Manny and Shar helped alleviate my frustrations with regard to Ma’s new device.Manny told me the optical zoom of an iPhone 12 Pro Max tops out @ 2.5. Mom needs 12x minimum.Shar cleaned the store whilst I perused the accessories for Ma’s new Apple iPhone!Thank you T-Mo Valpo for all you’ve done for us.

Walked in was told to wear a mask by the customers and was told to go to target and get a mask. Was told this by the employees. Ive been vaccinated for 6 months now they dont care, you would think that being an important customer that they might provide me with a mask. As do alot of other business do, then have the customers give me a bad time, and told to go to target to get a mask, there is now no customer service anywhere, dont wanr to keep a 25 year customer happy.

The dude that helped me out was AWESOME! I feel so bad that I forgot his name already but Ill be editing this post to make sure I add it in here. He was great to deal with, addressed all my concerns and had me outta there quick. Absolutely great customer service. The gentleman who helped me during my visit yesterday was Manny, this dude was AWESOME!! Professional, friendly and walked me through the whole process! I added 2 lines to my account brought over 2 phones etc...etc.. and through all of this chaos, he rocked and rolled. Made everything super easy!! Thanks for allllll your help Manny!

I used to have 125 phones for a venture I had. I would visit Cell Stores from South Bend to Chicago. THIS store was always so helpful to me. They had the product I needed and the service to back it up. When I am driving to a Cell Phone store and hope that person isnt working and I have a bad feeling in my stomach then THOSE are stores I dont want to visit. T-Mobile is the best all around innovative carrier. This is a GREAT store and I will be back and back without hesitation or remorse!

So this issue Ive had all started last year. T-mobile was running a promotion for a buy one get one free note when you add a new line so my grandma and I decided to add her to my plan to take advantage of the deal. After that we werent being billed correctly the promotion wasnt on our account. Turns out the store was promoting several days before the promotion actually started. Corporate was very helpful and was able to credit us but it continued happening month after month. Finally back in April a representative from corporate told me we needed to get this issue solved in store and there was nothing they could do on their end. She told me to go in store when they opened back up and ask for a manager and if the manager wasnt available to ask for the district managers phone number. When Im finally able to go in store towards the end of May early June I ask for the manager the employees told me he wasnt there. So I asked for the district managers phone number and the employees tell me that only the manager can give it out. I left my number with the employees at the store they said the manager would reach out to me and they never did. Ive since been in 3 times every time the manager is never there they say they dont know when hell be in next. These employees also told me that the solution to my billing issue that they caused would be to come in every month to have the manager correct it. I asked if I could call in they said no it had to be in person. So the unreliable manager whos never in store is the only one who could fix my issue. Terrible service at this store location Ive taken my business to AT&T.

The door says “Are you a Sprint customer, then you are in the right place”. This couldn’t be anymore from the truth. If you are a Sprint customer, go to Best Buy. I visited this T-Mobile store twice in the past week and got nothing but a wild goose chase and hours of wasted time. The employees know little to nothing about Sprint and the store is unprepared for Sprint customers by not even having Sprint SIM cards in store. My experience with T-Mobile as a corporation will have me switching to Verizon as a simple phone replacement has been an utter nightmare.

Drove 25 miles and thru all the holiday traffic to get there and they were closed on a Wednesday late morning. I cant sign up online because I am over 55 and the website keeps taking me to a Spanish Tmobile sight.

Be very careful when using this company. Their coverage map is very inaccurate, showing good coverage where there is none. Yes, their price is less, you get what you pay for !The store employees will tell you what you want to hear to sell the product, regardless of truth.I switched to t-mobile, and bought a phone from the valpo. store.I used T-Mobil for 4 days, thats all it took for me to realize that their cell coverage was horrible. I decided to return to my old cell service. Before I changed I asked the t-mobile employee at valpo if I could return the phone, he said sure, it is with-in the 14 day return period. That turned out to be a lie. I attempted to return the phone and a different employee said I could not return the phone because I had canceled my service with t-mobile. I asked this employee if I could use it with a different cell provider, he said it would work with no problems. That also was a lie. This phone was made for t-mobile and will not work with other cell services. I attempted to return the phone 2 times in person at the store and 3 times with their customer service on the phone.Bottom line, I am stuck with an expensive phone that is useless to me, the employees will outright lie and the cell covereage is horrible !I would not recommend this company and especially this store to anyone.10/17/2020The saga continues.... be very sure you want to use this company, if you change your mind and try to leave, you will receive nothing but harassment and the run around.I was told by the store employee and by a phone customer service rep. to wait for the next billing cycle to pay my bill. So I did, and the account was turned over to a collection agency.... while talking to the collection agency, they indicated that the money owed at the start of the conversation with them had disappeared, and my balance with t-mobile was zero dollars... I thought finally, it is taken care of.... but no...My account was for 3 lines....I received another bill, 2 of the lines showed a zero balance, the third line was charged for a full month fee... another call to t-mobile where once again I was told, wait for the next billing cycle. So I did, and they promptly charged my bank account for that one charge.After another series of calls, I was told by a higher up phone person that the charge would be refunded within 48 to 72 hours... that was 6 days ago. He also said he would call back to confirm everything was taken care of... never called back....Also, I did reach out to the T-Mobil store owner who replied to my review... also no reply from that person either...Like I said, be sure you want the service.. Im sure if you have the service you will get wonderful customer support, just dont expect anything but a hard time, false promises and the run around if you ever leave....

