Amazing service, staff and work done. I have an older Tacoma and Escape with a lot of miles on both so I always have things falling apart on them. RG helped out tremendously with both. I absolutely love the repair shop. Raymond is so honest. He is trustworthy and I am comfortable with his professionalism. He doesnt do things to my car to make money. He takes the time to explain things and research the problems.

As testament to the great service they provide, I submit this: I bought as used 1996 Nissan Quest in 2001. Had it serviced at RJ and got rid of it in 2012. Bought a brand new 2006 Nissan Armada Aug 06, and Im still driving it from Norfolk VA to Brooklyn NY for work. It has over 265,000 miles on the original drivetrain. And I just bought a new 2020 Nissan Armada in Jan and got my 1st oil change at RJ Auto.

Does great work but busy as heck. Nice friendly people Prices are very reasonable cheaper when you provide your parts.

So I want to give a raving review about this place I took my 2012 range rover and they communicated with me very well they took care of the problems that I needed fixed on the range rover without any issues I would recommend this place to anybody the staff is very friendly the secretaries are very communicative and willing to help you out. I will give this place a five star and recommend it to anybody please use them they are very busy so no you have to make an appointment but that’s a good thing because that means they do good work.

I dont let anyone touch my vehicle except RG auto. I have known Raymond for years and he has never steered me wrong.

Recently broke down in Virginia Beach while traveling from Florida to NY. While it certainly would be easy to take advantage of someone who is from out of town and stranded, RG auto did not do that. They worked quickly and efficiently, Amber in the office was awesome and kept me informed, and we were back on the road within 2 days. This family-owned business its very friendly and honest.. I come here every year for my state inspection on my BMW and never have any problems..Whereas you go somewhere else theyre telling you one or two light bulbs are out when you know theyre werent..

They are some great people,they get the jib done....n yes sime times u got to wait a day or two but they fix ur problem and you dont have to worry about it no more because you can trust that they fixed it mr. Raymond keep up the good work.......

They do good work for cheap I guess, but god forbid you need your vehicle back in a timely manner. They say 2 hours, plan on 4. They say 1 day, plan on 4. They say a week, plan on 3. Literally real experiences I’ve had with this place.

Took my daughters car here for Headlights and they did such a great job I took my wifes car and my car there for repair, look,car repair is exspensive anywhere you go but RG really works with you and your budget when possible, I have nothing but good things to say about this place,the receptionist/cashier is amazing and kind, I highly suggest this spot for your car repairs!💯

My experience with this place of business was not a very good one. Upon dropping my vehicle off I was never contacted on any occasion as far as a quote, what repairs needed to be done or anything. In order for me to find out what was going on I had to call or go up there myself. I told the owner to take his time because I had another vehicle to drive, but I didnt think it would be 90 days. Every 2 weeks or so I would call or go there to find out what was going on & I would get the weve been really busy or were waiting on a part treatment. It appears that I was given the run around the entire time. Two days after I towed my vehicle from their place of business my vehicle is fixed and what needed to be replaced was completely different from what RG Auto told me. Hopefully your experience will be better than mine.

I go here only because of my sister in law I guess there okay, Ive only gotten my oil change here. The only thing I dont like is you cant tell if they changed it because they dont reset the dashboard meters, whatever you call that thing. Lol

I brought my car to him fairly simple Fix he didnt fix it right I complain to him said to bring it back and will fix it. another chance? hell no you get one chance thats it youre done brought it back to my former mechanic in charge it a little bit more but hey I dont have to worry about him screwing up ever again like RG Automotive. Never again you get one chance to fix it and you blew it

Good, honest, hard working mechanics. Very knowledgeable about foreign and exotic cars, if you have a foreign car, this is next best thing to dealer, in fact I found RG Auto through a friend of mine that was used cars and high-end used cars and they took their cars to this guy to get them checked out before they bought them and Ive been bringing my car here for a couple years and theyve always been very honest and very straightforward and very good with their pricing...

They do really good work. Ive taken my car there twice and they get right down to fixing whats wrong. They are even flexible on there hours of operation so you can pick your car up when their done.

R G repair was recommended to me by friend who had been using this location for years. I had been quoted close to $2000.00 by the dealership to repair my A/C compressor for parts and labor. I took my vehicle to RG to have evaluated. The quote I got was right about half of the dealership. I have been pleased with the work, the customer service, the price, and timeliness. I would recommend RG to anyone who is in need for a great mechanic and shop where the people actually care about doing right by the customers they have made over the years.Keep up the great work.

I would never do business at this low life of shop. I paid him over 3,000 and my car still messed up and he refused to even give me my money back. He messed it up to the point I had to buy a new car. Please don’t go to this man if you can help it. He then told me he could fix what was wrong for a extra 500.

They took too long to check my car. I was there from 9 to 1:45.and i did make my appointment.But what i like is that they are honest about their job. And thats something you dont find very often in a mechanic shop. Thats why i recommend this business to any one. Just be patient and go with the flow.

They tried getting over $1,000 out of me for work that didnt need to be done telling me I wouldnt be able to pass inspection without it.. Im so glad I took it somewhere else for a second opinion. I wouldnt have gone there to begin with if my warranty company didnt use them.

Had my car for 13 weeks and still couldn’t figure out the issue nor did they fix it. Never return my calls, I had to call EVERYWEEK and ask for a update. I gave them my car after thanksgiving and I JUST GOT IT BACK IN THE SAME WAY I GAVE IT TO THEM!!!

Very poor craftsmanship was employed to my vehicle... A lost parts did not get replaced and or wrong parts were installed also parts that were left loose or improperly installed too... OH! my A/C is out...! Nuff said...!! They lost my business...!!! I do not recommend R&G to anyone who does not know enough about what vehicle he/she drives... And they did come highly recommended by word of mouth but the facts speak volumes of their attention to detail... its about the money with R&G... SMH!
