A piece of my aux cord broke off in my phone, and I was able to take my phone in and get out within five minutes. The man behind the counter was very nice, and did a great job!

Wow, just wow. Pulled up in front at 6:35pm, store says on the window and Google they close at 7pm. Yet as I pulled up the employee was walking out and getting in his car to leave. Looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future since you arent open when you say you are.

Wael was great, I came in to get my phone screen protector replaced (they have an awesome unlimited replacements deal you can buy). He replaced it without a problem, I asked him if he could help me install a tempered glass protector I bought from amazon for my Microsoft surface, He installed it perfectly and when I asked him how much for the installation, he said nothing.That is what I call customer service, I will make sure to keep bringing my business there. Highly recommended!

I was in need of a screen protector for my Samsung S10 phone. I couldnt find one anywhere local, but Wally has it in his store. He installed it for free. I had an issue with the product, so he installed a new one. I feel I received excellent customer service. Wally was great. Id recommend WE FIX IT to anyone. I got fast and informative service and a substantially cheaper price on my repair than the place I went to before (We Fix Phones & Tablets over 50% cheaper). This place is a joke with absolute horrible business practices on December 9th they told my wife they can repair our phone screen in 3 to 5 days, it is now January 9th and weve never heard back from them. my wife finally reached out to them and they told her they dont even have the part to fix it after a month of waiting if I could give them a zero star review I would absolutely pathetic business.

Each time I come here when the store is opening, owner or whoever is not here on time. This is the third time I have waited 15 mins+ for someone to arrive and open the store.

Theyre fast and have the most reasonable prices Ive found. They have done screens and batteries for our iPods and iPhones (5 visits), and everything has always worked perfect the first time.

The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and had my shattered screen taken care of in no time. Their representatives got back to me about an appointment the night before I took it in. 10/10 would recommend and I definitely will go back for any of my tech problems.

I debated giving 5 stars, but ultimately decided to give 4. I took my Galaxy S9+ in to have the glass on the camera lens replaced. They replaced it in the time frame promised, however when I went to pick it up I of course tested the camera and there were several fixed black dots which appeared to be debris between the lens and the new glass they replaced. He tried telling me it was from the camera lens itself and not debris that wasnt cleaned out appropriately. I paid and left to quickly realize there was no other explanation other than there being debri behind the lens as it was not there prior to me dropping it off with basically no camera glass protector. I returned to the store 5 minutes later to explain it must be debris. The unfortunate part is he adamantly tried convincing me that was not the case and the camera was the issue. The fortunate part is, even though he never admitted it, is that he agreed to replace the entire camera free of charge. The staff was very friendly and the important thing is they made it right and my camera works like new, at least thus far. Ultimately gave 4 stars because I felt is was incredibly obvious the installation of the original glass was sub-par(debris behind lens) yet he tried to convince me otherwise. I would recommend replacing the entire camera for the extra $30 vs replacing just the glass(if I would have known that, I would have done so).

They had me in and out with in no time very painless seamless repair only waited 30 minutes for my phone to be fixed. Needed my phone for my job, everything that I do runs of my phone told them I was in a jam. So the tech got to work on it as soon as I handed it to him. Would definitely recommend to a anyone looking for a phone repair.

Absolutely would advise that you DO NOT USE this establishment to repair your device. I brought a working device with a broken glass on it and a dim light LCD that was on when I walked in and showed the worker what was going on and what I needed done. I’ve had this phone for 5+ years now. I’ve had home button replaced, headphone jack, battery, and (2Xs)screen/LCD replaced. I was using this device all week prior and all day even prior to being able to get to store. On a very short availability of time Saturday evening I drop my phone off at said store. Like I previously stated I was using it all day prior to arriving as I walked in I was using it I showed the worker what was wrong with that told him I needed a new glass screen and LCD replaced he told me one hour I arrive back in exactly 1 hour he tell me your phone broken he walks out a back my phone is turning off and on often on he goes I replace the battery and the screen nothing I said I didn’t want to battery replaced I just had that battery replaced a week prior that’s a brand new battery he started to get angry with me and very rude and my phone back with the broken screen he huffed and puffed up know what it’s gonna take me another 20 minutes and you I was very short of time that day so he took Ann hour and 20 just to tell me that my phone didn’t work when it was working when I walk I have broken glass mind you I’ve had this problem before with the work phone I know how these phones behave very reliable phone his attitude was very poor and I do not recommend it before by the low prices low prices equal low-quality And low standards of customer service

