Terrible customer service, the owner is obnoxious, literally raising her voice at me in her store with such an attitude. It was disgusting that she would speak to a customer like that. Jason was there and heard the whole thing. I honestly could not believe she was the owner. If you don’t believe me, just read the owner’s responses to the 1-star reviews- she obviously has a major attitude when speaking to people, always has to get the last word in which is exactly what she did in the store. She’s more concerned about collecting her “up front” fees than her customer service. Just a money grab. STAY AWAY and find someone else to fix your devices.

Took my daughters iPhone 8 there because the back camera and flash wasnt working. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed it quickly and it works great. Theyre also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend taking any of your electronics to them to be repaired!

Stay away! Not a reputable service place for your electonic device. I called the shop two weeks ago and told them my iPad needed a Tristar chip. They informed me that they do the repair in house and the cost would be about $120. When I dropped it off the women told me that I needed to pay $40 up front for a diagnosis and they would deduct that from the cost of the repair. I thought that was strange as I had told them what it needed, and to confirm the diagnosis all is takes is a one-minute test that indicates pass or fail. Most repair companies would do this quick test at no charge as a courtesy and the chance to gain a new customer. If they had to open the iPad to diagnose the problem then of course they should be compensated for their time. This was not the case.Well several hours later I received a phone call telling me that I was right and it does need a Tristar chip. However, she told me it would now cost $250 instead of the price I was quoted on the phone of $120 for the same repair. Then they went on to tell me that James (repair guy) is really good and there is an 80-85 percent chance they would not crack my screen while taking it off. Meaning that if they break it they will charge me a lot more. They also told me that after it is taken apart they would have to send it out to someone else for repair. Why did they tell me they do this specific repair in house all the time? Why did they not tell me when I dropped it off and if they broke the screen when taking it off I would be charged for a new glass screen? I told then no thanks and would pick up the iPad.Well today I went to pick it up. When I arrived the same women came up to me and said I know you and handed me the iPad without saying a word.It should be noted that this is the first negative review I ever wrote. When I do write reviews they are always positive. I request the shop credits the $40 they charged me.

I bought in my iphone thinging I needed a battery, James said I blew out some chips, I would be better off mailing it to Apple it was still under warranty. I had to stop by two more times for his help because I didnt know what Apple wanted me to do. James was very helpful and very patients with me.

Absolutely amazing place. I actually live in Orlando but I wait until I make a trip to Vero just to get all my repairs done here. Super quick repairs of 30 minutes or so, assuming they arent currently working on something. You can tell 100% they care about their customers and provide A+ quality repairs.I even brought my PS4 here when it got zapped by a power surge, they ordered a new battery and had it back to me in a few days once the part came in. Bad service. just got ripped off. I went there and told them a very specific problem with my Samsung tablet. She told me that they dont work with Android, yet charged me $20/for what, I dont knowThe lady at the front is rude and very inconsiderate.DO NOT GO THERE.ACCORDING TO MY RESEARCH, MOST OF THE 4-5 REVIEWS ARE FAKE.

My husband and I needed a battery for his cell phone and we called and spoke to Lana (who we found out was the owner) to see if they carried the battery, they did not. However, what she did do was call her local competitors to see if they had it, and when they did not, she pretty much called all over south Forida for us to get the battery. Even thought we didnt get a battery her help and customer service was outstanding. Thank you so much, would definitely recommend.

Fabulous attitude after getting burned at Best Buy and another battery place, they fixed mine in one hour, two batteries and a screen. If you need a battery for your iPhone or a screen this is the place.

James the manager provided excellent and quick service today! He replaced my cracked iPhone 6plus screen in June2016 & replaced it for free ((they warranty their screens for 6 months)) today because the screen was peeling away from the phone! He also added a tempered glass screen protector for free :) really great service! Highly recommend going here!

These people dont play the game they just do their job and do it well. Im not from Florida so I got no dog in the fight. You wont find anybody with more knowledge than Cellutions of Vero--I guarantee it. They may not charge as much as some fancy claims ones, but they are better at what they do. Lana and James are both hardworking individuals! I would definitely give them a 12/10. Ive had no problems whatsoever with my phone. After taking my phone to James and Lana I discovered that ifix didn’t even put my screws back in my phone 😡 (and I paid way more there). Also the customer service is fantastic. Great repair shop! Fast and courteous service and fair price. I broke the screen on my iPhone 5 so after a friends recommendation I brought my phone to them for repair. While there were working on my phone I asked about replacing the battery while the phone was apart as my battery life was getting poor. They had the parts in stock and repaired it while I waited. I will return if I have a need of a cell phone repair in the future.

I had a shattered and a screen that went black. took it to them, they fixed it with no problem, it took about 20 mins and it was a reasonable price compared to the places that i’ve been to before. they are very nice and chill people you won’t regret.

Great professional service! My iPhone5 has been cracked for almost a year and finally got the chance to have it fixed. Wow! Dropped my phone off yesterday afternoon. Tried calling today, about 22 hours after drop off, to check the status. I was put on hold until I decided to hang up 15 minutes later. I tried calling numerous times, but the line was busy. So I drove across town to see what was going on and when I arrived I was told he was busy with other customers and that I was actually still on hold over an hour later. I just wanted my phone back at that point but he charged me 27 bucks for diagnostic fee. When I asked what was wrong with the phone he said he didnt know because i didnt give him enough time to figure it out. He never had my phone apart because when I asked for it he just grabbed it off the shelf. How is it he had the phone apart just to put it back together before I was even there to ask for it. Bottom line is they ripped me off for 27 bucks, the time it took to drive across town, and the aggravation. Wow!

I have an iPhone 6s plus that had a shattered screen. I took it in to them to have the screen repaired, and they were awesome. We came across some issues and it had to be sent out to New York and they covered the whole cost. I didnt have a phone after they sent it out, so they gave me a phone to borrow until I got mine back. The issues werent their fault, yet they still cared enough to help me out and made sure it was covered. These people are awesome and sweet, and you wont find another repair shop in Vero where the people care this much.

My ancient ipod needed a battery. Before going to Cellutions I did visit another shop whose staff seemed fairly disinterested in doing the work. I then approached Cellutions and was very impressed with the staffs knowledge and friendliness. My ipod had a new battery within a short time given the Christmas holidays and is working perfecty. My IPAD screen broke, they glued it wrong and didnt have a home button, so sent me home for 4 days with my Off-to-the-side glued-together new screen.then I came back to install the home button and they BROKE my screen again!This time they didnt have a replacement, so they promised they would overnight the shipment for the screen... but I ended up waiting 5 days for it because they botched up the delivery order. Not professional.Not worth the mess. Go somewhere else for IPAD Fixing.

Went in and had a replacement battery put in.4 months later, Conveniently after warranty expires, Having problems with phone, take to 2 different stores, they say battery. Have battery replaced & it’s bubbly, & my original screen was replaced with a super cheap screen, so cellutions technician must have cracked the original. Watched replacement this time took 5-10 minutes. Cellutions made me leave & return 2 hours later. Feels like a quick buck, scam to me!! Whoppee you’re only $5-10 less than your competitors! I think this place lacks integrity! Poor business practice!
