Definitely recommend this store for any phone repairs that you might need! I was actually in town visiting family when I completely smashed my phone screen. I do a lot of work through my phone so it was extremely important that I was able to get my screen replaced in a timely manner. Upon walking into the store I was greeted by an extremely friendly gentleman named Chris. He was able to have me in and out of the store in less than 20 minutes and I even had my phone back by the end of the day. Thank you again Chris!!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. I was on a short break from my shift at work trying to get my phone fixed and they were able to repair it in 30 min! Excellent staff and service! I was worried I would have to buy a new phone because it wouldnt charge but after coming here I was told I only needed a replacement port. Christoph was great with handling my repair and even gave me some tips so it wouldnt get damaged in the future.

Brought my iPhone in to have the charging port replaced. I was told $65 and it would take about 90 minutes. Went back about two hours later and the store and entire mall had closed at 7pm. Two hours earlier than the normal 9pm. I returned the following day and was told $85 but with a good review on Google, I would receive a $10 discount. I declined to be bribed into giving a great review until I new that my phone still worked. The charging port did work correctly however, the thumb print reader no longer worked. I have tried all possible solutions to get that to work, but without any success. I would like to have at least known beforehand, that it was a possibility that I would lose that option on my phone. As far as the price discrepancy, it could have been simply human error. Maybe the employee just saw the incorrect price?

There’s always red tape you have to cut through in a corporate company... but you did everything to ensure the investment I made with your business was protected and I highly respect you sir. Thank you again. I’ll be coming back now to spend another $200 to replace the back glass on my phone.. and that’s simply because Mike stood up for the value and warranty of his product. I’ve been successfully using this repair shop for the past couple of years and have always had a good experience. Just had them put a new protector screen on my aging phone today and the entire experience was inexpensive and less than 10 minutes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a lot of other accessories if that’s your thing but I think they are best at what their name says.

My nine year old son put his own password in his phone without my permission and some how forgot it and locked his phone for two days and I did not know what to do so I came to ifixandrepair and they helped me to unlocked his phone in less than ten minutes and I’m so thankful.

Went in with my son’s cracked phone screen and 25mins later all repaired, did have to buy a new case as existing one was no longer going to be able to keep phone secure, honest and fair pricing and Christoff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely use again!

I called ifixandrepair after I realized my charger had broken inside the charger port and the debris wouldn’t let my charger actually charge my phone. They were incredibly helpful and courteous on the phone. When I went in to see if they could extract the debris, Abe quickly got the piece of metal out. It’s a fantastic place. Would definitely go back again for any phone repair I needed.

HONESTY & INTEGRITY!! Finding a mobile phone repair facility that you can trust is quite a challenge. I found one this afternoon. Sheldon was an incredibly helpful businessman who did what TWO Apple stores could not do. He was quick, professional, and extremely helpful. Even cleaned my screen protector and my case. Very impressive. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Mike, Devin, and Bryon are awesome and extremely knowledgeable. I came in last week and had a lot of questions, I wanted to make sure they wouldn’t screw me over like ifixdoctors did. They were very busy, but made sure to acknowledge myself and the person that came in after me. That’s great customer service!! Devin explained to me what they thought was the issue with my device, which the other place hadn’t even suggested. He quoted me a reasonable price and had me out of there in about 30 minutes!!!!!!! Thanks guys, if I ever need any other devices fixed you will be my first call!!!

Not impressed. It took them over 2 months to get a replacement screen and digitizer for my ipad mini. Rep in store acted like he couldnt be bothered with checking Status when i would call to inquire about the order. I finally got them to to perform the repair and within 8 hours the screen popped out of the ipad. The home button was sunken and hard to use and the digitizer randomly stops working. I took it back and they reseated the screen again and gave it back to me. Now the home button is falling out and three digitizer is worse than it was before. Im not going back. Im at another repair shop now and they said it was a hack job at best. Screws not put back in properly improper adhesive used etc. Im going to be disputing the repair charge with my credit card provider

I would definitely suggest to go with this company for repair. The gentleman that worked there was very kind and did a great job at repairing the screen on our iPhone. He also gave us a military discount on the cases to our phones as well so thank you to the sales representative.

