I was tired of sleeping on a terrible mattress and happened to find Bo and this store on Google maps. This is not your average mattress store. It doesnt have dozens of beds that you can pick and choose from. Bo has a handful of beds that he stands by because he understands what people are looking for in a bed.There was no pressure in buying a bed. He answered all of our questions and even entertained our three year old who was running around and trying all the beds.It took us two visits but we were finally able to commit to a bed and we do not regret it. He had the bed delivered to us in a timely manner and stayed in contact with us as it was during the holidays.Thank you for the wonderful experience. Salesman and owner was knowledgeable, friendly, not pushy, let me take as much time as I wanted hanging out on mattresses without hovering, and made the whole process easy. Mattress selection is not overwhelming but still has everything I wanted to compare plus some. Mattresses are well priced and below many competitors’ prices. Compared to other mattress stores it was an entirely different and pleasant experience.

As someone who has purchased multiple mattresses from the owner of this store, I am happy to say that I have not found a better deal anywhere I have looked. I dont need a warehouse full of options to determine what I am going to buy. I dont want to lay on 50 different mattresses. What I do want is a person knowledgeable about the product that can take my feedback on what I am looking for and make an informed recommendation. The first mattress recommendation I got from this owner (which I bought), has been in use for over 20 years now. Still a great mattress! Since then, I have purchased multiple other mattresses from the owner. I have always been pleased. If you dont want to spend hours shopping, but you want a quality mattress that fits your needs at an unbeatable price, I would highly recommend you check this place out!

Being a couple who hasnt bought a ton of mattresses together we really wanted to make this mattress the last one we buy in a while. Bo was extremely helpful in helping us learn about how were side sleepers and how that means we prefer a not so firm matress but were both have some lower back pain and still need and want that support. We tried several different mattresses and landed on the perfect one for us. Bo gave us the ease of mind to inform us that if anything were to go wrong with the bed in 10 years there is a warranty that would mean full replacement of the matress that he would assist us through that process. Sometimes having that ease of mind is so helpful because we have had mattresses that has literally broken in a year.

I recently went to Vancouver Mattress outlet to find a full bed that would be affordable yet support my major back issues. I was warmly greeted by the owner, Bo who asked me a few questions before recommending a mattress within my budget. This mattress exceeded my expectations and he offered it me at my price point! I was pleasantly surprised when he did not try to upsell me or show me beds outside of my budget. When I asked if he offered delivery at an additional fee, he said it was not needed. All of his mattresses come compressed to fit in most sizes cars! I drove away within a half hour with an amazing mattress, a set of sheets and my pocketbook intact. Several years ago my husband and I needed to purchase a king mattress and we wanted a high quality and luxurious option without a crazy price tag. Well, we went to Gresham thinking we would get the best bang for our buck. We got a comfortable one sided latex. Fast forward to 6 months ago and we needed to get a queen mattress for our son. The double sided latex we purchased with vancouver mattress outlet was 1/3 the price and better quality than our other mattress. This is the only place you should go to get a mattress. The quality and prices are unparalleled.

I have neck pain, and migraines and I came in to get a new pillow to help out. Joel was very helpful and friendly, without seeming shady, slimy or like hed tell me anything to upsell me. I only had a certain amount until payday, and the owner gave me a discount so I could afford the pillow right away! We were expecting a snow storm so they go the shipment of my pillow sent out right away and it got here as soon as expected. The prices seemed reasonable and there where quite a few different options to try out. Joel seemed knowledgeable of the products they had. I had a rambunctious toddler with me too, who he was very friendly too. In all a pleasant experience.

The owner is amazing. You walk in and feel like your meeting up with on old friend who happens to know alot about mattresses. We had two small childreen with us and he was not only talking with us about different mattresses and frames, but was also answering all of my 6 year olds random questions. I never once felt pushed to buy anything. We gave him our budget and what kind of mattress we where interested in. With those two bits of information he was able to find the mattress and bed frame that was perfect for us. I felt like we where robbing the place when I went to pay the bill. Such great deals!! Bo was incredibly helpful and personable. Believe the hype with all these reviews, this place is THAT good. I was able to get a great deal and there was zero pressure to buy anything. The selection is much smaller than a typical mattress store, which is actually great. Instead of laying on 20 mattresses to find what you want, youll lay on a couple before you have your goldilocks moment and find the matress that is just right. These guys know their stuff, if you are looking for a new matress this should be your first (and probably last) stop!

My wife and I tried to order a Nectar mattress and when that turned out to be no good we stopped by to check out some prices. Bo was exceptionaly friendly, knowledgeable and relaxed. He remembered us when we called back a couple of days later, including the mattress we were looking at. The prices in store are extremely reasonable and when the matress would not fit in my car he offered to drop it off himself. If you need a matress this is the place to go.
