I was super impressed with the manager at this location. I worked with her on two separate occasions and she was extremely helpful, patient, knowledgeable and honest about each product. She was a pleasure to work with and I am very impressed with Saavy’s products. I am extremely allergic to memory foam so it is very nice to have an in store option right down the road, where I can try things out. The one thing I do wish is that they had a more generous return policy.

Weve had our mattress for three months, and its been night and day from our old mattress to the new one- my back isnt bothering me when I wake up and its a relief to finally get a good nights sleep. The manager and staff were professional, friendly and very informative. Definitely recommend!

Finding the right custom made mattress is a process and takes patience. Ive learned that while shopping at Savvy Rest. But who you work with makes a big difference. The store manager, Maddie, and her assistant Maria were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and understanding.This was the best shopping experience for me. And though I had to take a few trips to the store, it was well worth it. Maddie and her team made sure I leave happy. Getting awesome natural bed, mattress, mattress pads and pillows from awesome people! Whats not to like? Thank you!

Their mattresses are good, their custom work is not. I paid extra because I was told they could do it. They couldnt. After several phone calls, emails, and months, nothing. I had to hire someone else to fix it.

I absolutely love my Savvy Rest mattress! I made the mistake of going somewhere else first for a natural mattress, and ended up having a lot of comfort issues with it. The girls at Savvy Rest in Vienna, Lay Lwin and Michelle, really went above and beyond to help me find the perfect combination of products (each bed is customizable with different types of foam with different levels of firmness, and each side of the bed can be different). After months of searching for a safe and COMFORTABLE mattress, I am finally getting restful sleep thanks to them! Even their delivery driver Tyrone (who was at my apartment several times), was extremely friendly, and always on time. I highly recommend them!
