We loved our experience. Rich was very helpful and not pushy. We had been to 3 other places before we stopped here and knew we were not finding what we wanted. It took us an entire 10 minutes to find the mattress we wanted and loved. Rich was very helpful and knowledgable.

Service was great, polite n knowledgeable. Hours were great. Store could have been cleaner. But its not like you are gonna sleep there!

Also other Google reviews and I figured Id pop in. It was the first place I went and the only place I went and I am thankful for that. Remington helped me find what I was looking for and did not try pushing me into buying something I couldnt afford and did not want. When I need another mattress I will be going back to Mattress Firm.