I have an iPhone XR. I dropped the phone and the back screen broke. Just a little scratch no big deal. I asked for a quote they gave me $150. Which was fine. I paid that. They “fixed” the phone. But then when they gave me my phone back, my front screen was different colors with black spots on it. The owner apologized that he broke the LCD screen and he said he will fix it and he doesn’t have the part in but he will give me a call when it comes in. They did just that and did not charge me for the broken LCD. They then “fixed” it a second time. But this time the Face ID didn’t work now, as well as there was white spots on the phone which wasn’t there before the second time it was “fixed”. They said they would call me again when this part comes in. They never did. I went in there and asked why they never called me. He took the phone in the back for like 5 min. And said that he couldn’t fix this phone anymore and that he would pay the deductible for a new phone since I have insurance on it. He did just that. I then asked for my $150 back because he took the phone with the working screen on it off and put a bad(broken) screen on it to send it back to Insurance because he said that I wouldn’t be able to use the insurance if it didn’t look like I dropped it. I said okay, and he refused to give me my $150 back even though he was going to use that screen on someone else’s broken phone. So that right there makes me believe that he uses bad parts or non Apple approved parts on peoples phones like they tell you they always use Apple parts. I over heard him saying in the back ground that “this b**** has cost me enough money” so apparently that’s why he wouldn’t give me back what was owed to me. I was very respectful the entire time. I just really thought I should have gotten my money back since he never actually even fixed my phone. I would not go here because how he treats women and how shady he is with parts and how he tried to get away with me not noticing my phone was still broken and that he broke it more instead of owning up to it and how he lied about calling me back. There are a lot of other reviews about how he uses bad parts as well. I would not take those other reviews lightly either because they are not wrong.

STAY AWAY!!! I took a working phone with a minor intermittent problem to We Fix and now Im left with a brick. The phone had a minor issue where sometimes it would not receive text messages. Usually making a call or restarting the phone would resolve the issue. The clerk talked me in to leaving the phone with We Fix for their free diagnosis. 5 days later the same clerk hands me the phone, but now with a screen that no longer works at all. The clerk refused to make any kind of restitution or even an apology. So, I HAD a working phone with a minor problem...after We Fix looked at it Im out the cost of the phone because of the ineptitude and crassness of this business. I have never felt so taken advantage of. STAY AWAY!

They worked a miracle on my phone that took a dive with me in the ocean. Couple days later got back into town took it into the store and the next day they called me to inform me it was good to go. I super excited and happy they were able to get it working again had some of my pictures from my trip.

I had had quite a few issues fixed with my families phones (kids and mine) and they have done so good by me. I swear by this place and will never take my phone elsewhere. My I pad suddenly stopped working, so after searching for repair facility, I took it WE fix it in Valpo. Amazing service, and problem solved and fixed within a couple days, at a much less than I expected price for repair!! Very professional and Knowledgeable. They fixed my iPhone 6s plus. It was not turning on after I dropped it when I was cleaning my pool. It didnt help that the screen was cracked before hand. I took it to this place and the managed to get it working great again, with water damage recovery and a new screen and battery. He discounted it because of all the work that was done. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a repair!

Samsung reccomend this place to fix my cracked screen. Dont let the cell phone places tell you it unfixable because they just want to sell you a new phone. Front desk girl is super sweet and knowledgeable. They also do a warranty on their repairs for no additional charge.

My phone was completely frozen and would not respond to any buttons or turn on/off. Rame was so kind and able to fix my phone within 10 minutes. Definitely recommend for any phone issues!

Very helpful I needed help resetting my iCloud the gentleman was able to get me set up with my account again after being locked out. He spent about 30 minutes with me, also he was also a bit busy in the store after all the help they did not even charge me. Pls dont go there! They are so horrible. It made more problems. Also they change parts of my phone several times and it still was not fully fixed. I was without a phone for a long time due to them having to order parts a couple times.

This is a difficult review - I want to start off saying that the staff (front sales person) was pretty good and very attentive to my repair. They repaired it in 30mins when I came in with a very broken Iphone 6 Plus screen and very attentive to my situation as I was in a time crunch.The representative asked if I wanted an OEM or cheaper alternative screen and stated that they share similar quality but the cheaper screen was slightly weaker than the OEM. I said okay that was fine - but in reality it was not.2 days after I had my phone the screen had a crack from the right bottom corner to the top right corner, and the phone was not dropped or slammed. It spent most of its time in my pocket or it was left on either my work desk or nightstand over the course of the two days (I use a headset with the phone).I brought the phone back to be inspected and explained the situation and showed them how the screen was not cracked from a drop or fall and what appeared to be a defect from either the manufacture or install from pushing it into the frame too hard. It also has signs of little fissure like cracks along the main crack signifying that the quality of the screen was very poor.They unfortunately were not very supportive and I even asked if we could replace the screen for maybe cost but refused that option. They did offer $20 off any repair I wanted but after spending the money 2-days prior on a replacement this obviously was not a solution for me as I needed a screen, LCD back plate with flex cable and the expense was close to $100.So in summary - yes they do a great job up front however they are not catering if something out of the normal happens. If you do decide to have your phone repaired there I highly advise that you go with the OEM screen and I highly encourage them to explain better about how weak the non-oem screen is.

We Fix made everything worse for me. I brought something in and they gave it back in worse condition it was before. When I asked them to fix the part they broke, they told me I had to pay for it. Dont go to that store. They scam you.
