Definitely the best Verizon experience Ive ever had and Ive been a customer for many years. Made an appointment but arrived early. No problem, we can take care of you right away. Specialist Jabari Dekle introduced himself and asked how he could help me. I explained what I wanted and within 45 minutes, we were done! New Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, all data transfered from the old phone and out the door. Jabari was the consumate professional and a pleasure to work with.

I absolutely love this Verizon location! Seriously, each employee is nice and very understanding. I would like to give a shoutout to Patrick and his crazy amount of patience he had with me. I was very lost and confused when I first came in, but after a couple hours, I walked out confident with all my phone services and devices! Thank you Patrick for going above and beyond with helping me today and answering my 1,000 questions. He never once had a bad attitude and was honest the whole time and gave me the best deal. I will always go to this Verizon location and set an appointment with Pat! He is the best!

Me and my family has the unlimited plan and all up to date phone but somehow our data keeps going out I’m getting texts 30 minutes later than people actually send them to me.. these problems has cost me to miss out of jobs because they can’t provide consistent service but they still want consistent payments for this continuously unavailable services.AT&T is looking like the way to go if you need a good work phone!!

A BIG thank you to the three agents that went above and beyond to solve my issue of finding an incoming phone number in my current billing cycle. Lorial, Leo and Patrick worked together and were extremely resourceful in helping me retrieve a number I deperately needed. Leo & Patrick made calls to the support center and Lorial made a call, tested the theory on her acccout, and was able to get me on my account, and the number was found! This made my day! These three are exemplary agents and why I use Verizon as my provider. Again, thank you!

Pat was the only gentleman that i worked with there that cared about my problem. I gave 5 stars based on Pats customer service. I WOULD HAVE RATED ZERO! I went into this store yesterday because my phone started having motherboard issues While I was here visiting family. We were there very close to closing but the man who assisted me and my fiancé was amazing. He helped me pick a new phone and trade in my old one. He never made me feel rushed or as if I was a bother. I’ve never had a better experience in a phone store than I did yesterday. I believe his name was Pat. I wanted to leave a survey for his great customers service but I think I may have deleted the message to fill out the survey by accident. He was amazing though. I’d go back to this store every time if I wasn’t living in Miami. I’ll definitely be stopping by again if I’m ever in the area and in need of an upgrade or accessories

I came into Verizon I was having problems with my phone not charging and Patrick Derezil came to me within 7 minutes. Very fast customer service.I thought that I would either have to get a new phone or get another refurbished phone but as Patrick started looking and he realized that the phone cord was bad. I think this is the only Verizon store that I can walk into and not have a huge wait. There was plenty of staff and they all seemed happy! Thats a big plus right there. Got my charger that works a 100% better than the off brand I had been using. I am happy.

Excellent customer service. Went in to buy an I-pad with some accessories. Doug Damaceno showed me exactly what I wanted, made informed and relevant recommendations, and most importantly did not do the high pressure up-sell thing. John Castor, the manager, was also great. Good experience rather than the slimy feeling you get sometimes leaving these types of stores.

Got two new phones from this store and Larry was our rep who helped us with everything, this guy did a fabulous job of setting up our new cell phones. Only thing I would recommend is making an appointment before you go because this is a very busy store and sometimes there is a long wait if you dont. Larry is very knowledgeable about Verizons policies and rates.

Checked in with the young man behind the counter sat down watched other come in a few leave. 30 minutes later a young lady came asked me my name asked if I checked in...long story short the young man never checked me in and I could check in now. Hmmm...after 5 or 6 other people came in after me. No thank you. Only 4 people working and about 10 people waiting. Poor scheduling.

Cody and the other guys were super helpful with resolving a problem I had with opening a new account at Best Buy. I had wasted almost two hours on what should have been a simple transaction with Best Buy mobile just before I came into this Verizon location. They got me a better plan at a lower rate and ported my old number without any issues. Im glad the Best Buy people down the street gave me such an attitude and told me to go to this Verizon location. I cant give the Verizon guys enough praise for their help. I will definitely return for future phone purchases after the great customer service. They really went above and beyond to help me out. Verizon gives no warning 3G towers to be cut & upgraded equipment required. Trip to the store Im told I cant sell you a unit for you and your family member, only you. I explain the situation, have POA - 2 copies of photo ID - still we cant sell to you after over 1hr. I make family member go to store to pick up their unit (in poor health) for fear they may sell to someone else, representative sells unit to him but doesnt activate it before he leaves?? Wow - phone call to toll free number gets the problem solved in an hour confirming unit was never activated for a 73 year old man, thank YOU Angela for fixing this. Three hours of my life wasted because of a lack of communication directly from Verizon & incompetence. After contract expires, business will be taken elsewhere, save yourself the hassle - all for a home landline - extremely frustrating - advised by rep to turn button on - not the button - you didnt activate it, made an error so own up to it, period!

I recently purchased an iPhone 6, after my current phone was suddenly stolen. I was due for an upgrade. This store charges me well over $150 for the iPhone 6. The ONLY reason I was able to find this information out was because I went to another Verizon retailer for a 6 Plus for my Mom and they let me know that I had be overcharged. Do not shop at this Verizon location; you will be robbed.

Clever sales..promises made and broke.Billing trickery with no way of understanding their unscrupulous accounting system. Bill still hasnt come down after phone calls and letters and texts and more promises..that the next bill will reflect the ajustments.I was told phone was free..lie!Then told of a military discount as 20 dollars off..but it was only 5 dollars off. 15% of a small portion of bill.I was told of a 100.00 credit for not taking the phone that i am told is not on my pkg..but was told it was when the sale was completed.I have been lied to and put on hold for hours daily. They are worse than AT&T..and thats bad.I should never have left metro. The never lie. Their bills are the same every month and they are honest. Their phones are free when they say they are. I rather have less connectivity than be cheated monthly and lied to.

Waited over an hour and only room for six people to sit. A man said we were next, he was told I couldnt stand any longer. Instead of getting a chair from the back he let two customers walk out. Over heard other customers complaining about the same wait. They where told he had more employees coming in at noon. Apparently theyre needed before.

Both Verizon and Jonathan get a 3* rating.1) Verizons hot spot plans are fugged up.$100 for 10gigs prepaidYet a postpaid account with unlimited Talk Text and data is $80...add $20 and you can hot spot off your phone with 15 gigs.$100 for 10gigs and no call/textOr$100 for 15gigs hotspot and UNLIMITED phone data (+talk text)***There is no logic here.2) Jonathan didnt know jack.Nothing off the top of his head.Had to look up all the details (something I could have done...his job is obsolete)Then he gives me wrong information TWICE.When I asked for a cool what he had on his Star Trek tablet, he went quiet as a Christmas tree in February.Yeah, pen & paper to scribble down the info.Verizon has you by the short & curlies.And they hire warm bodies that are as interchangeable as batteries.

I am NOT happy because a Vero Beach Verizon store salesman told me that I needed a special USB Reader to download photos from my new phone to my computer. Since the USB Reader did not fit into any orifice on my Samsung S 5 phone, I called customer service for assistance. The tech on the phone told me that I would have to take the phone apart and remove the memory card. He also told me that it would be easier to disconnect my charger and use the cord as a USB cord. That was easy! The tech told me that I could return the USB Reader that I did not need. However, the store will not take back the item. This whole situation is really annoying. I object to the salesman telling me I needed the item I did not need and then refusing to take it back. Why did the tech on the phone tell me I could and then I made a special trip to find out that the store will not. The item is in the original package and has obviously never been used.
