Comfortable Moving was fantastic. Sam and team were easy to communicate with and they were upfront with their pricing and time estimates for the move. On the day of the move, the team showed up early, helped us wrap the odd shaped items as well as the items that were more fragile and upon getting to the new house, asked where we wanted every item placed in the house. It made the move-in process exceptionally easy. I would highly recommend Comfortable Moving.

This company was wonderful to deal with. The movers came in and professionally handled all our stuff efficiently and with care. We needed some boxing and packing done that was too overwhelming for us to deal with. They were Their crew of three were able to tackle it all in a few hours and got our 3 bedroom home moved in one day.The estimate was accurate and their rates super reasonable.If you use them, make sure to tip them well!

Prices were explained at the end and the time they used was added correctly. Costs are very good for the work you are getting. None of my furniture was damaged.

Sam and Mike were frickin life savers. These guys worked like machines. They took one break all day and in was 10 minutes to the dot...it was kind of bizarre...like no lunch or anything. They moved a lot of heavy stuff too such as a piano and made it look easy (not to mention this was down a flight of stairs). I would definitely hire them again...in a heartbeat!!!

Sam and his crew at Comfortable Moving in Vancouver WA did an excellent job of moving our large furniture armoires, bed, couch etc. They were so polite, professional and efficient. They were right on time to move our furniture. They even took their shoes off when they entered our home to keep the floors clean. They moved a giant armoire and couch from our upstairs to our downstairs which was no small feat considering the fact that the staircase has a small landing then turns to go up another flight of stairs so not just one straight flight of stairs but a narrow staircase with a turn so the furniture has to be placed over the railing because it cannot make the turn in the staircase! They then had to move another giant armoire out through our window in the downstairs master bedroom again no easy maneuver. They had to bring the armoire back into the house through the patio door they even stopped to remove their shoes again. I was impressed. Sam and his crew wrapped our furniture with blankets and then sarah wrapped them. They were so careful to not damage the wood or the walls. I so appreciate this. I will be hiring them again for a move in July. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs to move boxes and furniture. Thanks Sam and the crew you guys are awesome!!!

Sam and his crew (Mike & Slava) were beyond exceptional with their moving services. We had to delay our move date on moving day itself due to unforeseen circumstances and Sam was more than accommodating to meet our needs.This was our 4th move (one including cross country) and this was definitely top notch service. They showed up on time, moved efficiently, were professional, had excellent value compared to 2 other local agencies, and were done hours before projected time frame. These were the most efficient movers I could imagine. They carefully wrapped furniture pieces, unloaded things Id forgotten, gave me a change container they found Id left behind.They were on time, plus they organized the moving truck so they could make stops at two locations. I love Comfortable Moving! Sam and Mike are very professional, quick, and efficient.They moved all my furniture & boxes without any problem from my house to my new apartment. They helped me rearrange the sofa, kitchen table, computer table, bed, dresser, filing cabinet, and bookshelf at my new place. This was by far the best moving company Ive ever used. They surpassed my expectations many times over. Rates are competitive, they are flexible with times and dates, they are careful, professional, thoughtful, and their work ethic is light years above the norm. They moved me out and then back into my home after renovations, and surprised me with bringing and installing felt pads on the feet of all furniture before carrying it back into the house. Great guys. You couldnt do better.

We could not have been more impressed with the speed, careful protection of our things and PRICE! They were almost half the cost of the next best quote and did it in less time than anyone else said it would take. I hope I tipped them enough.We had a 10x20 and 30 tall stage that we disassembled into at least 50 huge sections. Giant think plysheets, beams, huge brackets, heavy as hell staircases, under stage of roller carts we couldnt lift on our own etc. They loaded it all up, drove 30 minutes north and then brought it into our ballroom on the second floor with no elevator and tight clearances and hallways. We have 23 stairs! These two guys didnt leave a scratch on the walls, a ding anywhere, no damage to any of the pieces and stacked it all tight behind our staging curtain like they were Tetris masters- and did it in under 3 hours. Unreal.They may be a smaller outfit, but theyre independent, so you dont pay the franchising fees like other moving companies have to charge, they accept payment once the job is complete and their pricing was incredible.WE COULDNT BE HAPPIER!THERES NO REASON TO CALL ANYONE ELSE!Believe me. I got quotes from everyone in Vancouver and they were not only the most affordable but it was the best moving experience Ive ever had with a company. Help make them more successful and call them next time you need a mover. I already did the legwork. Skip the quotes and salespeople, just call Comfortable Movers. They truly are the perfect local moving company.

