Great customer service. They sell a quality product with no pressure sales. They strive for you to take the time you need to make the best purchase for your sleep patterns. Highly recommend. This was our second purchase. First one we purchase after they opened and that’s why we retrieved. Quality mattresses. My wife loves the new one.

We were delightfully surprised by the knowledge and education available regarding RV mattresses; a major and ongoing concern for many RV owners. We purchased in May 2019 and have cautiously reserved judgment. Our fifth wheel went into storage today after 5 months, 7,000+ miles and MANY nights of incredible rest! Were so pleased and twice as grateful! Its already decided; the mattress in our house must go. We highly recommend these great folks to RV owners. Like many others, weve run the gauntlet of cheap fixes, Amazon and bargain quality replacements. The money weve wasted might have paid for the best! Thanks so much Mattress Max. See you soon!

Pushy salesman

After reading some of the reviews on here, I can only conclude that these folks are confused about where they bought their bed. John and Barb with Mattress Max were absolutely fantastic to us. Weve now had about a week on our new mattress and simply could not be happier with the restful sleep we are getting all due to the great customer service we received while shopping for the right bed at Mattress Max. In this day and age, this high level of customer service is almost unheard of. John and Barb spent so much time with us providing great information on the beds they offer and how to go about selecting the right mattress for us. We were made to feel very comfortable in the showroom and encouraged to spend plenty of time on each bed to make sure it was the right one for us. They are both incredibly knowledgeable and kind. We look forward to many years on our new mattress. I highly recommend getting your next bed at Mattress Max!

Local business. Barb helped me when I went in there. She knew what she was talking about and when I eventually do purchase my frame and headboard I plan on going to Matressmax.Additionally I am a big fan of local businesses. I would rather keep my money in the Mid Ohio Valley whenever possible.

I needed queen rails for a new headboard and footboard I had purchased elsewhere, not a store, that hooked in, not bolt ons. I called everywhere in parkersburg, vienna and belpre. No one had them or even the attachment from bolt to hook. Mattressmax was my final call, and hope. I just knew they wouldnt have them. Johns answer was sure, we have both. Which would you like.? John saved the day. Remember, if it doesnt say MAX YOUR NOT IN THE RIGHT STORE. !!

These people know what they are doing. They gave us straightforward answers, and have really high quality mattresses. well be going back again.
