When going to look at furniture, we got lost and ended up at their warehouse. Alicea found us wandering the back lot and showed us the showroom. The inventory, selection and quality was great. Amazing place to buy any kind of furniture! We bought an entire bedroom set here 4 years ago and had nothing but an excellent experience. We just went again and bought a dining room table. We will continue buying all of our furniture here.

The prices for furniture are great but DO NOT pay for installation. I bought a bunk bed for my kids (1 of only 3 models) and had the people come install. Not only did it take them hours, they installed the stairs against the wall so I couldn’t access the storage. I asked if we could swing it to the other side before completing and they said sure, then completed the project anyway and I couldn’t move the bed. They didn’t follow instructions as they clearly used wrong screws in spots because I had the wrong screws putting in the storage they neglected to finish. I basically paid for a bunch of bafoons who had never installed one of these before to screw up and make me do it over again.

Purchased a bed frame here for our guest room, which (I believe it was the manager) helped me load into the back of my Venza. She was very sweet and helpful. As well as we purchased a reclining couch and chair from here that was set up very quickly by their crew. And they hauled away an old sectional and the cardboard, therefore leaving our house spotless. The prices are excellent and the customer service is above and beyond. Theyre stuck with us for life 🙂

Bought 3 defective mattresses from this place back in June 2020. Went back in to pick out new ones after they deemed mine to be defective but upon arrival we noticed that the new mattresses they NOW carry were double the price and of bad quality. Looked into the reviews for the New mattresses they recommended and I was not happy to see the bad reviews. I then talked to the owner and she advised me to go out to other mattresses stores and look at what they carry. After going to a few other stores and seeing the difference in quality I decided that I did not want to buy the BAD QUALITY mattresses that Sans carries. I then called the owner and told her how I felt. She said she could not return our money and that she could give me a credit for anything she sells in her store. So basically I am screwed and being FORCED to buy her bad quality mattresses. I do not want to buy anything from this store as The quality of all her furniture/mattresses is CHEAP. I’ve texted her multiple times since then with NO REPLY. This place has HORRIBLE customer service! Save yourself the headache and go buy yourself good quality name brand mattress. You may have to pay a little more but you’ll sleep way BETTER!

At first the purchase of our new dining room table was great, the assistance throughout the process seemed flawless until....... We travel all the way home with our new table to find it damaged ?..... two big dents in the table and marks on the backing of the chairs as if it had been returned already.Went in and had a complete refund on the purchase this is when it went down hill, the manager on duty is getting a text from the front counter girl that is assisting me on how to do the return. The manager I am assuming comes out of no where and explains to her how to do the return. The issue I have is no apology or anything, I feel as if I was ignored and an inconvenience.I have shopped here about 5 years ago with a excellent result as of today I can not say the same.

I purchased a platform bed 2 years ago from Sans Midman. Part of my frame got bent recently and my warranty had already expired. Sarah went above and beyond and ordered the part I needed from the manufacturer. I had it in less than a week. Today I stopped by the store because I needed 2 fasteners for the bed. Incredible customer service. We bought a sofa over a year ago, and recently had an issue. The sofa had a 10-year warranty, and Sans Midman not only swapped our sofa out with a new replacement, but didnt even charge us for delivery. We will always shop here for furniture from now on!

I have purchased a dresser and a table and chairs from this location. Both times I have seen their advertisement in the local ads. They are both really good quality and were a great price! I have looked at many other places near the airport in Portland and in vancouver, no one beats their prices! The other nice detail about this place is they have everything I have wanted in stock, and you pick it up on the spot.

Bought a bed here that destroyed my wood floors and skated all around and put deep gouges. I didn’t even see it happening because it’s under the bed. This happened because it used cheap middle supports rather than a solid center bracket. Do not buy cheap furniture. Don’t do it. This will cost me thousands to fix. I may have to replace my entire floor since it’s so destroyed.

Seriously Outstanding Customer Service!! They really care about their customers here. I had a table I bought delivered and assembled with some minor damage. The men who put it together were kind enough to inform me of their managers number. I called her and she replaced the table with a brand new one without me having to even ask. Its real furniture. Better quality than IKEA, mostly assembled, and not all that much more expensive. Not the greatest stuff in the world, but pretty good and well made.

I came to this store to buy a small dinette set for me and my wife and I left with a big table and 8 chairs. The young man who sold me the table convinced me that I needed to invite my estranged son and his family for Thanksgiving. I am at the hospital waiting to welcome my fifth grandson into our family. I spend two hours driving to shop at this store after my sister told me about how a staff from this store using his own personal funds bought one of her neighbors sick child a new bedroom set. An act of kindness after learning the family lost everything trying to take care of their son. I wanted to support a company that supported such people. I couldnt believe my luck because he wasnt working the day I decided to show up.I still got a custom made loveseat with lifetime warranty for less than $500. The store has a very relaxed atmosphere and I wasnt pressured to buy anything. I would be back for a kitchen table and a new mattress.

Almost all of our furniture comes from here. Its cheap, but its the same brands as any other major furniture store. They have a small showroom, but you can order almost anything from the catalogs. Start here and only go somewhere else if they dont have what you want.