I have been in this store several times. It seems as if every repair that they perform on my iPhone 6+ just creates another problem. I first went in for a shattered screen, which they replaced, and I went home to find that my camera would no longer work. Most recently I went in to have a battery replaced. They said they wouldnt charge me because they ran out of adhesive to adhere the screen. I was concerned because my screen wouldnt go down all the way, despite the fact that I have a tight fitting case. They said to come back in a few days and they would finish adhering it. I came back a week later & they still didnt have adhesive, my screen was beginning to crack from being lifted! I came back yet again several days later, still no adhesive, and the employees response was, Is it really bothering you that much? My screen ended up BREAKING and I had to replace it completely. Fed up with this store, I went to a different store to have my screen repaired. When I told the employee where Id had it worked on, he said said, I bet there are screws missing. When he opened up my phone, there was an EXTRA SCREW just sitting on top of the battery!!! This is what had caused the screen to lift & crack. I ended up paying $120 for a new screen, due to this stores carelessness. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Called Indian river mall “ I fix “ yesterday & asked how much for a battery for my iPhone 6 . Gentleman said $55 ... I said back to him did you say” 55 “ $55 and he said yes . I went in there this morning at opening time 11 AM, to get the battery. Guy behind counter says $75. I said I called yesterday & the fellow said $55 . He said that was yesterday our prices change from day to day ... ??? We ended up at $65 ( which I feel is a fair price ), but ???? Is that really a good way of doing business ??? I don’t know who I spoke to yesterday ... but the fellow today was Christopher ... Christopher didn’t seem to mind a whole lot that customers could get frustrated with that situation ... maybe they’re using independent contractors as service techs and not actual “I Fix” employees ... that would explain it ... I may return to them and I may not ?? I will be checking into other phone fix places next time I have a phone problem ... Eric

Total NIGHTMARE!! I am a very patient person and I put up with more than most would but this is beyond ridiculous! They dont even deserve the one star. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone but if youre DESPERATE then NEVER use cash or they will screw you over like me since you cant reverse the charge! I brought my laptop in on 11/28 (yes, NOVEMBER 2018-- today is 1/22/2019) to order a screen repair. I didnt want to pay for a service before its completed but their policy is that they wont order a part before receiving payment for the service. So I payed for the part and labor charges on NOVEMBER 28th.. I didnt want to leave my laptop so they said theyd give me a call when the part came in. Fast forward to the end of DECEMBER and I havent received a call. I was in the area and decided to stop by. The rep at the counter couldnt help me and said Id have to speak with the manager who was conveniently not in at the moment. I was asked to leave a message and phone number and he would contact me. 2 weeks later (MID JANUARY now), still radio silence from these imbeciles. I called in about the order and was told that the person who placed my order for service never ordered the part and that the part would cost more money than I was quoted. I said forget it and that I would come in for a refund. Today was my THIRD visit to this store and you guessed it, the manager isnt in AGAIN so no money back. I asked for a number to call the manager and thats a security risk so I couldnt get that and of course no one knew when he would be back in but probably tomorrow. As if Im going to keep driving to their store every day to get my money back and we already know what leaving a note does--nothing. I had to call the branch in Port Saint Lucie and their manager offered to escalate the issue to the district manager. Im expecting a call back no later than Friday and will be starting legal action, if not. Its not even about the money anymore at this point, its about being a reputable company which this one clearly is NOT.

I was down in vero on business and my phone kept glitching on me. I took it into your store and the manager Devin, opened it and found something was not plugged in all the way. He was so nice about it. I even found a phone case for my granddaughter. Thank you again. Great customer service.

Its a very pleasant and a very relaxing comfortable environment i would go there a again if my charger port acts up or my screen breaks I really enjoyed how helpful the employees are especially when they explain to you the procedure they will take to get the bottom of your problem. I can see they are very passionate about the work they do.

Great service and very friendly staff. On vacation and I was having trouble getting my s7 to charge. Come to find out there was some moisture were the charging port was. The stuff took great care of me and had my phone charging again by the time I got back from walking around the mall.

The guys here are always EXTREMELY helpful and honest. I have to go in there every couple of months because I have an old phone and theyre really good about taking care of me. I prefer to drive 15 minutes into Vero rather than the place right down the street because of their service.

Ive had my ipad screen replaced here before and have had a good experience so when my screen was broken again I knew exactly where to go. This past experience wasnt just good, it was excellent!
