As a woman its important to feel that you are in the best hands possible when dealing with men for the most part when you take the car in for service. I dont ever comment or leave remarks ever but the guy you have working here is very unprofessional and I wanted other women to know about him, I clearly have a ring on my finger but the man made it clear that did not matter to him and asked me out to dinner, while my two kids were in the van. All I wanted to do was get my state inspection done for the year I had a couple things happening with the car, I asked him to fix his face covering so it covered his entire face and he made a comment saying he wouldnt wear it at all if his job didnt make him because masks and beards dont go well together, when I called and set up the appointment I was told his name was Tyler Williams, this man should not have a job. I felt uncomfortable and loaded my kids back into the van and went to another service center.
Very friendly people, very clean, good safety precautions, nice vehicles, great management, good atmosphere to work in. Follows CDC guidelines for Covid 19. Knowledgeable and helpful salespeople.
Bought a car, the day I was here it was great. Coming back to get my car detailed as promised or finding the car salesman, not so great. He forgot he made an appt with me. Had to make multiple 10 mile trips. So, lost a star.
The concern for their customers has diminished greatly since changing to a GMC Dealership.
Been using the service department since Perry closed its doors. Very nice service personnel and honored all the Perry new car parks even for my 10 year old Pontiac.
Southern Auto Group I am deeply saddened today by your Southern Hospitality or in todays case lack there of. I took my vehicle in to have a safety issue addressed. This is the same issue from 3 weeks ago that is now getting worse. My vehicle is not yet a year old that I purchased from you. After being told there was nothing they would do and its normal operations I asked to speak with the service manager. I was then told I will ask but I dont think he will come out here. 15 minutes later the service manager comes over and that is when the real issues started. It was clear from the start he was going to blow me off. After refusing to see video evidence of the issue I took today and becoming rude with me I asked to speak with his boss. He told me fine but he isnt here and you have to move your car. I told him no not until this was resolved and then he threatened to tow my car. It is truly sad that a safety issue will not be addressed. Fiat Chrysler Automobiles
I highly recommend going to Southern if your looking to purchase a car or trade in your car. Sterrick assisted me throughout this process and I will be a forever customer of his! I really didnt know anything about this process other than the fact I knew that I needed a vehicle and I couldnt spend a whole lot of money. He made me feel very comfortable and I knew I was in good hands! He was very patient with me the entire time and I felt he really understood what my needs and wants were, then delivered. Professional, knowledgeable, patient, and great customer service! Two thumbs up!!

I made an appointment to get my brakes done and I was told when I got there you might not need them let me do the state inspection went along with that they came back out and said you need to get your airbag light check so Im thinking because that probably failed it I go ahead and pay to get that done so I can pass the state inspection I was told its take a couple hours so I left and then I got a phone call said it was I really bad steering wheel leak and I said well thats funny when I drove there l didnt have any issues has nothing to do with the state inspection but I walked out of there paying $1,500 I also went back and talk to the manager which is Steve which is the GM and told him I feel like they are taking advantage of me because I was told one thing so that I can pass my inspection and then I get a phone call back just to pay $1,500 and Steve answer was oh well your car getting old I said but I keep my routine maintenance since 2006 is when I bought the vehicle and Ive been paying every since I own that vehicle so whats the point of getting routine maintenance and get everything they still constantly paying money money money each time you come there I think they are dishonest people I have been kicked in the back because I do not have a mechanic of my own so I have no choice but to go to the dealership because when you go all over you dont know what youre going to get so I thought it was best to trust the dealership but I found out that I paying for two new cars instead of one Kia I would never buy another car from kia because you rip people off when its time to get routine maintenance on your vehicle you dishonest

This is the Virginia Beach Kia location. I went in for a used car they had. They quoted me a price from the internet, I had school that night so he made up the paperwork and I went in the next day just to sign and then drive away. 10-15 min max. I get there, they raised the online price $3,000+ from 12,888 to 16,788. So now it reflects a larger sale price at 13,988. I said you just shown me 12,888 and he said no. I even have the screen shot to prove it and he said if you want to by that car for that price go somewhere else. I told him the one in Greenbrier has it for that price and the finance guy told me to go there to buy my car. My sales man Brian was nice up to the time I pointed out the price jumped. I requested the price he quoted me and when he came back from the finance manager hes attitude changed. Nasty and I got up and walk directly to the man your not supposed to talk to the finance manager. They all were nasty and Ill tell everyone about my experience! Crooked car salesman! Southern auto group look out for Virginia Beach branch they are running your name into the ground and all through the mud.
