since found out thats whats causing the drink to become thick so we chose a different choice of milk and its totally amazing! Will be back tomorrow!

Coffee is great but employees need to stop asking for tips. This is the only coffee shop in town that keeps guilting customers into leaving tips.

Fast, friendly service. I probably frequent this establishment four or five times a week and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always polite and personable. As for the coffee itself, well, I find the taste to be much richer than other competitive coffee service locations. The beans always taste fresh and Ive never had a burnt flavor served to me.

Love this coffee place.

The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on an everything bagel was great. New Yorkers take their bagels seriously - it cannot compare to the bagels up north but it was holding its own. The strawberry smoothie hit the spot too.

Fast and friendly service. Coffee has good flavor, not burnt, their specialty drinks are delicious and for anyone wanting a caffeine boost they have The ripper. Tasted great and has four shots of espresso in it.

Great customer service. Always a friendly atmosphere. Line can be long because of how good the coffee is. They will take your order before getting to the window if the line is long though. Overall the only place i ever want to get my morning coffee.

The ripper is my go to when I need that kick in the teeth from lack of sleep. The golden owl is something that I feel anyone would whole heartedly enjoy. Good local roast beans and top notch staff are always a good mix for a local coffee shop and I will be sure to keep coming back for more.

Every time I get coffee from them it’s an amazing experience! The owner is just as involved as his employees & truly cares about his customers. They are fast with your order but still make it feel like having coffee with a friend.

Best joint in town. I have come to know the owners as I have gone there so much. Great people and fair priced for what they offer. They do sandwiches (sammies) as well and other menu items.

Totally love Red Owl! I am a regular customer. Their lattes, fraps, coffees, smoothies etc are far better than Starbucks or Elianos. The staff remember me and what I order. They will ask me if I want my usual. They also have a reward system to earn a free drink.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a nice variety of coffee drinks. I personally love the caramel macchiato and a large one please. And I even have a card that you can get punched and after so many you get a free one yay

The best place is Valdosta to get coffee hands down! Ive been here multiple times now and the service is always awesome. I have never gotten a coffee that was not just how I wanted it. I would recommend to anyone looking to get a jump start to your day.

Awesome coffee

I waited over ten minutes, while the staff flirted with two dogs. Both sides had pups and they just kept playing with the pups. Thats great but the wait time was too long, considering they were already there when I arrived. Not good for business.

First time trying this as we are from out of town. This is better than Starbucks or Dunkin on quality, price, and customer service.

The place has good customer service, but they have been out of the maple owl for 3 days. You cant advertise a special product and not have it available!

So I cheated on this place and went to hug in a mug.... worst decision ever. I turned around and cane to red owl. I asked the sweet girl at the window to please forgive me for cheating on them and throw away my disgusting caramel coffee flavored water and give me real coffee. Not only did she smile and laugh but then told me that my coffee was on the house!!! Never cheating on them again lol.

With the lack of Dunkin in Valdosta and no ellianos in sight I found myself at Red Owl. The coffee is bold, the menu is straight and to the point. Very friendly service as well. Will be back when Im in the area.
