We go to a lot of Dunkin, this is by far the worst one. The drive through wait is way longer than any other place. There is never any courtesy from the people working, and half of the time there is a mistake in the order. They have the car lane blocked so you cant exit once you are stuck in line it is so sad.

Could’ve at least toasted my bread ..cooked it…or something

I havent found a coffee I love here but Im so picky. Good priced quick and tasty Breakfast sandwiches, and Breakfast burritos are a favorite here. Yummy donuts too.

Since the Blond female manager reads my reviews, I hope she reads this one. I have had consistently bad service at this location. Today I place a large order and surprise its wrong. When I bring it to the attention of the manager, She replies Yes I know, I have read your reviews. I will not be going back to this location while that manager is working there. Hopefully someone else reads this as well.

This is the only DD that makes my coffee and sandwiches perfect... Service was excellent couldnt ask for a better experience .

Orders that I order through the app are ready when I get there and are correct love their DD ice coffee 2 shots cream 4 shots mocha bacon egg and cheese on English muffin are also great.

Usually theres not a problem but todays a round problem so Ill give him another chance

I solely like this place because the employees arent fake and they keep it honest and real.Sure they make you wait sometimes while they talk about something but I seriously dont care..When I went there everyday they KNEW my order straight away.1 large iced coffee with extra caramel 7sugars 6 creams.☕☕☕☕I had cut down a little because it used to be 10 sugars 7 creams.And yeah I know its diabetes in a cup but I love my coffees sweet.I understand the frustration of some of these reviews that the employees talk too much or theyre rude and they make you wait for ten minutesBut mostly no one knows what it is like to run a coffee store. Sometimes the management isnt there. and havent you guys noticed its teenagers working there? Its more than likely their first job. Give these people a break..If my order is wrong I have sugar and cream at home. If the sandwich is different maybe Ill eat it and like it.🥪 Its all inexpensive.But I tell my order properly and they always get it right. 💜

People are decent but if you ask for fresh hot coffee you wont get it. They take care of cold coffee drinkers only. Guess they dont know those of us who drink coffee hot can tell the bitter old coffee taste and smell. I certainly can.

For the past two weeks this location has been out of coffee cake muffins. I was assured by the manager they would have them today. Arrived by 730 am all sold out. The manager said she only bakes 5 a day because they dont sell. Yet if I dont get there early there sold out. This was my last trip wasting my time and gas going to this dunkin.

Long wait. Customer service was terrible. The employees didn’t seem very competent. The employee didn’t give me my change and when I asked for it they treated me like I was annoying for expecting it! Will not be going back to this location for sure

It is new, new, new, which makes it especially nice. The workers are all friendly and courteous. The coffee is always delicious. I like their new bacon cheese wraps. What a tasty quick snack to hold you over. Yum.

Excellent staff. Great Coffee! They also have Nitro Coffee. Not as many selections for Donuts as thier northern counterparts, but open later.

Idk if she was a employee or a manager but she gave out a disrespectful attitude and it seemed to me like the employees were ok with her treating the customers like that.

My friend loves Dunkin but i just think that if they had more healthy things i would go there more but it is all fattening stuff and not good for you. The only reason i went was because my friend wanted to go.

Alright, I don’t usually post reviews ever, but I have had so many bad experiences at this place.The employees are really rude?? And not in the “I’m a Karen and they were only doing their job” kind of way. They’re completely unprovoked and they still have an attitude :(There have been multiple times where my mom has ordered a coffee or a sandwich and received the wrong one, and that’s totally fine!! Employees are still human, and we all make mistakes. But when my mom tried to politely correct them, they argued that she was in the wrong and scolded her ?? It’s come to the point where we just take whatever we’re given, which just isn’t right :/Sorry, this probably came off as super pretentious/entitled, but I’ve just had a lot of negative experiences at this place and wanted to let other people know ;(

While in the drive thru a HUGE wasp was on my window. A woman was helping me & when she noticed it her male coworker came up and asked if id like for him to kill it. YALL - He hit it with his hand and took his glove off when he was done. I love these workers! It made my day ❤❤

AWFUL!!!!Got screamed at for asking for cold foam on top of my coffee, told me that it’s their policy and that is it in the handbook. First of all I don’t know what is in the handbook, second, I get the same coffee every day but today it is against the policy... manger needs to see how the employees act. RUDE.

Limited bagels to choose from, hot coffee was cold when I tried it in the car . Server argumentive with me about plain cream cheese that they put on my bagel! !! Never gave me any choices for me to pick from, just assumed I wanted plain !!!

This place is the worst! I went there one morning before work with my daughter we ordered 2 coffees and 2 bagels with cream cheese.. Easy you would think 🤔 Not for them! They took my coffee order 3 times and it was still wrong.. and we had bagels with no cream cheese 😕 I will now always check my order before leaving.When I went back after work to tell them of their mess up.. they said they didn’t have a manager working and know one knew what to do.. they called the manager and she said ..oh well not her problem come back on Wednesday when she works again.. Simply unbelievable!!! I will never go here again. I would rather give my money to anyone but them!!!

Donuts never taste fresh even at 9am

So I am on a road trip back to Texas, and we decided to stop and get coffee from here, which the store was supposed to close in 10 minutes, and when I got there they locked all the doors and threw out all of there coffee. Very annoyed and never coming back here again. Do not recommend coming because they might even end up being closed half an hour before closing. Very disappointed.

Waiting more than 20 menit at drive thru, wow..

This was my 1st time at this location. The two employees let me sit at the drive through while they laughed and joked without any other customers. When I got to the window they never stopped laughing or talking and did not say one word to me. This location is not off to a great start because I definitely wont be back.

Got our order wrong..had an attitude when we told them. Food was cold. Iced coffee was good though.

Dunkin Donuts is my Favorite coffee place!! Only wish: that each store would make my Iced Coffee with 2 pumps of Caramel & 4 Cream the same!!
