Called ahead and asked if they could do a muffler and resonator delete on my Dodge Challenger 2010, they said just come on in. They got it done in less than 45 minutes. The people are friendly. Got what I wanted. Great place!

WARNING! BUYER BEWARE! Dig into the reviews & see a lot of specific grievances on both pricing & workmanship. Inconsistent, gouging, etc. Good vehicle labor is expensive & with it, but they cross way over the line. $180/hr for a job they whip out in 15 min doesn’t bother me. It’s the jacking a part price up 5x that’s unethical. Check Yelp too for specifics on performance & other pricing shenanigans.

The prices are high, but this is Hawaii. Its expensive here, period. These guys are helpful and wasted no time getting my catalytic converter replaced. Even pointed out and repaired other problems with the piping. Quality work and excellent service!

I own two businesses in kapolei. One is an auto body shop and an auto sales business. I have used Exhaust systems Hawaii on several occasions. I sent one of my drivers over their with one of my customer’s vehicles after calling ahead and explaining the issue over the phone. The person over the phone said it could be something they can handle while my driver waits in their lobby for it. I say great! And about 30 minutes later I send my driver over from kapolei to Waipahu. My driver calls me back and tells me they won’t be able to do it today and so I ask to speak to whoever told him that. The guy was extremely unprofessional to say the least. I was trying to figure out when they can repair the exhaust on the vehicle so that way I can send another driver to pick up the driver that I sent with the car (annoying, but it happens), as I’m trying to figure out when they can repair the car with the guy over the phone he cops an attitude and tells me he’s unsure when he can get to it and says maybe the next day. As I’m trying to figure out if I should send someone to pickup my driver he gets impatient and tells me “so are you going to leave the car or are you just going to complain about it” I immediately lose my cool with the guy and begin cuss him out. I never not once was out of line before then I was just trying to figure out a time frame for the vehicle. We were on the phone maybe 1.5 minutes and he says that to me. I couldn’t believe anyone would have someone like that work in their business. My driver told me that he was a chubby guy with a hat. I feel bad for the owner and if the owner contacts me and smooths this out I’d be happy to delete this bad review because I don’t believe one bad employee reflects an entire business. Horrible horrible customer service.

Quick, professional and reasonable exhaust work. Allowed me to walk in and get welding done on my exhaust system. Their techs were delicate with my vehicle as well and it sounds better than ever.

Ive been to a few shops trying to get a custom install and no other shop would even take the time to look at my car. I came to exhaust system Hawaii and they put my car on the rack and built exactly what I wanted, took about 45 mins and I was good to go. great price and even greater customer service!

Bad bad Experience! Go somewhere else. Apparently they are not concerned about their quality of work but more concerned about making money. They welded pipes for me that look like rejected training welds and argued that I gave them incompatible pipes?!?! They are supposed to be welders but have no quality standards! Their weld beads looked liked scrambled eggs! They accepted parts, said nothing and welded anyway even knowing that it would not look right! Please take your buisiness elsewhere.

Did my exhaust system there a few years ago. Everyone was very professional and knowledgable. I was lucky to get a walk-in appointment and my trucks new exhaust was finished and perfect for the road in a few hours. I would recommend this place to others.

I explained to the person I spoke to on the phone exactly what I wanted done with my exhaust and he told me to come on down so we could talk price/availability. Once I got to the store, I was told by the same person that they didnt really have anything in stock and that they couldnt really do anything for me. He then tried to sell me a catback that he found online instead. Definitely check out Rads Motorsports a block away if youre looking to actually get a custom exhaust.

I had an exhaust leak and did not pass the state inspection. I took my car into Exhaust Systems Hawaii to fix it. They got me in and out in an hour without an appointment. Very friendly and did not try to sell me anything more that the fixing the part of my exhaust that was leaking. I would totally recommend this shop to anyone.
