This little gem of a coffee shop is in the corner of a shopping center that you would need know existed there. I spent a whole week here while my son attended camp next door at the Jiu Jitsu gym.This gave me all the traditional, neighborhood coffee shop vibes. I was greeted upon entering. From there the customer service stayed consistently high though my experience. I would come here just for the sweet and awesome service.They can make just about any coffee you want. They even serve pastries and bagel or croissant breakfast sandwiches.I was able to grab a table and work off their free WiFi while eating and sipping on my coffee.I really enjoyed my experience. I gave them a 4 star because I tried a variety of vanilla latte. From cold and hot, almond milk and oat milk, extra vanilla and regular amounts and I just dont think the ever had JT tasting very good. Although my friend and her husband loved their French press or their lattes. I still recommend everyone locally to check them out.

First thing upon walking into Lucky Cup I was greeted by the very friendly and helpful Danny. They assisted us in finding the perfect coffee and was a delight during the entire experience. Our drinks were excellent and exactly what we wanted. Danny’s upbeat and charming presence made the experience even better. Thanks so much!

Now this is what a coffee shop is all about. QUIET soft music, plenty of seating, and BOOKS! Everywhere you look! Love it! Games as well! Just needs some REALLY comfy seating, BIG soft chairs lol. I ordered a foaming decaf cappuccino and it was delish! Great service! Thank you for the coffee house vibes I was looking for!

Great service! Really good CBD infused coffee and Danish. Not a huge fan of the cocoa but the coffee is bomb. Highly recommend trying. The directions on Google are still a bit messed up but once you find it its a super cool cafe.

This is a great coffee shop tucked into the corner slot of the Chimney Hill shopping center. The prices are GREAT and so are the service and the selection. I had a tasty chai latte, and my wife had a chocolate-hazelnut latte. Both were delicious. This is a small business that sources is coffee beans only from Virginia roasters. The two servers were very friendly and quick. The decor supports the vibe of the service: friendly, welcoming, and supportive of the community. This is our new coffee shop stop when visiting family here.

Very friendly barista and cute cafe, however, my coffee was the weakest coffee I’ve ever had. I got a latte, but it was basically milk and syrup. Maybe a pinch of actual espresso. Don’t recommend if you like stronger lattes.

Such a great place, clean, relaxing, friendly staff, free wifi and coloring pages for kids and a lending library for adults. What more could you ask for from a small locally owned coffee shop? I am adding this to my favs list.

I literally come here everyday with the same order. Iced matcha with oat milk and a little bit of sweetner (agave). The absolute best matcha drink Ive had thus far, I no longer go to Starbucks for their matcha. Sammy and Danny are the most entertaining and sweetest staff. They also make my drink the best. Definitely stop by to this location and try their various selections 😊

Lucky cup is the ONLY place I will come for coffee anymore. ‘Natalie’ is the best barista in the world! I wish I had known about, and visited, this joint sooner. They offer a wide variety of flavors and combinations to choose from, to include CBD products! Their baked goods are divine, and they have so much to do while you’re there! They have things for the kids to do, Keno, board games and a 100% donated library! If you have been looking for a better place to get coffee, or simply considering visiting this absolute gem of a café, I urge you to make the trip! You will NOT be disappointed!!

This coffee shop is cozy with a chill atmosphere. I received such friendly service from the barista, and my iced latte tasted exceptional. The pastries looked really good too. Looking forward to returning and trying more flavors off the menu.

The Lucky Cup on Holland Rd is way better than at Diamond Springs in Va. Beach! The barrister is the bomb; hell suggest latte combinations and do whatever you want. Just from talking to him, you want to stay and get dessert! And you can play the lottery; thats a win-win!😁

I started getting into coffee as a hobby so I called to see if they were able to give me smaller amounts of each type of bean because I wanted to try different types of coffee without the grounds expiring combined with waiting a while to remember if I could taste the difference between the different roasts. They were able to do just that and I got 6 different roasts to use my Brikka with. Theyre able to grind coffee to any ground size that you want. Samantha was super helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to converse with! Go in and give your local shop a visit!

My 1st time going in here and all iv got to say is wowI do like it and the drink and food is very good i got a butterscotch frap and a plain bagel with cream cheese and avocado and a caramel macchiato coffee and a everything bagel with egg gouda cheese and bacon on it for my niece..and the manager was very nice and out going..

Omg. Amazing, amazing, amazing!! Everything from customer service to the tea is wonderful! Maddie is awesome and always welcoming when we come. The coffee and tea is amazing. I’ve had the chai tea, flavored latte, French press, egg bites (you HAVE to have them) and bagels. I have no complaints. A lovely intimate coffee shop. And better prices than Starbucks. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Can’t wait to come back!

The barista Sammie was super sweet and the coffee was decent. It wasn’t her fault though. It was the type of syrups and flavorings that produced a “decent”, but not top notch white mocha.

Actually, I may not be qualified to review the Lucky Cup Coffee Shop as Im not an active coffee drinker. Be that as it may, starting to change my habits as I just started working a third shift- I was looking for a boost after getting off. I appreciate the quaint non-chain feel of the store. Theres chalk artwork on the walls, a small room with a hodgepodge of books on various subjects, and other interesting things about. Of course theres a television. If your are into Virginia Lottery games, there is a machine to swallow your cash- thats how I feel until I win. Danishes, bagels, and other small pastries are available. Its assumed you want them toasted-I did not have to ask on my first visit. The barista Sam, she is friendly and knowledgeable enough that I can ask her for suggestions. Hey, make something with a gingerbread flavor. So, I will return to idulge in the other coffee varieties...have not had anything with CBD in it....hope it makes my tongue numb.

Took my instacart tip away bc she wasnt happy with the milk carton sizes I got for her. They scanned in the app and were the right almond and oat milks. She cussed about it in front of her customers. I wouldnt go to a place where the staff cusses in from of customers and where they believe in removing tips after delivery.
