Best service EVER!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My phone was stuck in a boot loop. I thought I had lost at least 6 months worth of my daughters newborn photos. Between Garrett and Adam, I got ALL of them back. Adam fixed my issues with no troubles at all. He provided amazing customer service and explained what was wrong with my phone not once, but THREE times. (I ask a ton of questions.). He was extremely patient and professional. Also, the prices were great! Apple certified... NOT some random person who can only change out a piece of glass. These gentlemen went above and beyond. It’s rare these days for a company to make you feel like their top and only priority, but they did just that for me!!! I won’t go anywhere else in the future... not even Verizon.

Called ahead to see if they had the correct glass for the phone. They did! Arrived and received a very warm welcome. Turned in the phone and was told it would be ready in 45 minutes. Ran an errand and came back at the 45 minute mark, the phone was already ready. Super nice young lady at the counter, she was very efficient with my payment. Phone turned out great with the new glass installed.

Gave them my computer to fix a screen that had cracked and it turned into a hard drive issue. It’s been over 5 months since turning it in and I still don’t have my laptop back. No communication unless I reach out and call. The employee I worked with was great but the owner/manager was not.

I went about 3-4 weeks ago to get the front/back screen fixed. The first day I went the young lady(long hair, not sure of her name) that was working was so nice and had great customer service. I ended up having to go back the next day because my home button would not work anymore and the technician and I think owner tried to make it work. They were very nice as well. And by working in Law enforcement I needed my phone so they put the Home Assist on. However, the next day another young lady (short hair in a bob hairstyle) was working. I came in and told her I had to bring my phone back because it wasn’t fixed properly yesterday. She said ‘so this a warranty replacement”I told her “no, it wasn’t fixed properly yesterday and I was told to bring it back because of the home button not working”..She told me it wasn’t a guarantee it was going to work after they fixed it. I told her the young lady yesterday didn’t tell me that and if she did I would have had the option to continue with them or I would have had the option to use Asurion which will guarantee me a phone in perfect working condition..She look at me and just humped her shoulders very nonchalant about it and said I wasn’t working yesterday and b4 things escalated the technician came out and told me he will try to fix it and explain to her he told me to bring my phone back and for me to give him a hour. I gave him 3. When I went back it was working, the technician apologized for the inconvenience. She then said she was sorry the young lady the day before didn’t tell me everything. Now my home button glitches. It works on its own, I can be on a app and the home buttons starts closing everything out.

Love the gal that works at the front desk, she was beyond kind and kept good conversation. As far as repairs go I took my boyfriends Xbox 1s to this location for a diagnosis, got it repaired and $100+ it wouldnt run longer than 12 minutes but with a quick phone call and trip back to iKRACK it was re-diagnosed and fixed within a day free of charge. People make mistakes and the team at this establishment was very helpful and I will be bringing my devices here from here on out.

Ok this saga started because I found my phone at the bottom of my pool while I was swimming. It had a cracked screen (from damage way before this that I never bothered to fix because I didnt think it was a huge deal) and I have no idea how long my phone was just chilling at the bottom of the pool. I freak out, pull the phone up and it works!!! Omg yay Samsung note 10!! Well later that night the screen finally succumbs to the crack which probably let water inside and the screen was done. I was like ok perfect my phone is very old but it is a Samsung so of course it is still amazing and the best phone Ive ever had. Ill just replace it with the new note. Well THE CHIP SHORTAGE doesnt make life easy and the phone I want was not available. So I beg ikrack to help me. And they delivered. They replaced my screen and it turned out the phone had cracks all over (once I took it out of the case I saw cracks all over the back and front. If I would have just let ikrack fix those back in the day my phone would have probably survived the underwater adventure it took). They fixed it and it is amazing!!

I had a Motorola Z3, and have invested a fare amount of cash in the accessories (Mods, speakers,projector, camera ETC...) So when my charging port started act up I wanted to get it fixed rather than upgrade the screen also had a small Crack. They quoted a fare price to fix it. Long story short after several attempts the charging port never worked outside the store. I decided to upgrade to a Samsung note 20 (THEY HAD NOT GIVEN UP ON MY MOTOROLA) they offered me a partial refund in the form of store credit which I thought was extremely fair. Although my phone was not repaired (it was OLD and had a good life) I would not hesitate for a second to utilize iKrack again they were courteous, professional and fair.

