I recently called AAA to help me with my car, which was having trouble starting. A member of Tidewater Fleet was dispatched to help me. He was so incredibly friendly, helpful, kind and knew what he was talking about. He gave me some great advice about my car, and also got it started again! Great customer service, I was very impressed!

My mechanic delivered to Tidewater Fleet Supply three weeks ago the rear brakes on my 1965 ford f350 to have the shoes relined. They came back wrong the first time. Since then he was told twice they will be ready in two days. Still waiting. I called the Company president yesterday and was told he cannot do anything about. Now I want the shoes back so I can take them to another business to have this done. Tidewater Fleet they have some things but to order something its very hard to order something for your truck they dont seem to have it or and the prices and oil cooling line and it blew my motor when I was on the expressway now I left all their parts I gave back to them with a sheet for the insurance company to give me back $6,000 and I hope it all goes through
