Amazing experience I went there with some questions and looking for Rosa and this girl Danni was helpful and multitasking at the same time and speaker 2 language at the same time and I never felt like she put me to a side she was always kind and had a smile I could notice even with the mask on definitely coming back this is my main store from now on please get more people like her I know Rosa has the best team

I lost my Sim card tool and went to the store to see if they could remove it for me because I was sending my phone to be repaired.First impressions, nice store, looked new with all the latest phones and accessories. I live nearby so thought it would be a great place for my family and me to buy our phones.Second impression. Empty store with two girls busy on thier phones, one who ignored me and the other barely tolerating my presence. I asked the one who acknowledged me if she could remove my Sim card ( Ive removed Sim cards before and know that it takes about 30 seconds as best) she asked why I wanted to remove it - like it mattered and after completing her arduous task she told me that next time I need to go to a T-mobile store. I made sure to apologize for all the trouble and inconvenience I caused. And as per her request will definitely go to a T-mobile store for my future business.

I went in just looking at what they had for phones and Shandna was more than helpful and offered great advice in choosing a new phone. Thank you Shandna. I will be back.

I went to this store they harassed me because I had my service dog with me and I had broke my phone and couldn’t get into It to show them the information. They are rude and being I have a disability they have no right to ask me for anything. I would stay away from this store like it has the plague. Disgusting!!!

Very rude! Apparently one of the employees was getting in trouble and I was the single only customer in the store but they went back and forth talking about this situation the entire time barely even looking at me. At the end I thought I would be a smart alec and I said sorry to interrupt and they actually thought I meant it they said oh no youre okay. Might want to take care of customers when you have customers.

Rosa was very nice and knowledge over all with great customer service and great attitude. Now this store is my only PCS #1 store. 👍👍👍💓

Only issue i have is with corporate why do u guys charge me to switch phones if i own both of the phones y do u charge me to move my sim over and block me from doing it on my own that should be illegal what if someone is flat broke and has a back up phone and wants service on it but broke there main phone they have to pay 10$ just to get service on there back up phone are u kidding me at&t didnt do that to me possibly switching back just because of that plz change it if u would like to keep costomers

Switched to them 3 mos ago. Staff member helping me was very friendly, fast & super efficient. Ported phone #, trfd data & apps from old phone and educated me on new phone basics...all in one visit. Have since called 2 times w ?s & recd quick, knowledabe and friendly responses. Would highly recommend this store (20th St & 42nd Ave).

Not once but twice in 2 weeks had issues with 2 different phone and they had called and got my warranty for both phones get in there and go to switch to my new phone they found something wrong with my phones not one time both times they were in the same condition as they were when they ordered the warranty phone but said they wouldnt do nothing for me told me my only option was to buy a new one they shouldnt offer warranties if they wont back them. Dont believe it was the employees but there warranty rep or whom ever it was they called on them. Such bs I will be looking for a new phone provider. Just aggregates me been with them for over 8 years and they wouldnt help me out.
