This is mattress is a piece of garbage, but the customer service is worse. Called to return it (in the middle of covid last year) and was told I had to find my own place to donate it to save then provide them proof. No one was accepting mattresses in May of 2020 because of the pandemic. They refused to take responsibility for their awful product and by the time charities near me were accepting items like mattresses again, the one year trial was over. I have never been so upset about a large purchase. This mattress went straight to the trash as soon as the replacement (a Saatva) arrived. Ugh. #dreamcloudneveragain

I wish I could give it a negative 10! I can’t rate the bed because it’s been over a month and I’m on my 2nd changed shipping date. They can’t give me a shipping date, nor honest status update but my payment cleared immediately! I’m so tired of them - all I want is my bed!

We ordered our DreamCloud mattress and bed frame in April during a price promotion. We didnt receive the mattress for 8 weeks, and the frame showed up a month later. We were extremely disappointed with the customer service when we inquired about the delays. No one ever answered their phone, and emails were ignored. We had selected the 3rd party financing option, which is an auto-debit by Affirm to your bank account. Big mistake. We were charged for the mattress before it arrived. Affirm would not cancel the financing for the bed frame when we tried. Once the bed frame arrived, it was very poorly constructed.We have been sleeping on the mattress and it is NOT firm.

Purchased my DreamCloud mattress in January 2019. The showroom, indeed the best mattress store in Vienna, VA, was clean and tidy, delivery was on time, and set up was perfect. Highly recommended!

DreamCloud is my favorite mattress store in Vienna! The staff is amazing and the environment is friendly! Recommended to all those not looking for comparison shop.

I purchased two DreamCloud mattresses and paid over $1600 for each of them. Within 6 months both developed sink holes in the middle of each mattress. They replaced one, but it was worse than the first one and very poor quality. The second one I had purchased, well, I tried for nearly 6 months to get them to refund my money based on their 365 day warranty, but they just continued to put me off and not respond to my emails and phone calls. I ended up having to purchase TempurPedic mattresses and asked those delivery folks to put these DreamCloud mattresses in the dump. Please take my personal experience to heart and do not buy anything from DreamCloud. Their ads and marketing are awesome, but their product is horrible quality.
