Unfortunately boost Mobile has changed hands. They are now owned by DirecTV / AT& T. All their features have been downgraded as far as Im concerned. The reception is terrible and trying to get on the internet, it times out on you. I send a text and its received 3 days later. I sent another text to somewhere else it was 12 hours later, they got it. Who needs a service, that doesnt provide good service. I understand if youre loyal customer, you can go down with the ship. But l, I bailed out. Thank God!!

Helpful staff. Wanted to upgrade phone -- salesperson advised me to wait because the model I wanted to upgrade to was about to go on sale. He could have pushed me into a sale right then but was looking out for my best interests. When I do buy, it will be from this Boost Wireless store!

The guy was knowledgeable and very helpful..even apologized 4 another carriers bad service( AT&T) which he didnt have 2 but was very kind 2 say.. as he seen me get frustrated with trying 2 get info i needed 2 switch my phone 2 Boost

TRIED CALLING THIS BOOST STORE DAILY FOR A WEEK WITH NO ANSWER. FINALLY DROVE TO FORT PIERCE TO BUY A NEW BOOST MAX.

No one answers the phone. Called more than 5 times. Manager needs to talk to on-the-clock employee
