I have left two voice messages and still have not heard from anyone regarding my request for an appointment or acceptance of my insurance. I gave my telephone number; however, I disappointingly still have not heard from anyone. Returning a telephone call only takes a few minutes, which helps to build a relationship between owner and customer. This is not the customer service that I give or want, so I took my business elsewhere.