Everything in life it takes time. I was in the Valporaiso T-Mobile to meet with Manager to buy two IPhones. The service was very good after we got started. He even went out of his way to even set up a pick up of another phone for my daughter who is in college in New Orleans. Thanks for you time again.

These guys were awesome. My wife and I arrived 30 minutes before closing to upgrade two phones. Kate and Dom not only were a great help, they also stayed until almost 30 minutes late to make sure everything was switched from our two phones to the new ones. Fantastic employees.

Very knowledge and upbeat staff. Switched from BOOST because I had a problem with my phone and they refused to look at it. They were closing in 30 minutes and young kids wanted to go home. Went to T-Mobile and switched. Have not regretted it. They even stayed a bit past their time to get things done.

Visited store to transfer service from MetroPCS and broght with brand new (never activated) T-mobile Galaxy Note 8 and SIM. Not only was the young man rude and obnoxious, he falsely said they could NOT accept my Sim because it wasnt from his inventory and that it was a franchise policy. He said I had to go to a corporate store who would allow it. The corporate store manager said the kid was incorrect. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the false statement, rude attitude and customer service. Another reason to not to hire kids.

Well since it wouldnt let me rate with 0 stars I had to give 1 star. I sent my parents in this store with 2 brand new paid for SIM cards that already had phone numbers assigned to them, they just needed to pick up 2 phones. They left there being deceived into paying for 2 additional SIM cards with 2 new phone numbers assigned. Thus, having 2 unauthorized phone lines added to our plan. Then, the guy wanted to get rude with my parents when I figured out what happened and sent them back to the store to fix it after speaking to the customer service line. They assured my parents it was taken care and that the bill would be credited for the SIM cards they were charged for and the 2 lines would be removed. Well, needless to say after calling customer service again we still have 2 unauthorized lines on our account and no account credit has been put in. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

I had a bad experience in store before. But the owner contacted me to fix my problem friendly. I was scared to come back there but I did. And I left with satisfied. He solved my problem and gave me apologize for my bad experience. Im totally happy now because he was nice to me and my family. The only thing I need is good customer service.

Update to my rating from 4 weeks ago.....Not only this store but T- Mobile in general disgusts me. We activated six lines at the Kokomo store and purchased 6 SIM cards to go along with those lines. However the Kokomo store did not have enough phones so we went to the Valparaiso store to pick up two cell phones because they had them. Prior to and upon arriving at the Valparaiso store we discussed with Alex and Sam exactly what we needed to have done and what the situation was. We were assured that they would take care of us. Oh they took care of us all right. They added 2 unauthorized lines to our account so that they would get the sale and get the credit for two new phones. When confronted with it while at the store they tried denying what they had done. We were assured before leaving that store that the matter had been taken care of. However, it was not, they lied to us. After almost one month of dealing with this the lines are removed. It took 17 phone calls to the customer service line; who I may add kept telling us we had to go to the Vaparaiso store, so we made four trips into the Valparaiso store which was useless because all they did was continue to tell us we were wrong, and a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately from a customer standpoint T-Mobile stands behind their employees even if they are committing illegal activity by adding unauthorized lines to your account and then lying to you saying they fixed it. I would not reccomend them to anyone unless you enjoy having unauthorized lines added to your account and then going through a nightmare to have taken care of.

Great customer service, I walked in to Unlock a T-Mobile phone I bought to use for AT&T, I ended up switching 5 lines and I’m still shocked I made the move. Sam has sales skills I haven’t seen in awhile, when you’re talking to him it feels like he owns the company. I was wearing an Army Cap when I walked in and Sam asked if I’m a Veteran and when I told him Yes he thanked me for my service and told me about the Military plan and how he met the CEO of TMobile and how much respect Mr Legere has for our Military and I was Sold.I’m saving almost $95/month and I’m getting Unlimited data and Free Netflix. I don’t have to worry about my kids going over their limit anymore and my wife is happy we’re saving some money. Thank you so much Sam I will refer all my friends and family over to the Valparaiso TMobile.

Robert, mobile expert, and Sam, store manager, have excellent customer service! I had just purchased 2 phones thru a special program for work discount and brought them in for help with setup. Even though this Valpo store did not get any credit for a sale, they worked for 2 hours to overcome some glitches from the telephone order to get our phones up and running. My daughters old phone was so full of pictures, it seemed to take forever to transfer files, but both Robert and Sam had the patience to get it done, while balancing the needs of other walkin customers. Thank you Robert and Sam!

I have been there twice now. The first time a female staff member helped me. She didnt know anything about the products she was trying to sell and was all together rude. My second time I walked in at 7, while two workers and another man stood in the store. We opened the door and they glared as us. One worker said we closed at like 6. We looked up the hours and they closed st 5 actually. So in all the staff ha very unknowable and they severely lack customer service skills.