They have had my advice for 3 weeks now and no one called to notify updated me I have to call them and they stated they were still looking for the screen but when they found the screen they did give me a call and let me know and they said my device should be ready by June 18th and I turned it in late May 30th so its a long process

So this the Very first time I’ve ever been did like this. 1st of all when I called them I asked specifically Hey I have a red iPhone XR in needing the Back and the front fixed they proceed to tell me sure we can fix that. I then asked okay how long would it take because I explained I’m here only for work and not from here. They say okay cool it will be 2-3 hours because labor on back takes so long. I say okay cool so 2 hours go by I’m just curious to see how far they have gotten so I go stop by the store don’t you know they couldn’t give me a time that my phone could be finished only thing they said was well they said it will be done by the end of the day not to remind you I’m not from here and was told 2-3 hours because if I knew it would be longer I would have went and took my business to another location. But... that’s not the bad part they wait good until the end of the day to say Hey I’m sorry I don’t have a red Back for your phone anymore would you want a BLACK OR ANOTHER COLOR BACK ON MY PHONE. So in other words I was lied to about having my screen and back in stock and on top of that they make phone calls to try and find me a back after I told them no I will not want a phone with the wrong color back so they say okay they make more calls to more locations come to find out the finds a back KEYWORD “FINDS” and it be a solid red back look like it came from a android device it don’t have no apple logo on the phone so now the phone I brought to get fixed since it was bought for a gift everybody criticizing the gift like it’s a clone Iphone because it don’t have the apple logo that suppose to be on The back. I just would like my phone put back together with all my old parts and give my refund I would like to take it to a better place that’s truthful with customers that’s spending all this money on broken promises

Took 5 hrs for my phone to get fix, I stay 45 mins away. Every time I called up there they told me to wait a hr! I’ll just do it myself! Just trying to help out the business. Not happy at all! And I’m typing this as we speak I’m here now. Guy kept making excuses on why he couldn’t get my phone right! Gave me the wrong screen comes to find out! Hello, I took my Xr to iKrack. They charged me $45 just to look at the phone. Then proceeds to say they cant fix it but can send it off & thats an extra $15 . I politely declined then they offered me $50 for the phone. I declined that too. So i took my phone to CPR they fixed my phone in less than 30 minutes and it was only $20. So why did you lie iKRACK ? 😕

BOY, do I have a review for you.I brought my phone in on January 26th (yes, a month ago) for a cracked screen and to get my charging port fixed. I had full faith they could fix it, which they did, right before they caused even further damage. This is where the story gets exciting. Here is the cliff-notes version of what iKrack did to my phone over the month that they had it:broke my camerabroke my touch screenfixed my touch screen and camera, but the face ID no longer worked (apparently unfixable)gave me my phone back with the camera broken, once againmy phone screen was extremely loose - about to fall offSim card was missing!!!These series of unfortunate events were also paired with the following;Zero communication from iKrack - my wife had to call for an update. Every. Single. Time.Never once heard from the owner who is --apparently-- the best microsauterer in Georgia - keep in mind, it was the art of microsuatering that broke my camera and touch screenNot even a partial refund even though they gave me my phone back with the face ID feature no longer workingThe sales associate asked if my service provider could just sell me another sim card since they lost it.. The owner suggested, over the phone, to throw $20 at me and call it a dayHighly HIGHLY do not recommend

I have had my faith in humanity restored. In our 70’s my husband and I know what it’s like to be taken advantage of because of our digital ignorance. When his Six-month old IPhone went haywire, we were at a loss as of what to do. Our carrier told us we’d lose all photos if they could fix it and that the problemwas the software. That was unacceptable so I found IKrack on google. The two ladies behind the front counter were determined to figure out the problem. We shopped for groceries, and when we returned, the phone was working. They also explained how to use google photo to us. We are so grateful for such warm and professional and skilled people. I contacted iKrack about a screen repair for my iPad Pro 12.9” Gen 1. He met me near my home and took the iPad with him. After several days he contacted me with what the issue was and repaired the iPad for $199. When he returned that iPad I gave him a gen 1 and gen 3 iPad mini to see if they could be repaired. Once home I contacted him immediately because the bottom of the pro screen was not staying down at all. He told me that it should be ok and that he would fix that when he returned the iPad minis. Several weeks went by. I had not heard from him about the minis so I contacted him and he was out of town. He said he had ordered the parts and he would let me know when they were ready he charged me $110 for the minis. Several more weeks went by and at this point the pro screen started glitching badly and had completely gone black. I again called about the iPads (the pro screen and the minis) I was told at this point the minis were unrepairable. He assured me that he would return them and repair the pro screen. After this conversation I have not heard from him at all. He refused to respond to any messages and after 8 months has still not returned the minis. I had someone else repair the iPad Pro screen. The backing for the adhesive tape used to seal the screen was left on which caused the screen to stay popped up and the cables for the screen broke under the constant stress from it not being sealed properly. I have contacted him again about the iPad minis. I will never use his service again and would not recommend anyone else using him.