I recently moved and hired Comfortable Moving company as my movers. I explained to the small business owner Sam ahead of time that I needed a specific date and time and that I had fragile items, such as stained glass and art and antiques that were precious to me and that the last movers broke one of my stained glass lamps and scratched one of my antique pieces. They were also over an hour late when they promised to be on time. Sam assured me, they would be on time and had the experience to handle valuable pieces. I explained to Sam that this was a little different move because I had two stops. The first stop after pick up to my storage unit and the second to my new home, which is way up in the woods of Battleground. He seemed confident that he and his team could do the job and questamated it to be about a six to eight hour job. He was nice, professional and organized. That timeframe sounded close to what other moving companies told me although some were guessing as long as 12 hours. I called and spoke to about nine different companies with price qoutes as low as $99/hr to $ 198/hr. I chose Comfortable Moving because they had excellent prices and Sam spent extra time asking me qualifying questions that led me to believe his company truely cared that my move would be successful, smooth and easy. He didnt have a fast sales talk, he just was honest and I got the sense that his customers mattered to him. The day of the move Sam and his employee, Mike arrived right on time, were professional and ready to go and I appreciated that too. Once Sam and Mike were shown what pieces went to storage and what went to the new home they immediately went to work while I watched. In the past, I have learned with all moving companies, to be alert and on top of things to insure my items a safe arrival. Im usually always giving out more instructions on how I want my items handled and wrapped. Well, you can imagine my amazement when I didnt have to say a word because Sam and Mike did what I can only say was an extraordinary excellent job of wrapping and securing my items for travel. In fact, I felt so comfortable with their expertise after watching them in action for just a bit, that I actually sat down, relaxed and surfed Facebook. I can assure you that has NEVER happened before! I can only explain it like this: it was like movers gold. Those two men had the best teamwork I have ever seen. It was magic and it was amazing and I wouldnt of believed it if I hadnt seen it first hand. I never had to open my mouth to give any instructions the whole time and I was blown away at how fast and how precise they were! They loaded the truck and I followed them to my storage unit. Sam said it would take about 20 minutes to unload items into the unit. I explained that it may take longer because the unit wasnt a drive up. They had to bring the items down a hall to the last unit. Sam and Mike got to work as I sat in my car, with my dog and started to send a quick email. I hadnt even hit send, when I looked up and couldnt believe they were already finished! I checked the unit and sure enough it was organized above my expectations. I kept thinking...omg, I have never had movers this good in my life and I have moved both long distance, out if state, to local. We then went to my new home, which, btw also had a lot of stairs like the first house. They were polite and never once hit a wall, broke an item, or took a call. These two fabulous young men had a mission to deliver me the best move ever and they were spot on and Im not an easy customer. I know exactly what I want and they came through with flying colors AND... in 4 HOURS!! Seriously! Often times we look for big brand names to do business with because the name is familiar and overlook the smaller business. I am so very glad I made the gut decision to hire Comfortable Moving. Whether you have a small, large or out of state long distant move, you wont regret it if you hire Comfortable Moving, that I KNOW FOR SURE!

What can I say about this small local company? Friendly. Efficient. Professional. Trustworthy. This was our first time using a moving company and it really was a god send to have their affordable rates and expertise! We packed our personals in boxes and the next day Sorin (owner) and his crew (2 other guys) came and loaded up all our furniture (sofas, bed frames, dressers, living room furnitures, and even helped us to better pack our fragile items) then delivered them and unloaded it all with ease.
