We purchased a dining table from Jasmine at Creative Interiors and we couldn’t be more pleased with the product and service we received. Jasmine was such a delight to deal with. She was knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy! Jasmine is a big part of the reason we made our purchase here. We were fortunate to find a table that we loved on display and were able to purchase it. We were thrilled. The delivery experience was equally as positive. The delivery team was early and called to confirm if they could complete the delivery early. We were thrilled with that. The delivery team was professional and and so nice. They were very respectful of our home and took great care when delivering the table. We could recommend Creative Interiors and Design to anyone looking for furniture.

Utterly disinterestedThe rep who greeted me seemed utterly disinterested. He couldnt find enough energy to help me look at out-door options. He tossed me a large book of outdoor fabrics and essentially said, ...see if you can find what you want in there somewhere... I actually think that my attire, dressed in shorts and tee shirt after a long day of work in my garden that day factored in. Bottom line. $6K budget for the project. But Im going elsewhere. Really disappointed since I drove some distance to visit this seller. And really $1,400 for a sort of padded small chair with some waterproof material?? Your loss. Creative ... Ridiculous prices and service. I know I can do better elsewhere.

We are very pleased with Creative Interiors and Design. Heidi designed our entire media room furniture. She provided a rendering, and the end result was just as rendered. In addition I would like to mention that their customer service goes above and beyond what can be expected

I am furnishing my entire new home. I went into this store excited to have them design my home. They completely ignored me and my son. Two snobby women not compliant with their own mask mandate rolled their eyes at us. It was completely unacceptable behavior. As a member of the healthcare community I cant believe that they would ignore the mandate. Moreover being extremely rude and ignored was wrong. I will never purchase anything from this store. I would recommend shopping elsewhere. To bad you could have made some money.

We are very happy with the look Ryan helped us create in our living room. The furniture looks fantastic! The sofas, club chairs and rug all blended beautifully with our end tables and drapries. The delivery men were also key to putting this together. They did everything we asked of them with the placement and asked us numerous times if we were happy with everything. That same afternoon, Ryan called to see if we were satisfied and if there was anything else he could do. We would highly recommend Creative Interiors and Design to family and friends.

We have had a great experience ordering furniture pieces at Creative Interiors and Design for our new home. I have browsed the show room many times in the past because it brings me joy!I finally made an appointment with Tracey, who is a very competent and kind designer. She came to our home to measure and consider our living style.We then met with her, she had pulled together a great presentation of fabrics, textiles and furniture pieces to fit that style. Tammie and her design team are the best!When I first walked into the store, I was quite uneasy as I felt I had a daunting project ahead of me, with several rooms to fill in our new home, and I had been spinning my wheels on my own for way too long. My husband was more than ready for a real chair to sit on! Tammie was the first person I met when I walked into the store - and she put me at ease immediately!Tammie is amazing to work with. She made the entire design process fun and enjoyable. She knew when to reign me in when my ideas were getting off course and kept me moving forward on decisions when I was getting side tracked. She was able to take my tastes and blend them into a look that is both unique and beautiful. Tammie pulled all the design features together for furniture, rugs, accent pieces, etc. throughout our home. The rooms flow together and look incredible - we are thrilled with the results!I have really enjoyed working with Tammie and her team, and will continue to do so as we update other rooms of our home.

Audrey is very sweet. She came took measurements, pictures in order to transform our home. She was very helpful & we started on a game plan. But we have had some communication problems. Challenging times because so many people are redecorating their home now because of the COVID-19 pandemic & furniture stores are very busy now. Ryan quickly delivered our furniture on very short notice & only charged 1/2 delivery fee! He also reached out to me because of my frustrations & I look forward to finishing up my project with Audrey.

We had the Best experience at Creative Interiors & Design! We were in the middle of a remodel and Heidi came out and saw our home and she put her talent to work. 2 days later she called and asked if we could home to her store and meet with her! She absolutely amazed us! She had our Great Room and Dining Room all set up in her store so we could see what it would look like and we loved it! She also picked out our nook area, bar stools and our entire master suite! On move in day Heidi and her team came in and made our house a home! She added several other decorative touches and finished off the look we wanted! Heidi has a great eye for decorating and her store is incredible! If you are looking to redecorate or need furniture, rugs, mattresses, lighting etc she has it all! I had Jennifer E. completely redo my living room! She consulted with me at my home and we talked, she asked what my goals were and wha my budget was and came up with a plan!! A week or so later, I went into the store and she presented to me my “room”, like in person. It was amazing. Today, they came to install the drapes made specially for me and place the furniture and accessories while I was away! She and the movers brought A LOT of stuff for options, let’s just say- when I can home for the reveal, I was BLOWN AWAY! Creative Interiors has a beautiful showroom with great selections on quality pieces and our consultant Tracey has been excellent with her plan and suggestions for our space. I am so happy with all the choices she has proposed and her ability to understand my style and adapt it to the space.

We had such a great experience with Tammie! She listened to what we wanted (which differed between my husband and myself) and somehow came up with a design that satisfied us both! She came up with a design and then helped guide us in the choices of colors, fabric and styles. We came up with a cohesive design that flowed from the living room, to the dining room, thru the kitchen and into the family room. We love it, and everyone that sees it is so impressed with what “we” did. I loved that Tammie was good at reading our desires and dislikes. She knew that I had some things that I already had and wanted to incorporate and worked with us to make sure that in the end, our home looked like us and not a furniture store showroom. As a customer service and sales professional I am very sensitive when it comes to the quality of service I receive. Had an awful experience. Heidi tried to convert me to her religion while losing her business etiquette. I felt rejected. Never would I return to a place such as this this for interior design... Going to Portland from now on.
