My son and I stopped by and we were blown away by them going above and beyond to make it a great experience for us. We didnt go to actually buy a car but to show my son who has autism and legally blind cars that he may not ever be able to drive but he enjoys riding in them. Steve Arnold was extremely cool enough to take us on a ride in one of their Aston Martin DBXs. Definitely made my sons day. He doesnt have the experiences that most 20+ year olds have so experiences that may be small for most are milestones for us! Appreciate the Steve and the others. Blessings your way!

After about two years of test-driving different Bentley models and making my mind, I recently finally bought the new Flying Spur V8 2021. Tate Attia and the Bentley Tysons team have been very patient and helpful during this period of test-driving different models and discussing all the details and options. I have attempted to purchase two cars over the years and both times I went elsewhere for the same car I would have bought from them. I prefer that the car be delivered to me. Apparently they dont do that even though I am local. Weird I thought. I also stated on the phone that if the car I was inquiring about was sold, that I would order one with the same specs brand new from the factory. They seemed disinterested in that and didnt ask for my name or contact info.I then tried the exact same thing with another Bentley dealer. I took the VIN number from the Bentley Tysons website and gave it to the salesman on the phone. He built the car out and placed the order, and took my deposit via the phone. It took about 15 minutes. I wont go back to Tysons Bentley or call them again. I have to wait roughly five months for my car, but at least I didnt have to deal with them. These guys act like youre trying to buy a rare painting or something. If you want a Bentley, literally pick up the phone and call any other dealer instead of dealing with these people. They dont need your money apparently, give it to someone that actually wants it and values you as a customer.

This is our 5th purchase at this dealership, and each time its been a 5 star experience. The few negative reviews say more about the reviewers (if you read between the lines) than it does about the dealership. Tate has been our salesperson as long as I can remember and is always willing to work with us to find the right vehicle with the right options. Medhi in finance always finds a way to make the deal work, and he does it quickly and efficiently. We never spend more than 30 minutes in his office because he does so much in advance by text and email. In fact, we trust this dealership so much we made the deal before we even saw the vehicle in person. Alvin the manager is always accommodating to our quirky requirements. Regina is always a pleasure to work with at delivery and with follow-up. I can recommend this dealership without reservation.

Brendon provided excellent customer service and was willing to sell me only what I wanted. He wasnt pushy and never attempted to sway my purchase.Mehdi was very personable and made the finance portion quick and easy. Today was the most disappointing experience EVER. My husband, his brother and wife accompanied me to look for a Bentley Continental GT. A. Gyamera came out to assist. I only know his name because I asked for his card. He never introduced himself nor asked our names. I looked at the Flying Spur. He offered no details of the car or asked what I was looking for in particular. I went to the car door to open it. It was locked. I had to ask him for the key. He just stood back and watched. Sure would have been nice to talk up the hand-stitching. I saw what I liked out the window in the pre-owned area. No offer to take a walk outside or to drive. This is Bentley sales?? We had all day to spend shopping for a car. We were out of there 10 minutes due to this dismissive reception. Not getting a dime outta me there. Shame on Bentley!!

Just bought a car from them today. Hands down, the best car buying experience Ive ever had. I dealt with Andrew (sales) and Mehdi (finance). Initially, I was apprehensive and anxious because of previous car buying experiences Ive had. Because of how transparent and streamlined the process was, I realized that I had no reason to be. I paid the agreed upon price without any games. Great place to buy a car from.

Bought my first car from these folks on 1/31/2020. Brendan was an excellent salesman and Mehdi provided a smooth transaction. The test drive around this location is great because of the tight windy roads in the back. Mehdi worked with me to find the lowest interest rate possible and went the extra mile to do so. Bentley Tysons - given that I lead a company that is obsessed with a customer “first” value in evthg we do - I rarely post about horrible experiences - but have never, ever experienced a worse mindset from the Sales Leadership at Bentley Washington DC / Tysons Corner. Pointless going into details when there is lack of respect to your customer, general politeness and providing a sense of ‘welcome’ - these seem to be foreign concepts. Without customer first principles - how would you even know that your / employee livelihoods and brand success depends on your customers and not only the quality of the products you sell...hopefully this does not infiltrate the Service department.

We bought a high-line pre-owned vehicle from Bentley Tysons and the staff and process was excellent. I like to test folks too by dressing down to see if that matters to a level of service, especially upon initially walking in the door, and none of that mattered at this store. The sales people are friendly, the manager Alvin is genuine and a pleasure to work with, Mehdi did our paperwork and made it quick, clean and easy. The whole process from start to finish felt like we were dealing with friends and nothing was pushy. We were given options and our decisions were honored. It was one of the easiest and smoothest vehicle transactions we have ever had. Definitely recommend and we will be a customer for life.
