This was hands down the best cell repair shop Ive been to. In the past, Ive had condescending, better-than-you customer service reps, but the crew here was genuine, and easy to make conversation with. The repair was superior as well, as some sort of issue generally arose post-repair at other shops. I hope all UBIF locations are as cool as this one. I would definitely recommend it.

I have Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G. I have it almost a year but screen turn black no pic. they end up replace new screen and some device. I have warranty. it took 4-5 hours its worth it. definitely know where to go need replace or repair

This was a quick fix with Verizon and Asurion. I dropped my phone off and was given an approximate time to pick it up and when I picked it up, it was ready. Perfect service since the screen had to be replaced because the ear speaker was going out. I also enjoyed his sense of humor, or the associate that helped me.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Tech couldnt fix my screen and ended up messing it all up. Now Im told to be happy to receive a new phone for the price of a screen repair deductible... Ive lost all my recordings and photos that were saved in different apps.. :(

Making an appointment was quick and easy - I was able to bring my iphone 7+ in for a new screen within an hour of calling and it was finished in under an hour (there were other repairs ahead of mine). Their mobile service is also amazing, but same day service wasnt available at the time. Staff both in-store and mobile are friendly and professional.

The guys are really professional and I trust them with my broken electronics. They seem confident in their ability to fix the issue(s) the phone, tablet, etc. may be having and they get it done right. The service rep was great about contacting us to notify us he was on his way. He informed us of the added services included with a crack screen repair. What a nice surprise to get more for our already reasonable $29 fee. He took 20-25 minutes in his van to complete the repair. 100% Satisfied Customer!! Highly recommend!!

The front glass screen on my iPhone is just pitch black and I just had it replaced in April by them. So technically it’s under the repair warranty that they give u on the replacement. His appt was from 7am-9am and he shows up at 9:40 not to mention he had a million excuses as to why he can’t fix it and won’t. The back camera lens had a chip but the screens themselves(front and. Back) were intact, not shattered or broken at all. Still he wouldn’t even attempt to fix it. Waste of my time I took time off to fix it.

Honestly my phone is working perfectly fine but when I try to charge my phone it doesnt work half the time anymore. I got a lot fixed on it but the charging at night is not the same as a new one some times it charges and some times it doesnt! But that was in the agreement.

The start of our vacation started with my wife breaking her phone. She was on her half day of work and set to leave right after to relax. Ive had to take 2 phones already and both times have been a good experience with customer service and quality. The wait time is about 2 hours and i live an hour way so we had to keep busy but we did find out they have a van that goes to you so thats great too!

I went in for a cracked screen for a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. The quote was $150 cheaper than what others have told me, and they used an original Samsung screen. He told me it would be 2.5 hours and sure enough, he was true to his word, even installed a new battery. I paid $385 out the door with a screen protector included ($30)

They were willing to look into fixing my daughters hoverboard even though that was not something they normal did. They charged zero for diagnostics and were very honest with repair/replacement options. I know they spent a fair amount of time but did not end up charging me a dime. I would go to them again anytime. They will let you know up front before any charges what repair will cost after diagnosing the issue for free.
