I got a 2014 Ford fusion from them august 4th 2021 they had other problem with it like a tire with a cut in it and the windshield had a chip that started getting bigger.They fixed that but when that 30 day ran out they wouldnt take my calls.This car cuts off on you no matter where you are.its been in the shop 4 times and I only had it a 4 months.DONT GET ANYTHING FROM THEM.They selling lemons like they own a fruit 🍓🍑🍓🍑 stand

Yes. I brought my mercedes convertible in to diagnose issue with convertible top not operating. Was told would cost$100 to diagnose,then was told would cost$400!!! I gave them the go.....Yes I am aware and agree due to water leak,would need completely R&R,estimate;$ 3700.00! My issue is that before bringing car in,my trunk lever as well button on fob operated trunk. After pick it up and discovered the issue, contacted them only to be told same ; water issues....BS!!!! Its very disappointing that such of minor costly incident by the mechanic,was denied . Another words basically calling me a must!!!! I have no reason to lie over an simple issue.So I would not recommend them.i owned a Auto used car dealer for many years....My experience was like being pushed to buy a car,another words increasing cost of diagnose as well being lied to.

I got a 2011 chevy equinox back in june of 2019 it was the car i wanted i had done research on it but i was not aware that it had a oil consumption issue and that gmc had just settled a class action lawsuit in dealing with this mechanical issue. It was my first time buying a car from a dealership and i was pleased with the service and how they treated me until i started to have issues. First thing was my car didnt have an antenna and which they were reluctant to fix but the guy just took an antenna of another vehicle of the same model. Within 4 months of having the vehicle it broke down while i was riding with my daughter in the middle of the road. Luckily i had a warranty on it and it was replaced within 2 months i didnt have to contact them but obviously it was a preexisting condition i didnt know about. Within a year of having the engine replaced the car broke down again and needs another engine but at this point the warranty has ran out. I contacted the dealership just to see if there was anything they could possibly help me with because this is my everyday driver and i have children and they wouldnt call me back. I went to the dealership and the guy pretty much told me he couldnt help me at all so now im stuck with paying for a car that doesnt run and needs a new engine and the problem was preexisting its sad that ppl will take advantage od others for a dollar and not give a damn.

Purchased an 06 Acura RSX in late September. Andrew is a cool, knowledgeable salesman who made sure to follow up after the sale! Nabil is incredibly professional with a great sense of humor.You must have patience as it can take 30 days or more for the plates to arrive from their contact. Be prepared to return multiple times. However, many of their beautiful cars are worth it. As with any dealer, dont be afraid to ask for a CARFAX.

So I had got approved for the white 2016 Dodge Charger SE and once I told the bank that the car had ticking so I wanted it fixed and once I told the bank that the guy Mohammad was mad and then all of a sudden he said the bank said my hours was not right but I gave all my paystubs and so he basically had them canceled my contract and took the car back so I would not buy a car from these people ever again so once I said something about the ticking too the bank is when the problems came in

Brought my son a 2010 Hyundai Sonata for my son. The worst issues after the sale. Mechanical issues, after mechanical issues. Before purchase, please take the vehicle to your mechanic not to the mechanic of their choice to get a proper diagnostic which list all issues that may need repair. They lied about one owner, come to find out more than one owner and car was in an accident. Don’t let them convince you otherwise. Costly experience ever. Beware. Cars look well kept from outside... please take it to your own mechanic. They sell lies and not reliable cars.. will not buy ever from them again.

I was very pleased with every aspect of the car buying experience at this dealership. The prompt response from Sandra, the morning I was on my way to take a look at the car I had seen on Facebook marketplace was wonderful. She was friendly and let me know when she would be at the office after test driving the car I found a small issue and it was repaired by the following day and I was able to pick up the car after meeting with Fred and signing the necessary paperwork. They’re all doing a great job at auto house.

I was in the market for a work car, saw an add on Facebook for a car that looked perfect for what I needed, went to the dealership, at first was surprised, there were cars everywhere. But the man knew who I was, and had the car ready with car fax in hand. You get what your paying for, no tricks, the car fax was in hand! Fast turn around on deal. Would shop there again.

Worst used car I have ever purchased. I bought a 2006 BMW 750Li. Very nice and clean interior & exterior with a few minor malfunctions but nothing major. Auto House was suppose to fix the radio. They told me they had to send it off. It’s been 8 weeks going on 9 and all I keep getting is I gotta find out where the mechanic is because he’s not at the shop. Not to mention that I have yet to receive my tags. Had to go back and get another temp tag because they have yet to process paperwork. TO TOP IT OFF THE CAR HAS A BAD ENGINE WITH OIL LEAKS AND LEAKING ENGINE COOLANT. TOOK IT TO BMW FOR A DIAGNOSIS AND IT CAME BACK AS A $15,000 repair. Engine needs new valve seal stems, gasket covers, new expansion tank for engine coolant and front control arms are cracked. Once I get my tags I will never send myself or anyone I know that way.

