This is a great place to buy games and this is where I bought my ps4 vr with the controllers.

Ive only been in there once, but the associate was very helpful, and I got just what I need. The store was also nice and clean.

Awesome staff and very helpful. They were great at answering all of my questions for me and they all are very knowledgeable. Any question you have I almost guarantee wont be a problem for them. Their games always work well and I have never had a problem with them. Thanks guys. If I could Id give 6 stars.

Kept pestering me to buy pro and warranty when controllers come with manufacturers warranty

Unimpressed, in general. Prices are high. Went in looking for a ps4 controller, they wanted $40, for used. Ended up buying a new one from Best Buy, for $46.

The employees at this location are really friendly for the most part. Of course they push pre-orders and stuff like that but that’s more of just GameStop as a whole. With that aside though I can always have a conversation with the them and I think that GameStop is lacking that quality nowadays. Overall probably the best GameStop I’ve been too.

Id check other stores and if its less than Id go back to buy the game. I bought a used game then went to Walmart for something else but found the same exact game on the clearance rack for almost 20.00 cheaper than took my used one back. Just saying check other stores before you make any purchases. Other than that the staff is very helpful and courteous.

This place is great they have everything for every game system that you could ever think of they have everything from Collectibles to clothing.

I love Portage In. GameStop I have been going there since the day they opened eight years ago could be even longer Im not sure on that time however I love all the employees they go out of their way to help anyone with anything that they can and Ive gotten to know them very well through the years and I appreciate each and every one of them they are a great crew and they work together as a team all establishments should be that way if any of you GameStop crew are reading this I love you guys youre the greatest and by the way it is 100% worth being an Elite member I suggest it because the benefits outweigh the sign-up fee substantially I always have a good time there they feel like friends Portage GameStop is the best faithful long-time customer and will remain faithful

I called in and I asked about Xbox one controller and I asked if you have new ones and she said yes but never told me that I can put it on hold than when I got there and walked in I asked and she said you never told me about putting on hold so Im sticker with a used controller and when new controlles come in I am never going back there again

Prices arent bad on used games. Equipment like remotes are over priced. I bought a brand new remote from Walmart for the same price that GameStop wanted for a used one.

We called ahead and asked the sales associate if they had a game And if they could hold it for us so we went to pick up the game paid for it and got home only to find that they gave us the case with no game inside of it

Good availability of new and used games, decent pricing. I tend to buy used games because its more economical

Nice place for video games etc...buy used games if possible. I had the 1 year membership, got Game Informer magazine ( this is a Gamestop owned published magazine), and a few dollars off per used game. I never pre order games, a person doesnt really need to pre order games, Walmart or Best Buy, Target will have this games too. Shop around for your gaming equipment etc...

Ok.. helpful but I find this store dirty and stuff cramped on the shelves like the Nick Nack item. Did get offer help that a plus. But the floor could use a vacuum and a scrub!!

It appears to all ages of gamers.very small but holds alot of varied games items. Sells T- shirts,games, some old games, statues depicting legendary characters, game socks and other interesting parafinalia.. shop owners/workers were very polite and helpful. Im sure it would accommodate the handicapped but not sure if it has a bathroom. There is handicapped parking. My grandkids and their parents are avid customers.

I always loved a place to stop for games. But recently i have realized that game location to halt is a bad place to go. They only sell some games, they don,t seem to have all the games, like playstation and atari. The best place to stop and occurred games is subway. They have almost every game i can think off. Gameplace please be more like nintendo if u want my money.