Not a bad place to get a car. The Finance Manager I believe his name was Dee, was good he just needs help as far as an assistant so that when he has customers in front of him he can give them their undivided attention.

Do not buy from this shop. My car had had many issues since I bought it, costing nearly 2,000 dollars, in addition to the 4,000 the car cost (which by the way was over the actual value of the car, which was my fault for not looking up). They also tried to scam me by not using their dealer fee to pay for the DMV paperwork, essentially having me pay their fee twice until I angrily got that taken care of. They broke pieces off the car in front of me, and looking deeper into the car I can see many hack jobs like superglued parts and cheap replacements that dont fit right.Do. Not. Go. Here.

I cant speak for know one else, but experience was phenomenal with these guys. Victor took care of everything I ask for before my purchase. He had all the little things repaired and did a quick paint job on the bumper as well these were awesome.

Boy oh boy do I wish I could give negative stars. Bought a car last April 2018. within the first month had to replace a starter. gas gauge broke within first 6 months. Car was a total pos. After my 4th break down in a year and over 2400$ in mechanic work I find myself with faulty wiring and my second alternator in the past 2 weeks. please dont waste your time with this place. They buy used cars at auction and put the bare minimum into fixing it. So Im sure Im going to have to put another 500$+ just to get the car working. After this week Ill have put exactly half of what the car originally cost. All within a year.

Bought a car there and it had the low tire pressure light on. I didnt think much of it I figured I would just have them put air in it before I left. We got the paperwork going and the sales man stalled on getting air in the tire. Then it came to the end of the deal and he gave some story about the guys turning the air compressor off for the day. So I left, come to find out the light was indicating a problem with the indication system. Then it took forever to get my perminat tags and they owed me a sun visor for the passenger side. They told me I could pick up the visor when I came to get my tags. The tags came in then I went there and they did not have my part ready. It was in their storage for which only one guy had the key and of course he was not there. So I had to go back again the next week for my part. They did give me some gas money.

Bought a car that stopped working immediately. Was in contact with Fred, Shirzad and Sandra MULTIPLE times took over 8 months for a title and still nothing . Was passed off to their mechanic. I have been more than patient and car still doesn’t run. Was promised they would tow it and get it fixed still nothing. Looks like this is going to turn in to a legal thing and I am going to have to go after their assurity bond.They’re great sweet talkers and will smooth you over but will never come through.Also. Half of the reviews are completely fake and done by their friends. The owner himself rated his own company 5 stars. This is a joke.

What they did fix, they fixed by taking out of another car on the lot and telling me it was brand new. Its been over 6 weeks now and I still havent received my tags and I called them over and over again about the temp tag expiring and I finally got a tag extension over a week after the first tags expired!!Seriously stay far far away!!

Bought my car in September 2017, paid in cash. Tried to register at DMV but the title that was given to me was incorrect as they had failed to transfer the title correctly from the previous ownership. The owner apologized, I gave him the title, was promised it would be fixed by the end of that week. Didn’t happen. Was given another set of temp tags and registration while they corrected the problem. Multiple phone calls, promises to call back. Was left a voicemail several months later saying they had title. I showed up and again they didn’t have it or couldn’t get ahold of the person who had left me the voicemail. I was given another set of temp tags and registration. I would then return again only to be given the same story and another set of temporary tags and registration, 5 sets in total. As of today, still no title. Worst car buying experience EVER.

Every time we called we got a run around story about the dmv and tags are on the way that they would call us when they were available. The supervisor has a very nasty attitude when you question about anything. I asked to speak or to have contact with someone other than her and she wouldnt give me any information. Okay so heres the rundown of my dealings with autohouse so far. I saw a Facebook ad for the car I wanted, and I came to check it out. I dealt with Jim who seemed extremely nice and very helpful. I test drive the car, and asked the usual questions and decided I liked the car but went home to sleep on the decision for a few nights. Jim stayed in contact via text the whole time. After convincing myself I wanted the car, I went back to buy it. The whole process seemed very easy and jim had all the paperwork ready for me when I arrived. He also allowed me to choose my warranty length and helped me through that process as well. I took the car home and no more than a week later, the check engine light popped on. I took it to a certified mechanic, where I was then informed that the new inspection stickers on the car should NOT have been given out seeing that the master cylinder needed to be replaced on the car and the car was deemed unsafe and undrivable by the mechanic until it was fixed. I attempted to go through the warranty I purchased through autohouse to pay for the fixes but I was told that it was considered a preexisting condition by the warranty company. Something that was NOT disclosed to me when I asked about the state of the car during purchasing. This dealership basically completely screwed me over and now Im stuck footing the bill for something that should have been disclosed to me. Do NOT buy a car from this place unless you want to get ripped off.
